Review of Dr. Goodson

- |

I would recommend Dr. Goodson to anyone looking for a physician that will actually listen to what you have to say and work with you to resolve your issues. I have never felt that she was rushing me through an appointment. She is approachable and never makes you feel like you are stupid for asking questions. Her staff is amazing also.

Review of Dr. Capper

- in Wichita , KS |

This is one of the worse offices you will ever have to deal with. Besides terrible customer services and being talked rude to by front desk and phone workers. The doctors are not accommodating and it is impossible to ever get what you are in need of. I would never recommend this doctors office to anyone. It is the worst customer service and doctor experience I have ever had.

After procedure could never get answers or anyone to return calls, sent a prescription to pharmacy but unable to get it filled as pharmacy could not get Dr to respond to questions they had. No follow up was available

Review of Dr. Nichols

- in Wichita |

Dr. Nichols is a wonderful pediatrician. Children really like him. He listens and is very personable, and knowledgeable. He is never gruff, smiles easily, and speaks directly with children. Calling can be a long wait, but once in office, goes quickly. I do prefer to see him as opposed to mid-levels in his office, however.

Review of Dr. Matsuda

-

We have visited Dr Matsuda twice. Once for my 9 year old and once for my husband. She recommended inserts for my sons flat feet, which was great. For my husband, who has plantar fasciitis and extremely flat feet, and we assumed something else; all she prescribed was maloxicam and gave him a brace and said to stretch. He left her office in awful pain. Today, he saw Dr Timson in McPherson. He gave him solutions for right now and the right diagnosis. He also only charges $195 for custom orthotics.

Review of Dr. Matsuda

- in Wichita, KS |

It was my first visit. I had a corn on my pinky toe and she wanted to cut it down. It had been very sore I could hardly wear my house shoes it hurt so bad. I ask her if she as going to deaden it. She told me deadening would hurt worse than shaving it down. I insisted so she opened the door hollered bring me some lidocaine!!! The syringe was completely full. She stabbed it into my pinky toe and put every bit of it in!! Looked like a marble under my skin!! She said I told you it was going to hurt!

Review of Dr. Womack

-Wichita, KS |

Doctor Womack was my daughters doctor and needless to say, she'll never be her doctor again. It seemed like she belittled me alot and wouldn't answer my questions. Also it seemed as if she didn't care to get to know me or my husband. She also seems rough!

Review of Dr. Matsuda

- in Wichita, KS |

Horrible Dr. At first she seemed friendly enough so I was surprised because the reviews were so bad, but she eventually lived up to her bad reviews. She told me to find another Dr when I insisted on an explanation for a treatment she wanted to try on me. She wanted to put my foot in a cast to cure arthritis. A questionable treatment at best. And her nurse is very unfriendly at best.

Review of Dr. Nichols

- in Wichita, KS |

Dr. Nichols has been our pediatrician for almost 2 years. Having moved a lot for the military, he is our 7th one. Pros: the office is very punctual; it's rare that I have to wait more than 5 mins past our appt time. He's friendly and great with the kids. Cons: It's difficult to get an appt with him unless it's scheduled a week in advance, so for illnesses we usually have to see the PA. The biggest complaint, though, is the time spent. I always feel rushed & he is usually in & out in under 5 mins
