Review of Dr. Woodrow

- in Lansing |

Dr. Woodrow explained the options available to me in great detail and answered all of my questions. She met with me in Pre-op and also saw me several times while I was an inpatient. I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied.

Review of Dr. Woodrow

I had a tumor on my C1C2 had a 8 hour surgery. MY neck and back hurt so bad that I cry and Dr. Woodrow can not believe she may have done something wrong. I tried to tell her for 3 vists that there was something wrong with my R arm after the surgery. She kept telling me there was nothing wrong. finally she had me go to a Dr. in my home town and I had 2 rotator cuff tears. I then had to have surgery for that in my home town. my last visit with her I tried to tell her all that was wrong . no room

Surgery 7/17 - Best Surgeon with best bed side manner. He saved my life! He embraced a bed side hug of thankfulness to him. We have great honor and respect for him. You can't find a better neuro surgeon anywhere else. Highly Valuable. You are best of hands with Dr. Chamoun. Thank you Doctor.

Dr. Chamoun removed a benign meningioma tumor in January of 2016. Surgery went well and I am feeling great! He was very calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. Bedside manner is great! I highly recommend!!!

I am a patient of Dr. Chamoun, he performed brain surgery on me in April 2016. Dr. Chamoun and KUMC are stellar! I am functioning today because of his expertise and the great care I received from KUMC. I can't thank them enough for the great care and skill they have. Thank you, Thank you.

Review of Dr. Ryken

- in Aledo, IL |

Dr Ryken has been taking care of my neurosurgery needs & following me since 2003. I have followed him on his new endeavors since that time in order to receive the best possible care available to me. He is very professional and truly cares for his patients. I highly recommend him and in fact have many times. I know he is thorough & thoughtful where his patients are concerned. He always listens to everything said to him & spends as much time as necessary to care for his patients.

Review of Dr. Ebersole

-Bentonville, AR |

I wasn't referred by a local neurosurgeon for aneurysm clipping. Dr. Ebersole basically told me that my local doctors didn't know what they were talking about and even though I have up to a 50% chance of it rupturing he wouldn't recommend any treatment for several years. He was rude, treated me like I was stupid, he was impatient and told me to go somewhere else. I was in tears by the end of the appointment.

Review of Dr. Ebersole

-Joplin, MO |

I would recommend. I did not like that after the angiogram he did not come to the room and explain the results with me. Otherwise I felt very happy with all the care and treatment by him and the staff.

Review of Dr. Ebersole

- in Topeka, KS |

Went in re: a brain aneurysm. He struck me as an impatient young man, with little interest in listening to his patient. I also had had a stroke, and was not responding as I should. Paperwork & scans were missing from what he had been given in advance, and I had not been made aware of that. As the paperwork and scans had all been ordered from California, I had no way of getting hold of more today. Was told to go home and call when I had what he wanted. I was very disconcerted by the meeting.
