I was VERY disappointed in the overall care I received from Dr. Kester in the ER. She was rude and saw me for less than 2 minutes. Her nurse did all the work and she didn't even return to inform me my X-ray came back normal. I usually don't write reviews but she was by far the worst doctor I've ever seen.
Dr. Painter was both professional and caring. She did appropriate tests and procedures and communicated with us and answered our many questions patiently. I would recommend her highly. She was our ER doctor.
This doctor was on staff the day my husband was seen in the ER at Porter Regional Hospital. His practice billed us $1500 for his 5 minute visit, that consisted of him reviewing normal test results. Turns out he was out of our insurance network, even though we went to an in network hospital for emergency care. Our insurance tried 2 times to negotiate a price for services and both times this physician refused to settle. Both the physician and hospital are to blame for this. Money hungry doc.
everyone is friendly, helpful and caring-have recommended to anyone needing a new doctor appointments are on time whenever I got sick was seen the same day understands insurance plans and tries to avoid extra cost that isn't needed listens -never felt rushed explains if ask for more info been a happy patient for about 12 years
He didn't have any knowledge of stings. He lied to me and told me he took something out of it when I know he didn't because there was a witness. Very rude and not friendly. Seemed to be annoyed the whole 5 minutes he was I'm room after waiting 4 hours in the waiting room. I was annoyed to see him sitting and talking to the nurses while I was wasting my time waiting in the room they put me in. Never returning.
Great doctor for all the reasons to be a doctor! Awesome job keep up the good work!!????
Seen Dr Kester the Sunday after Christmas with pain in the kidney area and she also found I was having a back spasm in my flank area and neck & arm. She did a great job diagnosing my problem and prescribed some antibiotics to help the road to recovery. As of today 2 days later I feel much better. She is a very caring and compassionate person and has the ability to listen to someone talk. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a wonderful doctor to go to.
