I had a good first experience with Dr. Van Valer. He spent more time with me than any other neurologist in the past and talked with me like a person; not dismissive like so many other neurologists have been. It was obvious that he'd taken the time to become well versed in my case and had reviewed my history. He explained things at my level. He seemed to listen and recognized that all of my, "conditions," which had previously been treated separately, were actually symptomatic of one major underlying condition. It was the proverbial, "light bulb moment."

Dr. Cropper is always attentive when I go in for a visit for myself, my kids, or my husband. She listens to what I am saying and gives options. She always makes me feel like my opinions are valid and is so helpful. I called and left a message for her staff last night. I had not heard back as of this morning so I called back this morning because it was a matter of urgency. Dr. Cropper called me back herself. She said her staff was busy so she thought she would give me a call. I don’t know if many doctors that would do this for a patient. This is not this first time either. There have been times that she was running behind for an appointment and she called us back herself! I can’t say enough about her and the treatment she provides!

It’s extremely hard to get an appointment, wait time is horrendous, and physician does not spend much time with patients, no follow-up if any tests are done. In my opinion, this physician is extremely over booked and it shows.

Terrible - felt blown off and no swabs or tests were completed. Said she couldn’t do anymore because she wasn’t my primary doctor. Pointless visit I will have to pay a copay on. I will not be seeing her again. Would never recommend. Would leave a 0 star if I could.

I love Dr Farmer! He is the best provider I've ever had. He gets down to the bottom of what is going on and always makes sure all of my questions are answered before I leave. His staff is always so helpful and kind.

Dr. Reedy takes the time to listens to concerns, makes suggestions, has a good 'bedside' manner (rare among physicians these days). Also has a personable manner, another rarity. He goes above where other doctors normally tread. If he doesn't have experience with your issue, he lets you know, & will refer you to someone who can help. His nurse, Lisa, is also a definite asset.

Dr. Mark Reedy is a wonderful doctor which is definitely hard to come by these days. He listens, cares and empathizes with the patient on a consistent basis. He is one of those doctors that goes above and beyond. I Highly recommend Dr. Reedy. This is the first time I have written a review about a doctor. I felt I needed to because he is such an all around good doctor that others should know as well.

Dr lacks education. He stated Lyme disease is not an issue in our area. The CDC said it's in every state. We had a dog that had Lyme disease and several friends. He denied the rash was a bullseye despite others in the medical field stating it was. He prescribed a single dose of antibiotic - that is only recommended for a known tick bite, as a preventative measure, without any rash. With a rash indicative of active Lyme infection, it requires 14 days of antibiotics. Ignored concerns/evidence.

Rescheduled my appt. to an earlier time so Dr. could leave early - then waited 40 minutes before I was even taken back to an exam room. Rushed in - rushed out. Restroom filthy, self check-in didn't work, among other complaints. Likely won't go back to this facility or this doctor.
