He doesn't listen to families very well and doesn't think clearly in emergent situations. I wouldn't recommend anyone to him let alone your loved one. My little brother almost died because of him pushing on a protruding lump on his head after a section of his skull had just been put back in place claiming it was just post surgical fluid when in actuality it was blood building up from a blood clot in his brain and didn't want to do a CT Scan to confirm what the fluid was. He worked for OLOP.
