Review of Elizabeth Smoot

-

I’ve been to a lot of different doctors throughout my life, and this lady is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. She has terrible people skills, and she isn’t knowledgeable at all. She made me uncomfortable the entire appointment, and overstepped a lot of boundaries for a new patient appointment. She doesn’t need to be in this field at all. Don’t waste your time going to her, she’ll makes it very evident that she isn’t interested in helping you. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

Review of Tracie Anderson

- in Jeffersonville, IN |

Tracie was extremely helpful in helping me enter recovery. She incorporated breathing techniques and meditation that were very healing in my experience. Through my time with her I gained many coping skills and a deeper understanding of my feelings and emotions.

Review of Elizabeth Smoot

- in Louisville, KY |

Elizabeth is the most uncaring person I have ever gone to seen to get help from. It’s hard to reach out and get help and Smoot is not someone I would trust or go back to again. There was no comfort and it felt like I was being rushed out.

Review of William Lavely

-

A few outlandish things Nurse Lavely said to me: You sound very slow today. What do you want me to do about it? I expect a professional to show empathy and concern. While seeing him for about 2 years my conditions worsened. He never offered or did much to investigate my root issues. Lastly, his office is decorated with fantasy-themed nostalgia, like Star Wars memorabilia, which I liked, but at the same time it does not feel like a professional environment to solve mental health issues.

Appointment was quick and to the point. No BS. Give straight answers and all will be fine. Remember to bring necessary documents of past treatment as he likes to review.

Review of William Lavely

- in Chicago, IL |

If I could leave zero stars, I would. He was not helpful. He talked down to me. Rushed me through some very serious questions, and then minimized my symptoms/situation. Mr. Lavely either needs to learn about some bedside manner or find another profession. Hopefully the latter. Terrible experience.

Review of William Lavely

- in Louisville |

Terrible provider. From moment one, he spoke to me like I was an idiot. He used medical terms way over my head for how antidepressants work and asked me which I want. Mind you, he didn't recommend a medication. He wanted me to choose. When I had trouble managing some of the side effects, He told me that's just what SSRI's do, rather than suggest we try another SSRI to see if we can get different results . Save yourself the anxiety. Find a caring provider. I did and feel improved.

Review of William Lavely

-Louisville, KY |

I have never been treated so poorly by a provider in my entire life. I left my first appointment in tears due to his abrasive manner and the lack of medical direction he was willing to provide. His office is messy and unprofessional, he spoke to me like I was stupid and burdensome in the 3 minutes he gave our appointment, and he was culturally unaware and offensive in every possible way.

Extremely unpersonable. Left in tears after my first appointment. He seems to hate his job and was not effective for me.

She is impossible to get a hold off. The office itself NEVER refills prescriptions on time. They ignore the pharmacy and penalize you if you try to check on prescriptions by saying they will delay your request. The office is also only open 4 days a week and they will not tell you how to pick up your medical records.
