Not Dr. Foley's fault. However, he needs to know. I have called many times to get an appointment after a referral from my primary care Physician. I only get an answering service to leave my phone number and will call back within 72 hours. Called back 2 more times, got the same message each time. Finally got a message returned after going thru my Physician again. Missed it and am back in the 72 hr repeat. Going to St. Vincent, talked to a real person and was scheduled. Sorry Dr. Foley!
Absolutely ridiculous re how long it takes the office to get back to you..e.g. 72 during weekday!! Dr Sorg could not answer what I consider to be basic questions ... suggesting my primary care doctor could better answer guestions about use of Aleive or other NSAIDs ... when asked about Physical Therapy to help ... had no recommendation!! .. despite being a PT before becoming a DO! Also having to wait 2-3 months for an injection is not acceptable.
One of the most professional, caring doctors I have ever seen. He takes time to listen to you and answers your question where you can understand what is going on with you problem and your care. His entire staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I will not go to anyone else for my back and neck pain. I fully trust Dr. Foley and his care.
I'm in more pain after receiving cortisone injection 2 weeks ago. Dr. Sorg and his staff take forever to get back to me and overall I am sick of the awful patient care I've received at Community Health the past year. I am looking for a new doctor outside of Community.
Office staff great. Dr. listened and took all the time I needed. Would not hesitate to refer friends and family.
