I'd like to start out by apologizing to Dr. Shashikant, I have never been to the location and NEVER will. Dr please thank your office manager. She was very rude and disrespectful to us! Last week,I set an appointment for 2:30pm May 24,I noted it in my calendar the info immediately. He took a half day at work today to make sure he made the appointment. My fiance made it to the appointment at 2:20pm (5 min after the 15 min grace period apparently) and was told (with an attitude) he missed his appointment that it was set at 2:00pm. For obvious reasons we were completely surprised. So he left. So I called and I was asking why we never received a courtesy phone call if we were running late. Office manager proceeds to tell me that they no longer make calls, they now have an automated system. SMH. She said they call 2 days prior (never got the call) and they also text (never got the text) I asked to confirm number on file, she reads off the wrong number.Best part, SHE HUNG UP ON ME.

Dr. Rane keeps up on latest protocols for medications and is careful about just adding another medication to the mix. He's very conservative and is an excellent diagnostician.

He is the best doctor I've ever visited. He's corrected misdiagnoses from others, and always takes time to answer any questions i have.

Dr. Rane is a very good and thorough doctor. He has always taken very good care of myself and my family.
