I have been seeing Dr. Copeland for a few years. She has been extremely helpful with my urgency issue. She is a great listener and is empathetic. I have found her team to be very good at treating my needs and quickly. I was surprised to read other reviews indicating that they waited a long time to see the doctor. My wait times have been very brief, my appointments have always been on time.
The first meeting goes okay but after that he treats you like crap. Always in rush and will not let you get your point across. If you have a choice, save your time, and choose someone else since you might have to change.
Mary's great. :) Calm, kind, and thorough.
Dr. Schlueter did a corrective surgery for me which was a result of appendectomy by another surgeon.
He diagnosed the mistake in my first surgery and saved my life. Before the surgery he explained clearly what he is going to do and what to expect, to me and my family. The way he speaks gives lot of confidence. Post surgery, all 3 review visits with Dr. Schlueter went well. I am fully recovered now. Thanks to Dr. Schlueter! I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Kovac was 6-7 hours late on the day of procedure. His delay caused at least a concern for health of my wife's eggs (for IVF). Her doctor was concerned that the eggs could have spoiled due to being unfrozen for so long. Dr. Kovac also gave the impression that he hadn't reviewed my file very well if at all. He was unaware a biopsy had occurred, and he was unaware of my hormone levels.
Dr. Kovac recommended surgery without seeing me. I've since moved on and had great success with another MD.
The office was disorganized and the wait was long. Dr. Copeland seemed very distracted and rushed. Extremely poor communicator. I felt like she didn't care at all.
On Tuesday my family physician found in a ct scan a tumor in my kidney. She told me to call Urology of Indiana and take the first available . The next day we met with Dr Batler. He was wonderful from the moment he walked in. He stayed well past closing time of the office , showed us what was going on, explained in depth everything. We were delivered the news I had cancer, but he went above and beyond! His nurse Stacia called immediately the next morning. They were completely wonderful!!!
Felt very rushed at followup appointment. Expressed concern about pain on opposite side from kidney stones and wasmtold there are many reasons for back pain (no kidding!) and that his back had been hurting all day. If you want to know for sure you can get another CT scan. No physical exam. Told me to come back in 3 months.....absolutely not!
Good bedside manners. Did not get frustrated with me, and gives excellent information
Worst physician experience ever. My son was scheduled for a cystoscopy, after seeing the nurse practitioner last month. Gross hematuria, intermittent dysuria, abdominal and flank pain. Previous CT, UA, and kidney biopsy negative from nephrologist. On the day of the scheduled cysto, Dr Scott comes in to the room and states that my son doesn't need the procedure. Doesn't do a physical exam. Proceeds to perform a 30 second cysto (yes, 30 seconds) and declares "everything looks great".
Long delays (months) for procedures and followup. Acted as if my condition was incurable. Rushed followup meetings, could not ask all the questions I needed. Abrupt, almost rude. Still had high and rising PSA after surgery, but made no recommendation for next step or further treatment, just wait, which was contrary to all other specialists I consulted. I had to do all the later planning for further post surgery procedures. Altered office visit records. Go get a good oncologist to guide you.
Dr. Ludwig seems very knowledgeable , but seems rushed. I am the type of patient that needs to have questions answered.
I see Dr. Ludwig in The Greenfield office. The staff has always been efficient and kind.
Scheduling, administration, and overall patient service are extremely lacking here. It is a very big practice with a lot of staff all who seem to be fairly put off about having to deal with patients. Dr Ludwig is polite and formal but isn't personable or exceptionally detailed about explaining procedures or involving the patient in the process. I've been with the practice for 3-4 years but am now looking elsewhere.
Was understanding of my situation, got this dr because mine retired
Our experience working with Dr. Kovac's office has been incredibly frustrating. The staff is rude and they do not follow up when they say they will. Scheduling an appointment, getting answers or finding out about next steps takes an incredible amount of effort on the patient's part. His staff show no empathy for the patient. We've waited 45-60 minutes for each appointment IN the exam room. I cry tears of frustration every time I get off the phone with someone from his office.
Extremely long wait time, exceeding 2 hours at every appointment. Rushed visits. Felt like cookie cutter diagnosis.
I am alive because of his quick action and diagnoses. Stage IV.
Very thorough, very caring. Takes time to answer all questions.
This was worst visit ever. My appointment reason was voiced upon scheduling and they put me with him and he doesn't perform procedure I need. He was rude, rushed, and very non empathetic to my concerns. I only gave one star because I had to enter something in order to proceed.
Not very personable at all. Took kidney stone test and received lab bill of $800 from them. Called and the lab company had been given wrong insurance number by Ney's office. Oh yea, his office has yet to call with my results and I was informed they'd already been sent to him. He's fired!
Outstanding. Takes appropriate time with patient to answer all questions completely.
Excellent, Excellent doctor.
We arrived at 3:10pm for a 3:30pm appointment and received no patient forms until about 4pm. We waited for an hour and 10 minutes until our name was called. The front desk person has a sign that says, ...Have a seat!!! (three explanation points) This is nothing about the doctor.
