I went to Dr Palmer on references from friend. He's a nice person but after two visits to his office I will not be going back to him. I have been afflicted with Meniere's symptoms for 30 years and been treated by multiple ENT's having moved several times. On my first visit to Dr Palmer, after ordering several balance and hearing tests, he agreed to take care of my prescription needs and would schedule an MRI if I desired one. After waiting over two hours in his office last visit (I've seen him about 15 minutes in over 3 hours in his office two times) he said he couldn't find his testing staff to do another hearing test. I requested scheduling the MRI and a prescription refill. Its been two months and the MRI has not been scheduled. Last week I requested a refill on the same prescription and his assistant said he would not authorize the refill even though it was for thirty days originally and it had been over 60 days since it was filled. I canceled my mid August follow up appointment.

My answer is an absolute "NO". Appointment 11:30AM; got to employee outside office for COVID questions and TEMP. at 11:30. In office at 11:31. Had to fill out where we moved to. Saw Dr. Logan; after greetings, he told me I was late. I said no I was not. Well thats what his girls said. He was totally disrespectful, arrogant, obnoxious; spent 5 minutes total with me. I had to ask for a hearing test which took 5 minutes. He spent another 4 minutes and I was out in 30 minutes including changing address. I will never go back after going many years there for other doctors. I will move on to a higher quality doctor in Indianapolis, Nashville, or Louisville. He thinks hes worth $150 for 5 minutes. No personality, no feelings, no bedside manners. He's a total jerk with a chip on his shoulder.

Dr. Mark Logan completed my sinus and nasal surgery post chronic sinusitis treatment. I can breath very well again through my nose and the chronic condition of my sinuses has much improved post surgery. His surgery was completed safely during Covid times. He and his office cared for me carefully, kept me well throughout my visits and I have recovered at this time.

My entire family had been patients of Dr. Tom Logan and all received excellent care. We live about 100 miles away so when he retired I decided to use an ENT here in Bowling Green. Gave up on him and went to Dr. Mark Logan. He seems to be carrying on the family tradition. I received excellent care and everyone was very nice and caring, including the staff at the surgical center. I will continue to make the drive, it's well worth it.

I had persistent sinus infections (8 to 10) a year. Dr.Logan preformed sinus surgery and suggested allergy shots once a week. I have not had sinus/allergy problems since. That was about 7 to 10 years ago. He and his staff are top notch. Thank you Dr. Logan, Nikki and staff.

He is very honest and to the point about his diagnosis, and how he can help you as a patient. He is also very confident in his work when he put in two new tubes in my ears he was very fast and made me feel at ease. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great doctor. I will also continue to keep going to him as long as he is practicing medicine.

Dear Dr. Logan, I am writing to congratulate you and the staff on the wonderful care and professionalism shown to our Sister before, during, and after surgery. The concern for her comfort during preparation and aftercare was superb. We could not have ask for anything more. What a terrific staff who shows so much compassion to their patients. They took time to explain everything and then answered any questions proposed to them which showed how knowledgeable they were as they performed their jobs. I noticed this attitude with every patient not just my patient. All are to be commended for such wonderful care from the front office staff, to the nursing staff, and of course you Dr. Logan and all who made our stay even overnight a good experience. With deep gratitude, Sister Judith, D.C.

Dr. Palmer recently performed an ultrasound-guided biopsy of a mass in my father's neck. Unfortunately, the result was cancer. After meeting with both my parents to give the diagnosis, neither of my shocked parents knew what to say or ask. Dr. Palmer told my parents that if they or the rest of our family had any questions that he would be happy to meet an answer them at another appt. Dr. Palmer is now refusing to meet with us and has washed his hands of us. Shameful, rude, and irresponsible.

Dr.Palmer was the best dr. I have seen in quite some time. He was patient with my questions regarding the removal of my thyroid. He called me a couple days after the surgery to see how I was doing and even gave me his cell number in case anything came up. I wish more doctors were so wonderful!
