Hi! I am trying to contact Dr. Hayden she treated me 10 years ago for my eating disorder and now I am a therapist myself! I want to let her know she has inspired me but I cannot find her location!

I saw Dr. Hayden for my eating disorder, depression, and anxiety. I had seen several psychotherapists prior to seeing her, and had not made much progress. Dr. Hayden helped me to see things in a different light, get to the root of my eating disorder--and in turn, be able to recover. I have been recovered for 4 years now, and have not needed medication for 2 years.
