I went to see Dr Syed at the urgent care northwestern med in Carol Stream to remove a fish hook from my finger. He gave me lidocaine local anesthetic, and tried to cut the hook with the tiniest pliers. He didn’t see to know what to do, he left the room, I took the pliers, crimped the barb closed and pulled the hook out myself. He was surprised when he came back, gave me a bandaid and sent me in my way. When I disputed the bill that charged me $1300 for removal of foreign body, because why charge me for something I did myself? Dr syed flat out lies and makes up a story that he removed the hook, and that I tried to take it out and I broke a piece off in my finger that he had to remove! Problem with his lies is that I still have the hook and it’s still in one piece. If a Dr can flat out lie and make things up like this, I would not trust him to perform any medical procedures.

Daycare required a covid test and RSV test prior to returning, but this doctor refused. The only reason we went to urgent care is because depending on the type of virus he has it affects whether my husband and I need to keep our son home from daycare (which also means we have to use PTO and miss work). If our son has covid our daycare regulation is to close down the entire center for 2 weeks. If RSV - to be out 48 hours. If a regular common cold - OK to return to daycare. He eventually agreed to a covid test after much pressure but continued to refuse a RSV test. He also refused to write us a letter for daycare saying that we should ask our pediatrician (when he knew our peds office was currently not allowing anyone with cold symptoms to enter their building or to schedule an appointment). He also said to stay out of daycare until symptom free 24 hours which is bogus. Does he expect me to miss 10 days of work?! Daycare only requires a prolonged absence like that if someone has covid.

Doctor didn’t even look at my throat. Still in a lot of pain. Would not prescribe anything. Ended up in the ER

Dr. V was hands down the best doctor I have encountered. I had a very challenging infection in my incision from surgery. I was his patient for four seemingly endless months and he and his staff worked miracles for me. They were so empathetic and kind. They took my calls immediately and didn't me feel "crazy" for my concerns. I can never thank Dr. V and his staff enough!

Poor bedside manner. Didn’t physically examine or even look at area of pain. Only seemed to care about test results and not the patient’s symptoms, recent history, or concerns. Will not go back.

is dr. dabrowski accepting new patients? i'm looking for a new doctor, and i remember taking my daughter to him when she was a child. i was very impressed with him and said to myself that if i ever needed another doctor, i would definitely check him out. thank you for your response. i appreciate it.

In lieu of an ER room visit, I saw Dr. Tawfeek today remotely through a video call. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and answered all my questions. My remote office visit with him far exceeded my expectations.

Dr. V and his team are nothing short of miracle workers! They helped me heal some of the most challenging wounds. So thorough, attentive, caring and helpful. No one ever wants to have a wound that will not heal, but if you do rest assured you are in the most capable hands with Dr. V and his team. I cannot say enough nice things. Truly exceptional.

Dr. Viglione has successfully healed reoccurring wounds diabetic related. I tried various wound care specialists with no success. He’s compassionate, caring, never rushes, and answers all your questions. He’s confident and a great Dr. to have treating you.

I presented to NCH Immediate Care on Roselle Road this morning. Dr. Shah was professional, polite, respectful, and thorough in the examination. diagnosed my problem with confidence, and answered all of my questions. He prescribed medications for managing my problem and keeping me comfortable during the cure process. So glad I chose that location today.

The worst doctor I’ve ever seen, hands down. She came into the room eating something, which was very unprofessional and disgusting. She clearly hadn’t even looked at my chart. She flipped over the paperwork on her clipboard without even looking at it. Had no idea of the symptoms that brought me in. Dismissed all my concerns. The discharge nurse ended up calling her back because of so many missed concerns. AVOID her at all cost, it will be a waste of time, money, frustration and pain. Awful.

Dr V is the best physician I have had in a long time and a great person too. He spends time, he works hard, he is caring, and he has made a painful situation pleasant in many ways becausenof his hard work and fight.

Worse doctor EVER!!! misdiagnosed my hives, told me to stop the large doses of prednisone without weaning and accused me of looking for narcotics when I asked for cough medicine with codeine as he said I had a hx of abusing it. When I asked when I got it last , it was 2 years ago!!! Quite the addict ,don't you think? Never addressed my wheezing, which was my main concern and my constant cough when laying down. Went to my own Physician 3 days later and was properly treated.

Excellent physician! He is what doctors should be today. He examines you thoroughly, asks all the right questions, has an excellent bed side manner, and genuinely cares. It’s rare to find a physician like this. I would recommend him to anyone that goes to the urgent care.

I wouldn't. I visited him at urgent care and he turned something very simple (a stomach ache) into a level I didn't even think was possible. He said he was surprised I was so upset by what he said. I was so upset because he was wrong. Because of his incompetence with a diagnosis, we were sent to a hospital, which was totally unnecessary. . The hospital couldn't even believe we were sent there. The hospital was very friendly, gave us some follow up phone numbers and sent us home.

Dr. Chacon lacks communications skills, listening skills. I would not recommend her. We had a bad experience in a Emergency room. A time she should of shown more compassion to a family with an injured child
