Review of Dr. Baumer

-Collinsville, IL |

Dr. Baumer treated my son for a broken ankle. He had to do surgery and insert a plate and screws. He is caring and has a great bed side manners. He has a dry/sarcastic sense of humor that tends to lighten the mood. We had a great experience with most all staff in his office. The only complaint was the X-ray technician was a little rushed and rough when moving my son around right after having surgery. He wasn't too happy about that. Overall a positive experience.

I would recommend anyone to gô here. All the doctors are very considerate and wonderful caring physicians. They treat their patients very well, and are concerned about their welfare. They are at the top of my list for treatment.

Review of Dr. Horner

- in Belleville, IL |

Knowledgeable, friendly, and no nonsense Doctor. He reviewed all the data, explained the possibilities, answered every question I had (and more), and ran over the procedures from beginning through the rehab. Ran lots of checks and counterchecks the morning of the surgery. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Review of Dr. Horner

- in Collinsville, IL |

Dr. Horner is worth waiting for. I waited 2 months for my knee surgery, and it was well worth the wait. Here I am 6 weeks post-op after my right knee replacement, and I'm walking fine with no assistance. Based on what I've heard from other knee replacement patients, this is great progress and I owe it all to having a great surgeon like Dr. Horner! Thank you!

Review of Dr. Johnston

- in Maryville, IL |

I went to Dr Johnston when he was with a different medical group. H treated my knee with shots but told me it wouldn't be too long before I needed a tital knee replacement. I was impressed with his interaction with me. He was gentle, explained everything throughly, and truely listened to me. He never rushed me. I had my operation amoust three weeks ago and everything went perfect. Rehab is going well. I think the review from Atlanta, GA had the wrong Doctor.

Unless you want the whole waiting room to know what you are being seen for....do not see this doctor. Thought I was having my visit right out in the waiting room with his staff trying to diagnosis me.

Review of Dr. Hughes

- in Fairview Heights, IL |

I went to a previous Ortho over in St. Louis, he did not listen to my symptoms and quickly diagnosed as arthritis. I went to Dr. Hughes for a second opinion, he explained the previous x-rays to me, discussed possible options, scheduled a MRI for possible meniscus tear and a follow up appointment. Very pleased!

Review of Dr. Horner

I hear people talking about how bad there knees are even after surgery. I have had both my knees done and have had great results. I believe it is all to Doctor Horner and his skill as a surgeon
