I was given a referral from my former PCP to see her for weight management. Of course I need to lose weight but she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She wanted me to buy shakes and meal bars and cut all calories. Very forceful with her plans with no discussion with me or asking about my current lifestyle. If you need help with weight loss I would strongly advise against seeing her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Villacorta for over 12 years or more. Dr. Villacorta is always cordial and professional.

I saw Dr Volety 3 times for high blood pressure. Each time she failed to listen to me, documented inaccurate notes in my charts app and dismissed my symptoms/side effects. She talked at me rather than being willing to be a partner with me and made inaccurate assumptions about me at each visit. I will be looking for a new physician.

Dr Volety has been my PCP for over 15 years. She has always listened to my concerns and involved me in managing my health care. She is responsive to intermittent questions I pose on the portal, attentive to making sure that I meet health care preventive measures, and is aware of the care rendered to me across the Health System.

She doesn’t have a good bedside manner, rude and takes forever to get back to you about test results. One time I went in with a horrible ear ache thinking my antibiotics weren’t working and making me sick. She said my ears were clear and to basically “tough it out the rest of the medication.” I went back to the immediate care the next day, less than 24 hours later, and he confirmed I had really red ears, double ear infection and the antibiotic wasn’t working. I’ve never had a good experience with her and I try my hardest to not see her if I don’t need to. I was transferred to her after my GP moved.

I am a chronic asthma patient diagnosed and treated from a very young age. Dr. V and his office have for 2 weeks been denying me a prescription for my albuterol rescue inhaler that I have been filling for 20 years. They have no issue refilling a new depression medication prescribed by the doctor himself. However, they are too lazy to check medical records and see that every month since CHILDHOOD I have been receiving a rescue inhaler prescription. Not having this inhaler in the past has landed me in the hospital pretty quickly. I have been attempting to refill the simple prescription for 2 weeks, and been left on hold, or not called back nearly everyday. I would never suggest this doctor to anyone because they would prefer to endanger my small children and I by telling me I am required to have an in-person visit in the midst of a covid pandemic in one of the worst county's in the state. Dr. Villacorta seems fine but I never really felt he was relatable or took time to get to know me. His appointments do feel rushed.

I ended up with cellulitis on my right leg on a Monday. I went to urgent care they were wonderful but didn't know exactly what it was. They traced it with a marker. Tuesday it spread and it hurt to stand on my right side. I called my primary and couldn't see me but got me in later in the day with Volety. She walked in stood at the counter and said you have cellulitis and you need to give the antibiotics time to work. I was freaked out that it hurt and was spreading. She never looked at my leg. She said if it's not better by Thursday to come back but don't make it so late and to keep it elevated. She seemed annoyed with me That I was getting in her way of making it an early day. The appointment was like at 3:30p. She was rude and showed no concern at all. I ended up calling off work the next two days because I was feverish and it hurt to walk on it. Yes, I recommend Dr. Volety. She is conscientious and kind. Dr. Volety cares about her patients' health and well-being. She will help a patient with cholesterol issues, explain blood test results, order x-rays, listen and advise, make referrals. Dr. Villacorta seems like he knows what he was talking about. However, I felt like he was rushing the appointments. I feel like I didn't get proper diagnosis with him. I would recommend him. I think our personal chemistry just wasn't good.

Awful. She is inconsistent and has prescribed me the wrong medication more than once. The pharmacist at Walgreens identified the issue, and then it took her over a week to write me the correct prescription. I often go out of my daily medication for days at a time because it takes her so long to write my refill prescription. She has no social skills and could care less about me as a patient.

Dr. Villacorta is an amazing physician. He is incredibly knowledgable and has very patient courteous bedside manner. He always takes time to explain things to me and makes sure I understand what I need to do. He is also not afraid to tell people that they should try to stop unhealthy habits. He also speaks Spanish.

Worst Dr I’ve ever had. Doesn’t listen and address true concerns. Prescribed medication I’m allergic to after being repeatedly told no. Twice I’ve had CAt Scans for specific issues and the issue was never addressed or resolved. Done with this so called doctor!

DR. Sanz is a Dr. who cares about patients & explains to you what he thinks about your health and admits if he isn't sure about something and will send you to a Dr. who will know. I don't know what I will do without him once he retires.

Not warm or caring at all. Was more interested in the fact that I need to lose weight than what was wrong (which was completely not weight related). I'm supposed to go back to her but will probably cancel.

She's terrible. She ignores my mother's symptoms, and now my mom has stage 3 kidney failure & congestive heart failure, something the ER had to find out, because the doctor won't address her swollen ankles (which now are swollen legs up to her knees). All she wants to do is throw more blood pressure medication at her. She also keeps coughing and Volety said It's due to her past smoking history when she hasn't smoked in years. The ER found it she has pulmonary edema. I can't wait to switch!
