Very knowledgeable regarding current information and willing to discuss it with you. Explains everything in a way you can understand. Does not sugarcoat, but remains very professional and pleasant.
My first appt time got messed up some how and I had to reschedule. I had to wait over a month to see her. So I had my appt. and it was the worst doc appt I have ever had. She has the worst bed side manner. She acted like she didn't care. She got loud with me. First and only appt with her. I know 3 other people that are very unsatisfied.
I must question his ability to properly diagnose things that most would easily see. Twice I have been sent home with a pain killer and had to call again the next day still in severe pain only to be sent somewhere else that would actually do an x-ray and MRI to see that there were herniated discs causing the pain both times. If you feel you might be having trouble with your spine and nervous system I suggest going elsewhere but if you just want your reflexes tested then by all means see him.
I came in with a rash on my han Dr. So tells me I may have syphillis right off the bat! Doesn't even mention anything else it could be at all. I'm married to the same man for 8 years and he tells me (my husband is active duty) that I'm not always with my husband or know what he's doing? My husband was insulted. I was insulted. Basically insinuating my husband was a cheater. Test came back obviously negative. Another doctor took a look and said it was an allergic reaction from outside right away!
She's terrible. She ignores my mother's symptoms, and now my mom has stage 3 kidney failure & congestive heart failure, something the ER had to find out, because the doctor won't address her swollen ankles (which now are swollen legs up to her knees). All she wants to do is throw more blood pressure medication at her. She also keeps coughing and Volety said It's due to her past smoking history when she hasn't smoked in years. The ER found it she has pulmonary edema. I can't wait to switch!
Scheduled appointment and 2 weeks later office cancelled it because she had too many new patients on sames day. This appointment was important to me, obviously not the Doctor.
She does not ask many questions. This made me feel like she had no interest in my general health.
I went to Dr. Soriano for three simple things, and each one was done incorrectly. I requested a MMR vaccine, a TB blood test, and a Hep B vaccine. I was injected with the WRONG VACCINE, and received a Meningitis vaccine in place of the MMR. My TB blood test was lost, so I had to come back twice more for a TB skin test. Finally, I was not informed that the Hep B vaccine was a 3-part series. This doctor and her team failed me. It was only after they made mistakes that they paid attention to me.
Great phsysician and has a great bedside manner. He never fails to answer questions and has an unbelievable knowledge, no matter what is ailing me.
upon making arrgmnts for a epidural shot for spine pain,, leaving hospital... to go to his office for shot,,, upon arriving, and in terrible pain,,, i was told to have a seat and wait,,,,,,, well that would have been o'k if i could have sat,,,, or even lied down at that point,,, ended up leaving with my wife taking me back to the hospital,,,, was never so dissappointed,, and in pain my whole life,,,, don't go to the fella....he's not very good at all,,,,,,,,,, needs to go ..... horrible
A Great doctor for me. He answers any and all questions that I may have and always gives me the time that I require. Have never felt rushed and feel very confident in his decisions and diagnoses. An excellent match for my personality. Feel comfortable in discussing anything with him.
Dr. Baris is current with the most recent developments in the medical world regarding medicines and procedures and treatment plans. His bedside manner is the "good-old-fashioned" listen to the patient and take time method. He cares about each patient.
Not warm or caring at all. Was more interested in the fact that I need to lose weight than what was wrong (which was completely not weight related). I'm supposed to go back to her but will probably cancel.
I would have no problem in getting my refills renewed by Dr. Everson, but since about 3 months ago, the office has called me twice to reschedule my appointment (that I made 6 months in advance) stating that the Dr. was not going to be in. And now, it's been a week and have not gotten a refill on my prescription, I don't ask for much-I keep my appointments every 6 months, take my meds, all I ask to give me the same respect in filling my meds you have prescibed. Time for a new provider???
She is great at seeing myself and my family whenever we need her. She is extremely caring and thorough.
She is my quarterback for all healthcare issues. Once when I went to see her, she pulled a JAMA article from my file that she had seen and saved for me to discuss about whether or not it seemed appropriate for me to be taking blood thinners.
Dr Carter is a good listener and I know she cares about me and my family. I was in a car accident years ago and broke a bone in my back. The ER doctor and neurosurgeon told me all my pain was from my back but I knew something else was wrong. So I went to see my doctor She was very thorough, and after an x ray, found out that I broke my pelvis bone, too. That neurosurgeon kept apologizing after that! Dr Carter is getting too busy lately, but I don't want to see anyone else.
Dr. Carter's bedside manner is essentially nonexistent. I found her to be unfriendly, showing no empathy & unwilling to find alternatives for treatment! My overall feeling while in her care is one of laziness & that she was a C student in med school. (She's often absent, making it difficult to schedule an appt!) After 5+ yrs of being stuck with her, (thanks to insurance issues) I was finally able to see a new PCP. The new PCP was baffled by the lack of testing I'd undergone for my conditions.
Dr. Retzer has always taken special interest in specific conditions I have others don't. I feel he stays on top of the latest research and medical guidelines well regarding those conditions as well as the normal conditions of just getting older I have faced. I feel he always presents himself in a professional, friendly, and upbeat manner. He is humorous, and smiles and speaks well. He has always left me with nothing but a positive impression. I have used his services extensively in the past
Very unkind person. Isn't comfortable talking about much. Just wants to take your temperature and tell you to get out. Overly worried about liability to a paranoid fault.
Dr. Retzer has been my GP for over 25 years and he's always taken a holistic, informed, and cautious approach to his practice. He mixes years of knowledge and experience with a great sense of humor, and readily admits if an issue is ever out of his reach.
She is a very good doctor that cares about her patient's. Highly recommended by me.
