All the providers at Dr. Young's office are great as well as the staff. I have read that some have had real issues especially with the billing office but I have have never had an issue with them and I know how upset people get when discussing $$. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a Pediatrician.

Horrible patient care. Brought my son in for a fever of 102.6 that was going on for 2 days, lethargic, not eating right. Got appointment and they did even take his temp. The nurse prac said "it's viral". Allison is her name and she says that about everything. Told us to keep an eye on him. Took him to the ER that evening and it was not viral, tests came back and they started him on antibiotics. If your going to take your kid here, let me save you money it's viral.

I actually loved the doctor but her staff plays nonstop games! And maybe per the doctors instructions? I've left voicemails they never return, they've called me in their office in an emergency for pnuemonia for my son and sat me down to talk about payment arrangements before they even made sure my son was okay! Priorities are terrible. Now I've been waiting WEEKS for my son to get his ADHD medicine. He is suffering because of the staff failing professionalism. Shame!!!!!

I felt very confident in Dr. Young's knowledge, experience, & instincts with four very different children. I liked that we could have the same doctor for most of the visits since she was familiar with their past history & patterns. She is also a mother & understands. Detailed notes are taken on their digital devices for quick access. She & staff did a good job maintaining interpersonal relations and competency as her practice got larger.

I'm am very disappointed in this practice!!! First off it took 2days of leaving voicemails before anyone would get back to me to set an appointment up! We were seen by the nurse practitioner and not the actual pediatrician! .This is my second child and we are by no means pros but we are not amateurs either. They said she had a cold and sent us on our way! Next day emergency room! Fever , ear infection and dehydration! Wish I could write more but i would not recommend this practice!

I would not recommend Dr. Young's practice to anyone. My son was a patient of hers birth to 3 yrs. and on his 2.5 check up in June 2015, I told her that he has had a constant cough and it won't go away. It was worse with increased activity and at night. She continuously gave him medicine to treat the symptoms, but we were back every 2- 3 weeks with the cough. She continued giving him meds and then finally in Feb. 2016 I took him to a second doc and he was diagnosed with Asthma the same day
