After waiting hours for my appointment, I was told that the questions I had for this doctor were futile and a waste of her time. She had no time for me and this was our first meeting. What a rude and belligerent person. She assumed I was just as dumb as she acted. I let her rant and I was just glad that I stayed calm and let her make a fool of herself. I'm sure she could care less of how she treated me since I am stupid. My star review is really just 1/4 of the point.

He was rounding with medical students outside of my room, and very rude to 1 in particular, who I found to be kind and thorough. He himself was incredibly haughty. I imagine he is intelligent, but he has no place in patient care, or anything which requires true humanity.

Beautiful Dr Javad is now my primary neurologist. I too am coming from Northwestern Hospital and I had an excellent neurologist there too. Yet she advised me initially to see Dr. Javad for a second opinion. I did and I fell in love. His knowledge, his demeanor, his listening and reading your file is second to none. Dr Javad was previously her instructor (mentor) when she was at Univ of Chicago Yet, thru changing circumstances I had to leave northwestern and where am I now. I am his patient now. My previous neurologist stated “you can not be in better hands”.

Beyond a doubt one of the most unreliable doctors I have ever seen. Over the course of 2 visits, the below is my experience: 1.) Terrible bedside manner: did not introduce herself when she walked in, just told me I'm not getting an ultrasound and "why did you think you were getting one anyway". Awkward start to say the least. 2.) My husband and I took off work for our 12 week ultrasound and when we arrived at 10am we were told she "ordered it, but it seems it was never scheduled". They made us wait until 4pm to get seen for the US. 6 HOURS in the clinic because of their misstep. 3.) I had a swab taken to make sure I didn't have a BV or yeast infection and after 3 weeks of never getting results back, I reached out. Turns out the lab never got the swab! It also took 3 weeks for her to call me back from the time of my initial message to her staff. Unreliable and unprofessional. STEER CLEAR.

Dr. Simon implanted a Paraguard IUD. I called her office to schedule an appointment to remove it. She never appeared on the telehealth appointment. I then called he office resolve her not appearing. The woman who answered the phone was very rude to me and hung up on me. Then Dr. Simon's office manager by the name of Andrea called me to harass and question me about the previous call with the woman answering the phone who was rude. I explained to Andrea that they are not providing me with good customer service as I am a patient of Dr Simons. I just received a certified letter stating that my appointment was canceled. All I wanted was for Dr. Simon to remove the Paraguard IUD that she implanted and now she is refusing. Beware of making any appointments with Dr. Julia Simon. She is a terrible Physician who does not care about her patients or their wellness and allows her staff to not respect her patients.

Dr. Ortel is excellent. He has been my skin doctor for 5 years. He took good care of my deceased father Eduardo S., who suffered from multiple skin lesions due to extreme sun exposure in his youth. Dr. Ortel is not only competent, but also charming and kind. He has earned my respect and trust.

I’ve always had gynecological problems. Went to 5 different doctors and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. Dr. Goodall took one look, figured it out and cured me!!! Bedside manner is like talking with a good friend. Sweet, professional and understanding. I recently moved to Texas for work. I wish I could’ve moved her too!

I previously agreed with the positive reviews about Dr. Jaskowiak. Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed my opinion. She is no longer responsive. Instead, she is thoroughly dismissive and unresponsive, failing to respond to phone messages or inquiries through MyChart. (Her nurse, Maria, told me that this is the new normal for Dr. Jaskowiak.) As a result, I can no longer recommend her to anyone and will seek care elsewhere.

I saw Dr Ward for an inguinal hernia repair. He was very attentive, kind, and direct. I was, of course, concerned the day of outpatient surgery but it could not have gone better. After resting on the sofa the afternoon when I returned home I had absolutely NO discomfort the second day. I was back in the gym two weeks later. He is amazing.
