Dr. Laplanche took 900 dollars and refused to give it back and no service was performed by her. For years she has not hired an administrative assistant so she tries to handle all of the paperwork, scheduling, insurance claims all on her own as well as being the dentist. This causes her to screw up so many things and she asked my husband for 900 dollars cash before a procedure which he paid her. Then for 3 months dodged his calls and contacted him 3 times with 3 different stories as to why she couldn't do the procedure yet. The last time he went to the office to ask her for a refund she called the police and told my husband and the police she would refund our money tomorrow because she was busy. Then she called the next day and had the audacity to say she doesn't have the 900 dollars anymore and asked him to give her more money because now she has his crown and she will put it in if he gives her 1100 more in cash. Now of course he isn't about to hand over any more money or step fo

Explains everything so well. I'm afraid of going to the dentist because of a bad experience with a dentist when I was a child. She's a very warm and welcoming person.

I was there three years ago took forever for her to get the crown right and she almost dropped it down my throat she had no assistant I had to hold my own saliva drainer and she did a clamp in my mouth to keep it open because she didn't have an assistant was very dismal atmosphere and now I'm having problems and we add another dentist to have to have that removed because it wasn't properly done besides the fact that the house she works in is falling down very shady

Dr. Laplanche was extremely patient with me. I have a long standing fear of dentists and she was able to assure me that everything would be fine. I have been going to her ever since.

I went to Dr. Laplanche Dec.2017 due to a cracked tooth I was in no pain. She told me the tooth needed to be extracted & she could do the work. She attempted to extract the tooth for a 1.5hours she could not get the tooth. She also chipped my tooth next to the tooth that needed the extraction I was so upset and in pain when I left her office. That was my first/last visit disappointed due to limited space this is half the story just do your research on someone who has to work on your smile
