I could not be more happy with the results I’ve had from Invisalign. The doctors have all been amazing every step of the way! I had a cross bite that was pretty bad. It’s been less than a year and the results are way beyond what I thought they would be at this point in time!

Dr. Alex Oldroyd and the entire office staff are professional, courteous and most importantly extremely talented. I just had my permanent upper retainer fixed today, called at 7:45 am, appointment by 9:30am and was taken care of by 10:00am Dr Alex Oldroyd not only corrected my problem quickly, but took such great care in making sure that I was happy with the results. Additionally my three daughters and I were patients with Bank Orthopedics several years ago. Over the nine years that I have known them the organization has always maintained the highest level of talented and caring staff. If you are looking for Orthodontic care you be very happy with the results and care you receive at Bankhead Orthopedics/Dr. Alex Oldroyd. Truly great people work here.

I LOVED THIS OFFICE! Dr.Courtney and her entire staff were so nice to us. I had my oldest treated somewhere else in Edwardsville and felt like I was just a number, but here they made my kids feel so welcomed. My daughter can't wait to get her braces on. I haven't seen her smile in ages because of her spaces. It was nice to feel at home in a "MEDICAL BUILDING" with all of today's uncertainties. I didn't feel uncomfortable or scared to touch anything and that in itself is huge. The Alton office was great, and I like that I can go to ANY location. Thank you Rachel and Dr.Courtney we look forward to seeing all of you in August! PLUS, They sing and laugh, It's GREAT!

Dr. Bleyer and staff have been absolutely amazing throughout my entire process so far. He has explained everything thoroughly, and has been extremely kind. The entire staff is friendly and do their best to make every aspect as comfortable as possible for the patient. The whole office has a family vibe to it. I would and have recommended Dr. Bleyer to anyone.

My experience at Bankhead was great. Everyone is super friendly, the doctors were all great and Dr. Rodabough helped me obtain a straight, beautiful smile.

Dr. Ethington is not only a brilliant orthodontist who makes the best decisions for each patient, but she is also caring and always willing to answer all questions. Her treatment plan is based on the latest science and the specific needs/desires of the patient. She cares about her patients and works hard to make the experience pleasant and successful. She is a wonderful doctor and it is a joy to be her patient. I always look forward to my visits!

He always takes the time to explain my treatment to me! I see him in Carlinville and now I see his partner Dr.Jacob too. Both doctors always know what is going on and keep me informed every step of the way. It really shows how much pride they take in making sure I know what to expect next.Oh, and I love the singing in the office at every visit!

Dr.D and his staff were so Great! My daughter saw him in Carlinville, IL and I loved how great he was with answering her questions. She was so nervous to even go, now she can't wait to get started.
