Gastroenterology

Schedules colonoscopies without an appt first. No explanation on prep kit, the procedure etc. Being Diabetic that doesn’t work for me. i informed the office I need instructions and was told to check MY CHART. Refused to mail to me even though it was 3 months away from the procedure. i called with questions and his staff hung up on me.

Did procedure in hospital. Wait time was a bit long, but Dr. spent time discussing results and recommended treatment. Also met after procedure in room.

I was very apprehensive about my first colonoscopy but both the nurses Lisa and Angelina were great. Dr N Christopoulos made me feel very comfortable and took the time to answer my questions. It was a great experience.

I have never written an online review before for any product or service but I felt it was important to document this experience. I'm still stunned on how terribly I was treated and the rudeness of the nursing staff and physician. The nurse literally "sighed"at my questions regarding my colonoscopy and the Dr. Christopoulos was equally as short, curt, and disrespectful to me. Their patients are not a priority and seem literally bored by having to follow up or answer any questions.
