The front desk or personnel who answers the phone are a bit short with you and rude. I work in the medical field with that being said I understand offices get busy. On the other hand exceptional customer service should be number 1 priority. You can be the best doctor but lose a patient due to lack of great character, poor patient customer service. Please treat your callers with respect and have patience. Q & concerns will be asked if your new or not familiar with the process of a new office.
