My visits in the past were good but because I missed 1 appointment due to financial difficulties, He. Will Not See Me, I am Majorly Depressed and don't know from day to day am I going to live I'm in need of Seeing Him because He is the only person I trust to take care of my mental health needs and I can't get an appointment at his office, I don't feel like any Doctor should dismiss a patient and never be willing to talk to or see them again, Especially if that Dr. Is the only Dr. That a patient TRUST To Provide them the Help That they need! Mental Health is very Scary & Serious to deal with and I need this Dr help and he want talk to me or see me

Dr. Webster is overscheduled. She may be a good doc with credentials but having too many patients has taken away her focus. The wait times are up to two hours. If you mention the wait time to her, she will talk to you about her work hours which are often until 11 pm every evening. It would be responsible for her to take fewer patients for the health of herself and her patients. It is better to drive to Atlanta if you can where there are more docs available. April at front desk is wonderful.

Called today on 8/7 and spoke with April. She is by far the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered .Called to ask about insurance , since my insurance told me that Dr. Webster takes our plan. I told April that she had already spoken to my husband this morning and she literally screamed at me and I quote, " that she talks to 150 pt's a day and she can't possibly remember everyone she speaks to." She never let me finish my sentence. Fireable offense. Would have pd cash for MD

I have been seeing Dr. J Branam MD. for over 10 years. He is knowledgeable about my meds and treatment plan, easy to communicate with, and workout problems. Dr J Branam MD. is there when I need him with just a phone call. Dr. Brennan Is a very kind, patient joyful Dr he makes me feel very comfortable. We have worked through the years to keep my meds in the right direction. He has handled some emergencies very well for me. He works late hours to contact his patients on the phone.
