I mystified at the one star ratings. I found Dr. kulkarni to be very knowledgeable and empathetic. He listened when I explained the problems I was having, and he’s the only one who found the answer. I immediately changed my gastroenterologist to him. I think he is an excellent physician and I will continue to go to him.

Dr. Schorr is very condescending, uncaring, dismissive and disrespectful. He chose to talk over me rather than to listen to me, his patient. I broke down into tears in his presence and he chose to walk out of the exam room. I’ve had an ongoing terribly painful problem (24/7) and have been passed from one doctor to the next for over a year now. I made the mistake of mentioning when my pain first started in Jan. 2020, the first doctor I saw (GYN) referred me to my hospitals pain management center for possible nerve blocks to see if that would help. It didn’t nor have any type of pain meds. Dr. Schorr said he wasn’t going to prescribe me narcotics for undiagnosed pain. I didn’t ask for any.. I felt like he thought I was a junkie. That’s when I broke down... I told him I don’t want pain meds.. they don’t work. I just want a doctor to find out what’s wrong with me. I sobbed all the way home. If you want a caring and compassionate doctor I highly suggest you go see someone else.

I've had no bad experiences with Dr. Schorr personally. His staff is rude, don't seem to care about their business, and don't return calls. Today I told a staff member that indicated they have been there 16 years, that if I didn't bet a call back I would communicate my displeasure and a physician change to my primary care physician that sent lab results and asked me to contact Dr. Schorr. I've left 4 messages and have not had a call back.

Entire visit and the endoscopies were extremely caring, professional and carefully performed.

I have used Dr. Kukler for the past ten years, but unfortunately will never again. Dr. Kukler and Dr. Patel are wonderful doctors with highly professional skills and a genuine concern for their patients. My issue is with Dr. Kukler's scheduler for endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures. I had an appointment with Dr. Kukler regarding an endoscopy and a colonoscopy. Dr. Kukler's surgery scheduler was supposed to call me. It took two days for her to contact me. I asked her if I could schedule an endoscopy and colonoscopy on the same day. She stated that she would have to contact the anesthesiologist. I waited three days, left numerous voice messages, and she never contacted me. I had told her there were several other gastrologists who I had contacted that would schedule both procedures at once. Medicare would pay for both procedures at once - and I told her that as well. Her delay and lack of response put back these procedures at least two weeks.

I had surgery in the month of March I am so upset at the receptionist upon filling out the information she told me that the Anastasia may not be in network I told them I’d rather have my surgery at the place I had it before now I am sitting up here with a $3000 bill for Suzanne I am not happy they should have given me the option to cancel I don’t have $3000 at the moment to be paying somebody for something that the receptionist wasn’t sureIf the receptionist was sure when I came to Lawrenceville and see if it will be a charge I would have canceled so now help me with that didn’t like the place to place smelled bad I have bruises on my body when I get home I’m not happy this to me is like hi Way robbery and you have my name Cynthia, I like my doctor I don’t like where he sending me or the people that’s supposed to care for me not happy in the scoring is not for my doctor in the surgery is for the medical trapping

Dr. Rutledge has taken care of me for years. I would not think of going to any other doctor. She is very professional and caring. She explains my condition in terms I can understand and is very thorough.

The office is terribly rude and unprofessional. Handing you a stack of papers removes all need to be helpful or accurate in what they say. Tell you one thing in person and hide behind releases or other forms. Doctor mildly interested in patients.

Dr. Kukler was great, but do your research before scheduling a procedure at their surgery center. The "out of network" anesthesiologist charges an outrageous amount - more than an entire self pay colonoscopy should be. I'm totally disgusted by this over inflation. The ridiculous defense that they "start charging for anesthesia the minute staff come in contact with the patient and until they exit the building" is just an excellent example of what's wrong with healthcare. Total money grab.

First visit with Dr. Owens was very informative. She made me feel more at ease during our visit. Did the procedure this morning and was pleased with her and all the staff at her facility in Lawrenceville.

Although she appeared caring and attentive, as soon as I asked her questions, she seemed annoyed and almost defensive. I am not sure she was well versed in my GI issues but instead of just saying that she wanted me to have yet another procedure??

Due to his lack of care, and attention to details for his patients please don't see him. A lot could have been avoided if he just listen and looked at my background history. In the end another doctor found out what was going on however I ended up paying thousands of dollars and since he wouldn't fill out my FMLA paper work I had to transfer to another store and lose my standing at my job and had to start over at the bottom. Now It will be so hard to trust a doctor.

I'll start by saying I think Dr. Kukler is a wonderful doctor BUT I can no longer use him as my doctor because of his staff. I left 4 messages over a period of almost 2 weeks for his nurse in order to get labs done. Never returned a call, not once. Finally thought I would just make an appt to see Dr. Kukler to discuss, . The receptionist sent request to Lab Corp for me. Still didn't hear back from nurse. Didn't call with results for 1.5 wks, by then I had gotten results myself.

Dr. Rutledge did my colonoscopy. She was running extremely late for the consultation and I was upset over that. However, she still took time to sit and discuss all of my questions and concerns and did not rush me. The day of the procedures, the staff was very attentive to my needs and comfort. Everything ran right on time. If I ever do this again, I will go back to her.

I really really like Dr. Kukler but have been having GI issues. An appt was hard to get and his nurse never called me back. She gave me a specific time and day she would call me never happened. I got two phone calls saying his nurse would be calling me, nope. Ended up going to the emergency room which is pretty ridiculous because someone was unable to do their JOB. At this point i have realized I’m just a number to these people and will have to move on to someone who can actually treat me.

Dr. Rutledge performed my colonoscopy. Her schedule is tight so my appointment was scheduled over 2 months out. A questionable polyp was detected during my colonoscopy. Dr. Rutledge moved my results appt to an earlier date sshe could advise me of the results ASAP. Although she had to refer me to a surgeon and oncologist, her staff followed up immediately and had me scheduled to see the other doctors the next day. Dr. Rutledge even called me the day before surgery to see if I had questions .

I was referred from another Dr because of abnormal results from a ct scan which I offered him the disc. He replied they don't use those. I was in & out within 15 min including waiting time. He didn't seem to listen. Stood up the whole time as if he was in a hurry. All he read was reason for visit mass. He explained that most people have those including those in the waiting room. Seriously I'm not empathetic to them however I was paying for my time. Assembly line experience.

A very professional environment . Dr.Kulkarni was spending appropriate amount of time explaining and following up the procedure. Great team!

Dr. Owens is the nicest doctor who spends a great deal of time with you. She genuinely wants to help and get your issue resolved. Plus, I really like how efficient her office staff is when dealing with insurance and scheduling.

Dr. Kukler is the best, he gave me his time, he didn't rush, he explained to me what we needed to do to find out what my problem is and whats causing it. very friendly staff. very caring staff!! i highly recommend Dr. Kukler to my family, friends .
