The office manager was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. During the consultation the surgeon gave me inaccurate information regarding my procedure. It was also difficult reaching someone in the office without leaving a message during business hours. Very bad one visit experience and I'm extremely glad I did not use this surgeon for my hand surgery.

Dr. C is a good surgeon but has no respect for anyone else’s time. We have had appointments with him for the last 3 months every week or two weeks and have not been seen on time but once. One time we waited over two hours for our appointment, then the next week we were 15 minutes late due to a wreck, I called to let them know we would be late, and they waited to see us last (around 5:00). I started making the appointments the first one of the day and he was still late. Today was last straw,
