Review of Dr. Hall

- |

Dr. Hall performed a hip replacement procedure for me in April, 2019 and I have been extremely pleased with the results. Everything has progressed just like he said it would prior to the procedure. He was, and continues to be, candid and thorough in his assessment of my progress displaying an excellent "bedside manner". I get straight easy to understand reports from him and not a bunch of medical jargon. I hope I will never need a procedure on my other hip but, if I do, I will certainly engage Dr. Hall's professional and competent services again.

Review of Dr. Hall

-

I had a knee replacement that I should never have had —and a rod instead of a hip replacement that should have been done due to lack of communication between Dr Hall and the referring doctor. Years later, the rod was taken out during hip replacement by another surgeon. I could not have the anterior hip surgery because of the rod. Recovery from hip replacement has been a nightmare, all because of the rod. I will never be able to walk unassisted again. My knee is worse now than before the replacement. The quality of my life is poor. He is personable but I regret that I ever saw him.

Review of Dr. Hall

When I was told I needed a Total Knee Replacement, I was told to see Dr. Hall. When I waked into his office in February, 2019 and greeted me, my husband and I felt immediately comfortable. He provided a detailed account of the reason for the surgery, the process, the result and the post operative care. his PA, Quentin Farmer, and Emily were very proactive and were quick to answer questions and also connect me with all the information, equipment and workshops needed before and after the surgery. True to Dr. Hall's word, the surgery and the recovery was just as he described. He did a very neat job, with no surgical, or post operative complications. Dr. Hall's passion for his job can be seen in how he treats his patients, with respect, compassion , and individual attention among other things. He is an amazing man and surgeon. I am very lucky to have him as my doctor, and look forward to knee #2 with him:).

Review of Dr. Khan

- |

Two weeks tomorrow since Dr Khan skillfully performed a difficult reverse right shoulder arthroplasty. The joint had severe wear and calcification. I let it go too long before intervention. My bad. I Was experiencing more than normal swelling while using conventional ice wraps and so we agreed to use an ice machine today, going forward, to decrease pain and better allow for restrengthening. Also he opined I was already a candidate for some stretching and elevation moves instead of waiting for the original start date a week from today. Only six hours since and already a noticeable sign of improvement. Seriously! I speak with authority as this this now my fifth major joint replacement since 1996. I’m pushing 76 years and have been blessed with awesome Orthopaedists. Pre-surgery conditioning is common to all. Dr Khan rates a solid 5/5. Richard Goss

Review of Dr. Hall

Dr. Hall replaced both my knees and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. He has a great manner and is a fabulous surgeon. I went from not being able to walk a block to playing tennis again. I highly recommend Dr. Hall.

Review of Dr. Satterwhite

-

I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and had to wait over an hour to see Dr. Satterwhite. She seemed unsure as to exactly what by issue was. She continually talked over my wife and me. She talked down to us even though we tried to tell her my wife had over 21 years in hospital administration and knew the correct medical terms for my condition. We felt we were given the “bum’s rush” to get out of her office. She had absolutely NO bedside manner or empathy for my condition or the pain level I was in. Her recommendation was to “get use to the pain” and get on with my life. I would not recommend her and would, in no way, allow her to operate on me.
