Review of Dr. Boden

My visits with Dr Boden was good. Dr Boden is wonderful doctor my surgery went well. I would recommend anyone that needs spine surgery to go to Dr Boden. When I came home after my surgery I received phone calls making sure everything was fine. His administration assistant Veronica was great as well.

Review of Dr. Michael

Can't say enough about Dr. Michel, his and the hospital staff and the whole Emory experience. First -- my surgery worked. Three weeks into recovery. Some manageable localized pain that is diminishing. But my lower body feels better/stronger than it has in almost two years. l am already doing things I couldn't begin to do pre-surgery -- when I couldn't walk more than 20 yards without stopping. Not to be overly-dramatic, but feel like I'm getting my life back. The whole process has been so well managed -- great pre and post surgery information, total accessibility, no waits, caring staff. My thanks to the whole care team.

Review of Dr. Xerogeanes

I recently took my 16 year old daughter to see Dr X for a knee injury that occurred while playing volleyball. She was so scared and had already been told she had a complete tear to her ACL and would not be able to play the sport she loves for at least 9 months. Dr X came in and met me, my husband & daughter for the first time and spent at least 40 minutes explaining everything we ever wanted to know about ACL's and what we were facing. He was so personable and kind to my daughter and made her feel comfortable and at ease. I have been a nurse for 24 years working in hospitals & outpatient surgical centers and I have met very few doctors that spend this much time with their patients. I was so impressed with Dr X and his staff that we scheduled her surgery right there on the spot. This was our second opinion and I'm so grateful that a friend led us in his direction. I have full confidence and peace of mind that Dr X will get our daughter back to volleyball stronger than ever.

Review of Dr. Refai

I had a lumbar fusion 3 months ago. I have already recommended Dr. Refai to several clients and to several friends. I have tremendous respect for Dr. Refai and his team. He is a very talented, articulate, and compassionate physician who is dedicated to providing the best possible medical evaluation, treatment, and care to his patients. He is not content with the status quo. Instead, he has a genuine desire always to learn more and to advance the highest standards of care to become even greater and better. And to his credit, he approaches his patients with true humility and respect.

Review of Dr. Refai

- in Alpharetta, GA |

Dr. Refai is a true healthcare professional - knowledgeable, compassionate, dedicated, motivated and responsive. I could not be more pleased with the conduct and results of my recent spine operation from start to finish. I am a 70 year old disabled Army veteran who has experienced some 16 operations over the years in various civilian and military facilities so I feel qualified to comment on the care received. Without question, my recent experience with Dr. Refai and his team from first encounter through the operation and subsequent release and follow up was one of the best, if not the best, medical experiences that I have had. Everyone with whom I came into contact was thoroughly professional, motivated and conscientious and for that, Dr. Refai and the Emory training program are to be congratulated. Please feel free to contact me if further discussion is desired.
