Dr. Yi is a very nice and thorough gentleman, my 84 year old mother loves him.
Brian could give a painless injection to a snail. The guy is awesome!!!!!
I set up a new appointment and was asked to arrive a half an hour early to do paperwork. I got there at 10 am as requested. I was never told that I would be required any information from other doctors. But when I arrived they told me I needed information sent from my referral doctor. I waited for 2 hours and 15 minutes for my regular physician to send the requisite information -- they were apparently very busy and it was not clear what information was needed. Had I known before hand that it
Dr Yi seems very careful to consider all possible treatments before going to surgery. Seems very careful, methodical, and considerate of the patient's needs, even beyond the primary complaint being treated.
She is very friendly, professional and she knows her thing. Her diagnosis and treatment are always accurate. She is very caring and makes you feel like a person not a number. I love her practice. and her nurse Kristy is very helpful and caring too. love them
Dr. Westerfield was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I had been experiencing significant pain in my shoulder for several months leading up to my appointment. After only one visit with Dr. Westerfield, the pain ceased and I was able to resume my active lifestyle.
Dr. Jackson has changed my perspective, I now know that I can get better and live a much more fulfilling life. Thank you Dr. Jackson and you team of caring professionals.
Horrible experience. And rude to me as a Pt with medical knowledge. Won't return, or recommend.
The 1st time for a hip injection and the 2nd for scheduling surgery. My time frame can be a problem since I'm still working. He got me scheduled on one of his days off, so I would have the time to heal before I head back out to sea. This was above and beyond his duty and I greatly appreciated it.
Since surgery I have recovered greatly, was riding my bicycle within 2 weeks and walking 2 miles a day after 1 week. after 4 weeks completely recovered and could return to work w/o any restrictions.
I expected higher standards. I was seen by the nurse practitioner who was super nice. The doctor came later with his spine mold and spoke to me about what he thinks I may have. I was not examined by the doctor and there was not further questioning to find the possible source of the injury or what it could be. I was written for physical therapy and an anti inflamatory creme. I feel that a lot more could have been done to check my injury and what to expect in terms of recovery.
Elio is, by far, one of the most caring, compassionate & knowledgeable health care providers I have ever encountered. His passion for helping others surpasses that of most nurses and practitioners. Thank you, Elio, for taking the time to listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions!
Exceptional patient contact.
I had been stuck with FOI for close to an year for my cervical and Lambar pain. They had given me 6 injections on neck and 7 on lower back with no relief. After the last shots Doctor tells me that is best he can offer and i should visit some other doctor!!! When i asked for appointment they tell me to come after a month appointment. Even though i requested i am in pain they tell me go visit urgent care for pain relief? Why should i visit some urgent care for pain relief when i am already visitin
would not answer questions about care
The worst bedside manner in any medical professional I've dealt with. No compassion. No caring. No sympathy. Just horrible. In contrast, the physician, Dr. Gasser, he works for is excellent. Mr. Hernandez, however, takes away from Dr. Gasser's excellence.
Dr. Herscovici was very good and quickly diagnosed and corrected the foot pain I had been experiencing for over 6 months. During my visit it was especially busy and I had to wait over two hours to be seen for my appointment. This was the only problem I had with them and it could have been a one time issue but it is the only reason I did not score them higher. Once I was back with the Dr. and his team things went smoothly.
Dr. Beatty is the most bitter, miserable, haggard person that I've ever come across. Which is a shame as I understand that she is a very skilled surgeon. Bedside manner, office manner etc., are an equally important part of an already painful & disturbing trauma. It is obvious within minutes of first meeting that this lady does not care about you (me). I will not have surgery performed on me by anyone that does not care, no matter the skill.
I met with Dr Barna this morning and felt very confortable in discussing my back and neck problems. He was very professional , warm and friendly . I would highly recommend him to others with my type of problems. G R NELSON
Dr. Armaghani is an amazing surgeon with the best communication skills I've ever seen as well as his surgical techniques and bedside manner. I had to have an extremely riskyy surgery on 3/14/17 after a failed fusion. I've never felt so comfortable with my physician and upcoming surgery before. He was very helpful and offered a great deal of support for post op pain management and ongoing care. He's a lifesaver!
Dr. Baker is a awesome doctor, his mannerism is great. He is a great doctor
after suffering with chronic back pain for years I was lucky enough to find DR.Armaghani. Before and after surgery him and his staff treated me like an old friend. he made no promises because I had let it go for so long it would be tricky, the day after surgery I already no longer had pain in my legs. 4 weeks later I tied my shoes without help for the first time in 15 years. I had my 6 week check up yesterday and was treated like we had been buddies our whole life! great DR and staff!
Dr Barna did an outpatient surgical procedure on my lower back with great results - the pain has gone away. It was a very cut and dried process. The office and surgical staff who supported him was likewise outstanding - got insurance approval quickly, called to keep me in the loop, very efficient when I went into surgery and out. Nice follow up as well.
His attitude is offensive. He talks to patients as they are dumb and don't know what s going on. Not impressed when he tried to convince me that my little boy wound from the cast was a normal accident .The cast was placed on by a "tech" with no license or certification he personally trained her and the cast happened to be too tight on my little boy arm. When we opened the cast my son had a deep wound right where the cast was chocking the arm. The cast was dry and clean and never messed with!smh!
i would highly recommend Dr. Barna. He went the extra mile in working me in his schedule, as well as taking the time to review everything completely and answer all of our questions. He seems genuinely determined to give you the best treatment possible.
I went to Dr Clare after my third tassel tunnel release surgery. There was a "pea sized" thing near the incision site, which Dr. Clare said wasn't really there. However, after subsequent visits, each time being told nothing there, then told me that it was so close to the artery he might nick it. Sent me to vascular dr who said not close to artery would do surgery with him. Clare said not there. Now size of grape! Cannot do surgery ALL veins engorged with blood and I could bleed out per new doc!!
Dr Barna treated me for cerivical pain associated with C5 nerve root compressed by a large osteophyte. This was done in order to isolate the correct level for surgery and for pain. An anterio-lateral transforaminal injection was accomplished with great expertise and precision. This approach is not done by many pain specialist...and could not have been "easier" from my perspective. I highly recommend Dr Barna without hesitation.
Always receive competent and courteous care from Dr. Bernasek, his PA, and his staff.
Dr. Armaghani & his staff were very polite, professional & took extra time to explain any details whenever needed. Very pleased with the care and pain free outcome after surgery & some recovery time. Would highly recommend Dr. Armaghani & the Florida Orthopedic Inst.
I wasted a month trying to get treatment with him. They drag their feet when getting approval by insurance. My procedure was cancelled at 4pm the day before I was supposed to go to the surgery center. We rescheduled for the next week. They NEVER called me to tell me that the surgery was cancelled AGAIN! Very unprofessional and I was never given a reason for the cancellations or any compensation for the way they treated me. I had even prepaid the dr. and surgery center. Terrible treatment!
Highly professional, focused, and really cared about me. Provided me with diagnosis and comprehensive plan of care.
Fantastic physician. Dr. Armaghani is very knowledgeable and takes time with his patients. He explains everything thoroughly. I had complete success with the spine surgery he performed.
outstanding service. Dr. Armaghani was very personable and caring. He listened to me and addressed all my questions prior to the procedure that I was going to have. He took the time to explain my procedure to me in a way that I can understand. I was very impressed.
Dr Bernasek and his PA Brain Yates are excellent. They explain issues thoroughly and take whatever time the patient needs . I have never felt rushed with either one. They inspire confidence.
Unfortunately, you will have to wait 3 months or more to get an appointment and once you get there you are faced with a wait time that exceeds 2 hrs, regularly, UGH!!!! and the administrative assistant (Maria) does not return phone calls, so surgery scheduling can be stressful.
Brilliant, dedicated to his profession . Diagnosed a spine issue I had been dealing with for
years which had caused me excruciating pain. Professional, very caring.
I have had several facet blocks and recently had an ablation at L-3, L-4. I have had a lot of pain relief as a result of the ablation. Dr. Barna is professional, easy to talk with, and spends the appropriate time with me. He also answers any questions I have and does not try to rush through his appointments. I am very comfortable with this doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing back pain.
Dr. Bernasek replaced my knee March 2014. The entire experience was great and pain was kept to a minimum. Infection protocol was beyond compare. I love my new knee and owe it all to Dr. B
Dr. Clare listened, understood and is very knowledgeable about his practice. Don't be surprised if you see him owning his own practice soon. Thank you Dr. C, I am on my way to recovery.
worst Dr. and assistant ever. DO NOT USE. contact me with any questions. dr. Clare reconstructed both my heels. never once check up on me at hospital, had major complications and infection and could not even even get him or his worthless assistant Ann Marie to call me back. instead of sending me to a wound specialist referred me in house PT which caused additional infection have had to have heel removed, hardware out; charged me additional $3000. CHANGED DDR. & NOW HOPING TO KEEP MY FOOT.
I would most definitely recommend Dr. Sanders to anyone needing his expertise.
Very impressed with Dr. Sellman's friendly professionalism. He was pleasant, efficient, and helpful. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Sellman is an amazing Dr. He has guided me successfully through a torn labrum shoulder and femoral stress fracture. In both cases he gave the perfect combination of knowledge and caring. I have recommended him to many!
My son fell at home and broke his femur (thigh bone). When we got to the hospital he saw Dr. Shah who performed surgery that same day! Dr. Shah was very friendly and professional and talked to us every step of the way. My son recovered within a few weeks, and while I attribute part of that recovery to my son being young (he was 20 at the time), the rest goes to Dr. Shah. If you ever need a trauma surgeon in Tampa Bay I highly recommend Dr. Shah. You will NOT be disappointed!
Waited over 2 hours for less than 5 minutes with the Dr. She couldn't get out of exam room fast enough. She didn't even address what was going on. Waste of my time and money. BTW worst handshake ever.
As an out-of-state visitor in the area for a short visit, I experienced a severe wrist fracture and contacted Florida Ortho Inst. Dr. Pappou saw me on short-notice, fully informed me of the nature of the injury, and treatment alternatives. He did surgery as soon as possible so I could return home. He was very professional and explained everything to my husband and I before and after surgery. We were impressed by his courtesy, professionalism, and confidence in a successful outcome.
She is an extremely honest and compassionate provider. She impressed me and I would recommend her to everyone I care about. She will tell you how it is but she does this because she does care. She is an intelligent provider. I really enjoyed my visit with her.
Has no consideration for people's time. An appointment at 12:30 is probably last appointment of the day for the doctor but may get to them by 4:30.
He is up front and he was great.
Dr. Sellman exceeded my expectations on all facets. Great personality, great listening, great explanations, and he genuinely cared about the amount of pain I was in and didn't let me leave the office without some relief and a plan to remedy the pain permanently. I have been an athlete in many sports all my life, and Dr. Sellman is an athletes doctor. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to make him my athletic primary care doctor!
Very disappointed with office. Called me one hour before my visit to cancel. Said they thought I should see another doctor without ever speaking with me!
Doctor was late arriving to the office. The office staff was very kind and professional but being told that I would wait for at least an hour before even going back for the appointment was ridiculous. I got there 30 minutes early to show courtesy for the doctor't time. I expect the same courtesy for my time.
Today was my first experience with a Health care professional that I could actually speak with and not just to. Her matter of fact approach leaves no room for error in her practice of medicine. During my visit she was extremely thorough in every aspect and the VA should set their standards to match that of hers! Dr Shields is the best bar none.
Long wait...and in a rush, no concern of having been in the hospital a few times with chronic scoliosis. tried to push therapy for weeks. Horrible bedside manners of concern.
Dr. Pappou reconstructed my dislocated thumb three months ago. Under his excellent care, my thumb has healed and feels wonderful. He is a gifted surgeon and a very nice, very patient, and understanding man. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs hand surgery.
As a RN I have worked side by side with some very excellent Physical Therapists, but I must say Dr. Sainath is absolutely the best Physical Therapist I have known. When I first met Arthi she sat down by my side and talked to me about my MRI. She talked about the problems seen on my MRI and the physiology of the spine. Arthi, made it very clear about my problems and her plan of care. The rational of each exercise was clearly explained. Arthi, gently guided me onto a path of wellness.
Awful MD. Once she is done operating and collecting her money she can care less about the chronic back pain that is caused by the spinal fusion. 45 min wait times at her office and she spends 5min in the room with you.
Dr. Sanders is the Best!
My son was a passenger in a very bad car accident, in ER they we were told he might not walk again as his foot was destroyed. Thank God we got to Dr Sanders who was able to leave our son's foot as good as it was. He is simply a Geniuos.
Thank God for Dr. Sanders.
Dr. Saatman was extremely clear and concise about my diagnosis and treatment. She is caring, intelligent and a tremendously gifted surgeon. My surgery and recovery were better and easier than I had anticipated. Nicole (admin. assistant) and Michael (P.A.) were incredibly patient and understanding. Telephone calls were returned promptly and all of my concerns were addressed thoroughly. What started out as a very intimidating experience for me turned into a breeze! Thank you!
Great experience. Dr.Saatman was very understanding and listened and understood our concerns. She explained to us what we should do next and hopefully it will help with my pain.Again, wonderful experience.
Dr. Shields puts statements in her notes that the patient never said. When performing tests, she doesn't fully complete the tests and then states in her notes that the patient responded in a certain manner that they didn't because the test was fully completed. I know this to be true because I have had this particular test done by several Neurologist, and I know how the test is performed. I absolutely do not trust this doctor and will never see her again, nor will I ever recommend her to anyone.
First of all very nice person. Takes time to understand your problems and discusses with you his thoughts and what and how he thinks is going wrong. All the prescribed options for me have worked well to get me out of pain.
Do NOT see this man if you want to be heard. He did not listen, was rude, spoke in a condescending manner, and asserted that he didn't believe me. Other doctors, who are more informed about my spinal condition, know that the pain is not "in my head". He did not want to learn, he only wanted to order more expensive tests, to try to fit my condition into a label he could understand. He is not trustworthy. I recently moved to this area, and will continue my search for the right doctor.
Felt like he was working for someone else and not for me.
Cold, uncaring, rushed through apts. puffing up himself b 4 treating his patient. so smug and patronizing to my mother who spent 35 years as an RN it was insulting. She asked intelligent questions but he was clearly threatened by this and got nasty. Told her "patients who asked questions were difficult" and "were trouble." What? He kept mixing up her case details with someone Else's. Scary. We would never recommend him and don't get why he is at FOI. Very bad news. Run away and save yourself.
This surgeon is the best. I had Cerivcal [ACDF...C5] fusion for pain and numbness at neck, right shoulder and arm 2 years ago.....and have no pain or numbness at all since the second day post-op. He is thorough and precise in exam and surgical expertise. He is well known in his field and is known as the doctors' surgeon. Many surgeons in town that I knew personally told me that if they needed spine surgery," He would be there choice."
I recommend him without hesitation.
I had a disk replacement between c3&4. I suffered severely with pain for over 10 years. The last 3 to 4 years I was dependent on pain meds in order to keep from killing myself, that's how bad the pain was. I needed help fast and it seemed like everywhere I went was a waste of time and money. Thank god I'm feeling better now no thanks to dr Weinstein and the Florida orthopedic inst. He was rude to me and acted as if I was wasting his time. The reality is he doesn't know how to read an MRI.
He was professional , listened to my concerns , explained my condition fully, and told me how he would treat the condition on an ongoing basis. I felt I confident and comfortable with his assessment . His office staff was professional and courteous wait time was minimal overall it was a very informative and pleasant experience. Doctor Streits credentials are impressive.
Waited 2 1/2 hours for MRI results that were already in my possession. He told me the MRI results were insignificant even though the report clearly defined problems. He was an unprofessional insensitive jerk that spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do for me, try more physical therapy. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend him to anyone.
I have had positive experience meeting Dr. Watson both times I have been to Fl Orthopedic Institute. I met him first time when I had intense pain around my neck area. His diagnosis was sound and accurate. 4 months of physical therapy along with pain meds has made my medical issue very manageable till today. Same with my visit for knees today. He patiently listened to all my questions and alleviated my concerns. Great doctor!!
I THINK THAT DR. DAVID WATSON, IN MY OPINION, IS ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE VERY GREATEST SURGEON ALIVE!!! RENNEA BURGESS, A PATIENT OF HIS!!!!!
I was just looking up Dr. Tresser's info to refer him to a friend. I don't usually do surveys but was surprised to see anything less than 5 stars for Dr Tresser. He did a repair on a very painful ruptured disk in by back over 2 years ago. I don't know how it could have gone better. I've had no issues. I've had problems with that disk for 15 years. It's been great to live without pain again. The scar was minimal. I would definitely go back and refer him to friends and family.
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He is too quick to get you out of his office and if he doesn't know how to treat you he says there's nothing wrong with you and just to live with your pain. I went to him for a second opinion on a possible tumor in my spine and he said just keep an eye on it and if it grows address it. He stated if we already had a plan on what to do why did we come to him. He is very inpersonable and didn't even do an examination . Find another doctor!
Good doctor, but office and doctor do not communicate clearly to make sure next steps are clear. Office is way too focused on procedure and does a lot of duplicative work.
Need surgery on me that wasn't necessary. Would not recommend it trust him
Had two appts with Dr Stone. The first time we waited over 1 1/2 hour and finally left without seeing him. Next time, we were scheduled to see him (since it was a different location, I did not realize he was the same doctor until after the appt) and he called in sick, so we saw his PA. Then his office called to say we had to re-schedule the follow up visit- three strikes, Dr Stone.
Update, Dr.Tresser didn't advise Steroid shots for my back as he said that they could elevate with my blood sugar level (I am diabetic). I got a second opinion, and had shots two weeks ago, that surgeon told me that the shots wouldn't interfere with my blood sugar levels since the quantity of steroid is so low. So, after shots and no blood sugar complication, I am pain free for the first time in over one year, no thanks to this doctor.
I really liked Dr. Crawford I felt he was very thorough. I realized he relays information to Dr. Walling and I was fine with that. They very much agreed.
waiting was not too bad because I had to have x-rays. Other wise the wait would have been too long.
Dr. Small was very professional, expressed his concerns and allowed me and my husband to have input concerning my well being.
Had a 12:10 appointment. They said he was running 1hour behind. I was brought to the room at 13:05. He finally saw me at 14:00. I explained that I had re- injured my ankle. Also PT has been painful but was helping. He did not examine my ankle. He told me it was arthritis and he was recommended I stop going to PH. I retold him that it was helping but painful after the session. He paid it know mind. This is how a Dr. visit should not go. Seeking a second opinion as I should.
Highly arrogant and did everything to possible to belittle me. From questioning my education to asking if the weight I put down on the form was real. Never once asked what his survey questions meant to me when I listed different daily issues; he just gave them a number. I wouldn't recommend him to perform a neutering on a dog.
Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions without reservation. Uses a conservative approach, wants his patients to get better, but does not push surgery on them if not warranted. Gives you the facts and does not sugar coat things or make empty promises. If you are looking for someone to help you surgically. Don' t listen to theses other reviews. He is a great surgeon. He may not always crack jokes with you, but are you looking for someone to cut up with, or someone who has great surg skills
Very quick to get you out. Doesn't take time with his patients. Not the happiest of Dr. Although he is very thorough when discussing outcome of surgeries
Dr Tresser might not smile with you but he's awesome with what he does. I couldn't walk without in pain and after having. L4 L5 with him thank God and Dr Tresser I am now able to live my life normal again.listen to someone who swears that she'll never ever do surgery and now I'm a totally new person because of him. He answered all my husband's and sister questions that they had about me regarding my surgery and during my Hospital stay his visit was very gratifying.
He wasn't prepared for my visit and was short and rude with me because I didn't have the right paperwork.
100% satisfied with neck spinal fusion. Pain totally gone.
If he doesn't know how to treat your issue, he says nothing really wrong.
I'd never recommend this doctor to anyone! His demeanor is careless & snarky from many different interactions with him pre & post op I've never felt him be concerned for me. Once he did my surgery & got his money I NEVER saw him at a visit, although i'd have post op appointments every few weeks, then each month following my surgery. I'm 9 mos. post op wanting to return to FULL CONTACT sports, he says go play, but refuses to script me a knee brace because "he only will once I've torn my acl twice
Outstanding honest skilled knee surgeon. One of the best. I was referred by many satisfied patients.
After falling and breaking my shoulder Dr.Echols told me I needed to have a plate put in my arm to hold it in place. He even showed me a x-ray showing the ball teetering on the edge of the socket.Could he have been looking at someone else's x-ray's? I decided on a second opinion and found I did not need surgery. After 6 mos. I have 95% range of motion and NO PAIN. Why would any Dr. want to put a 74 year old woman through unnecessary surgery? Could it be for the money? BEWARE!!!
I switched from the very popular Dr. Lyons to Dr. Garlick. He is wonderful. I broke my right knee cap in many pieces. He managed to salvage a few of those pieces and now it is good as new. Love him!
Uncompassionate, critical & unhelpful.
Dr Garlick saw me twice and after the second visit the pain is completely gone. Thank you So much!
Knee surgery was very successful 5 years ago.
Developing pain and now he is too busy and I'll have to wait 8 weeks to see him.
I have needed a hip replacement for many years but because of insurance reason and just putting it off I got to a point that I had to have my hip replaced. After a long search for the right doctors I came across Dr. Grayson. From the very first appointment and through the whole procedure I felt confident I had the perfect surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Grayson. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me.
Had 2 appointments with Dr Gasser. One related to painful knee next for painful elbow . These visits were scheduled by me for doctors evaluation. The 1st visitThe physicians assistant examined me , 2nd the nurse practitioner examined me. Each time Dr Gasser stood outside by the clerical table talking nonsense At no time did Dr Gasser enter the room or acknowledge my presence. I have no issue with PA's or NP. But initial consultation should be performed by the doc i scheduled with Never Again
Dr Grayson went out of his way to schedule my surgery for the next day. He followed up after the surgery to make sure I was doing.
Very talented surgeon. Kind, with a very good manner of explaining what is going on!
HE REPLACED BOTH OF MY HIPS AND I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE FOR KNEES OR HIPS
He is an excellent surgeon. In the office and in the OR Dr. Gasser is truly a professional. He repaired my Lt meniscus and I was back in action in no time. He just repaired my Rt meniscus and I'm getting ready to be released back to normal work duties. Both of my tears were work related (firefighter) and everything from day 1 to release went smoothly.
Dr. Gustke is an amazing surgeon. I have had multiple surgeries on the left hip, not any fault but my own, and Dr. Gustke is one of the only doctors who would touch my hip. From the moment I woke up from my surgery, there has not been any pain what so ever. He is my doctor and my doctor of choice.
After having been to another orthopedic physician in the area who was supposed to be "the best" and letting him do surgery on my knee I continued to have issues to which I was told there was nothing else he could do. I went to see Dr. Grayson to get a 2nd opinion and found an AMAZING physician. Not only is he knowledgable but kind and caring. I have worked in the medical field for 25 years and I would recommend Dr. Grayson to ANYONE looking for an orthopedic physician!!
Dr. Garcia is an excellent physician - he listened carefully to everything I said, acknowledged it, processed it, and prescribed a course of action that resolved my issues quickly and efficiently. He is thorough, personable, and professional, and I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking assistance in his field of specialty.
Total knee replacement 3 months ago. Dr. Grayson is an excellent surgeon and a very caring person. He will give you the time that you need to feel comfortable with the procedure. I looked for a long time for a surgeon that I had confidence in and Dr. Grayson measured up in every way.
I went to Dr.Garlick after being in such much pain because of a broken cartilage. I'm walking without pain. After that happened my other knee was giving me trouble, I went yesterday and I had a shot for my pain on my knee and amazingly I DID NOT FELT THE SHOT!!! What else can I ask for. Dr.Garlick is Amazing and his crew too!!!Thank you Girls!!!!!
Our experience with Doctor Echols was a disappointment. It was not possible to see our original surgeon due to him changing practices. Dr. Echols was not willing to help or accept us as a new patient. He was glib, uncaring and cold. This doctor turned us away and said, "no charge" and left the room.
This experience is not a reflection on Dr. Echols as a surgeon or his skills. It is however, a reflection on his character.
Dr. Epting was extremely competent and professional while still being warm and genuine, qualities that are vital when dealing with injured patients who need some reassurance. His knowledge of his specialty was obvious, and it was also clear that he truly cares about his job. In my case I had to undergo surgery on my ankle due to two broken bones, and although it was my first time having a surgical operation Dr.Epting and his team made it easy and painless.
Horrible bedside manner. Does not listen to his patient's concerns. I would not recommend this physician to anyone.
Beware BUNDLING - Do not get in the bundling program with Gustke. My 88 year old mother was released from rehab after knee surgery before she was able to safely transfer from her chair to bed to restroom as she had been able to do in her apartment prior to surgery. I tried to explain that to the office person, Penny, and requested to speak with Gustke but no one would listen. I am very disappointed in my mother's care. I doubt anyone would want their mother or grandmother treated this way.
I had surgery from a yoga accident, torn labrum and rotator cuff. I was very nervous about the surgery. Dr Gasser repaired it just like he said be would. Great job and I'm back to an active lifestyle!
Outstanding Dr. with a passion for his work. Looks out for the best for his patients and not doing unnecessary surgery.
He is amazing, but be prepared he has no bedside manner.
Went to him as an out of state workmanship he failed to understand the problem from day one and continued not to listen to my story and fully understand my jury and how I got hurt
His bedside manner is that of concise
Glad we broke off the relationship
Would hope he will learn tolisten better is his patience and no that not all people are just out for some the monumental reason, but are deserving of what workman comp should pay.
Highly recommend for his expertise in surgeries of the shoulder. Dr Frankle performs an in depth physical assessment and is hands down the best orthopaedic surgeon in Florida. Others mentioning that you may not always see the physician are correct, however all of his highly trained staff are wonderful....keep in mind that Dr Frankle is a teaching surgeon, other training and capable physicians are participants during surgery...just ask questions and you will know! 3 docs are better than 1!!
Repaired torn ligament in elbow from playing racquetball. Good recovery and back to playing ball without problems! Surgery performed in 1999.
Terrific physician, excellent technical skills and very good with explaining what's going on
Kind and listens carefully. Makes you feel that your health care is important. Explains everything. Follow up care is great. Treatment for the procedure was perfect. Great communication.
I have been seen by Dr. Garlick for a problem with my left knee four times over the last 5 or so years. I have always found his staff to be very friendly and professional and efficient in their work. Dr. Garlick always answers all my questions and tells me the options for my treatment so I can provide input on what I would be most comfortable with or what I felt I needed at the time. The best part is that when I leave the office much of the pain has already been relieved.
I could be here forever writing accolades about this fine gentleman. Dr. Mighell is a very genuine, kind, skilled surgeon with a bedside manner you just don't see anymore. He is a throwback to the good old days when you felt like a patient and not a number! I went to Dr. Mighell after another colleague of his was rude, insincere, short and frankly, thought he was God. I ended up having Dr. Mighell repair my ruptured tricep tendon. Great job!
Too many times I have been turned down by different doctors and was beginning to accept my destiny of living with chronic pain, but decided to give Dr. Morse a try. He was genuinely interested in helping and gave me various exams and physical therapy. He figured out the exact problem and offered various options in the most professional, honest, patient, and specific manner with passion for making me feel/function better. My family and I have an immense gratitude for Dr. Morse.

Needless Pain I Suffered for one year
Dr. Palumbo gave my mom her life back. He is incredibly gifted & by far the best in his field. I believe his techniques are superior to that of other surgeons. After our first appointment, I knew we had the right Dr. After hip surgery, I wouldn't dream of taking my mom to anyone else. Not only is he the young Cracker Jack in his field, but he is a warm, patient, compassionate & down to earth man. Brian, you gave my mom the gift of mobility, my gratitude runs deeper than I can ever express.
I liked that he did not rush into surgery but tried everything he could before recommending surgery. During office visits I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends with knee and hip issues.
Dr. Palumbo is the absolute best Orthopedic Surgeon and Medical Doctor I have ever met and been treated by. He performed a Revision Knee Replacement Surgery that corrected a previous knee replacement surgery conducted by another doctor in another county less than 5 years ago. The pre-op, surgery, and post-op treatment I have received from Dr. Palumbo was nothing short of fantastic. He is genuine and sincere about making you better. Thank you Dr. Palumbo and your staff.
He is an awesome doctor.
Very pleased with Doctor Palumbo. My original surgeon consulted and referred me to Dr. Palumbo after my knee prosthetic became infected after 3 years. My original surgeon recommended Dr. Palumbo because of his experience and Florida Hospital's Infectious Disease Team. My knee presented a persistent infection but Dr. Palumbo and his team took care of me and I'm Happy to say back on my feet and infection is taken care. Highly recommend Dr. Palumbo for any knee replacement or revision surgeries.
Dr. Palumbo is a helpful and caring doctor. When I had a little emergency (not provoked by him) he immediately answered our calls and gave us direction way beyond our expectations. He answered our questions, never in a hurry. Oh, the incision? a work of art, which shows me how meticulous he is in
I had both knees full replaced first one Feb 17,2017 and the second. April 3 2017 I am at113 degrees on each leg working part- time it was a very successful and I recomend Dr Palumbo. To. Everyone that ask me. About my knees
Dr. Palumbo is very kind, caring and professional. He explained and was willing to try non-surgical options first before rushing to surgery. I had right knee arthroscopy with meniscectomy and it went very well. Would highly recommend him!
I think he is one of the best doctor.
Great doctor, kind caring and professionaland wonderful assistant! My surgery went well and my new hip is terrific.
I have no respect for DR Miranda at all. I am a rheumatoid arthritis patient for 20 years . both of my knees are completely destroyed. I came to DR MIRANDA asking for a knee replacement to continue supporting my wife and young son . I was denied treatment because my bmi or body weight and was told your condition is not my fault and I was turned away . when I tried to explain fix my knees and I can lose weight he would not even listen. I am left wondering what to do. thank you doctor.
Definitely would recommend Dr. Palumbo for hip surgery. One night stay and quick recovery. Set up home health and physical therapy for when I came home from hospital. Doing physical therapy at Wesley Chapel office now and therapists are great. Was afraid to have the surgery but was very surprised at how easy it all went. Should have done it a year ago.
A great sport medicine doctor and an orthopedic surgeon!
I absolutely would NOT recommend Dr Nydick. My daughter saw him for an emergency visit. He seemed to take notes and listen but he really wasn't. He was very apathetic. Very bad. I wasn't comfortable with his recommendation to see him in 4 weeks if the pain didn't subside, with the amount of pain she was in. We went to a specialist in Orlando. He confirmed that her hand was BROKEN. If we listened to Dr Nydick besides being in excruciating pain, my daughters hand would have never healed properly.
Recommended against MRI for 16-y-o tennis player (hip). Nurse reiterated no need for MRI based on X-rays/exam and sighed when I insisted. MRI showed bone bruise. He went defcon 11 and started talking about management to prevent surgery. HE DID NOT EVEN WANT US TO HAVE AN MRI, THEN SCARED THE HELL OUT OF MY KID. Wasted a crucial month. I feel doctor was arrogant about his knowledge yet proven very wrong. And I left second appt. with more Qs that an experienced doc should have provided in advance.
Very happy with my hip replacement in February 2017. Pre-op, post-op and surgery went great.
Dr. Brian Palumbo was understanding of my wants and needs for my hip surgery from the first consultation. He took into consideration all other health issues I had and we discussed a plan of surgery, Rehabilitation, and recovery. Let me say that, Florida Hospital Tampa, Advanced Wellness Rehab and Achieve Home Health, had nothing but great respect and praise for his abilities and success rates. They have strict guidelines they must follow for hip and knee replacements through his office.
Recently had a total hip replacement done by Dr. Palumbo. I searched long and hard for the best surgeon for the job and he came well recommended. I am so glad I chose him for the job. All went well and I'm quickly recovering. The nurses and therapists at the hospital said they love working on Dr. Palumbo's patients because there's never a problem and they are farther along in recovery then patients from other doctors. He is a great guy and really cares for his patients.
I had maxson for a surgeon to do a knee repair. He took a hour to arrive for a scheduled surgery. He comes in to the surgery prep room and then tells me he's ready to go. I asked why we were getting underway so late. He stated that he drives to bradenton from tampa. Then I found he is on a rotation of trauma doctors and he works out of tampa general hospital. After surgery I had to schedule a follow up and found his offices in tampa, a hour away from bradenton hospital I had the surgery in
Two weeks out from Hip Replacement Surgery and Dr. Palumbo is telling me to slow down. Highly recommended
Long waiting time before you get to see the Dr
100% would recommend him to anyone and everyone especially family and friends....he's very to the point and direct, explained everything and I now have my life back!
At my first appointment, Dr. Palumbo explained my hip problem in detail and explained what he would do to correct the problem. The operation went smoothly with no complications and I was allowed to return home the following day. During my follow-up visits, Dr. Palumbo explained my progress and answered all of my questions.
Dr. Palumbo was very knowledgeable about the latest updates in his field. He explained throughly all the options there was for my knee and listened carefully to my concerns for the post-op expectations. He has great confidence in his staff and is completely professional.
I was seeing Dr Palumbo for 5 months for my knee. All I can say is he didn't help me at all with my knee. Put he sure took my money. Told me nothing was wrong with my knee. It's so swollen and stiff and always in pain. Told me to go see a psychiatrist!!! Not caring at all!!!
I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!!!!!
I've never had any major surgery so I was very apprehensive about my complete knee replacement. Dr. Palumbo, and his staff, were very reassuring. Dr.Palumbo told me he would take good care of me and he did. His office did all of the hospital scheduling making the process so much easier. I have scheduled my left knee in April...only so far away because of scheduling on my end.
Dr. Palumbo is personable, thorough and passionate about his work. Although he is very busy, he takes time with his patients to review test results and answer questions about treatment and procedures. I was very nervous about my total knee replacement surgery, but he made me feel very confident that I would be well taken care of, and I was.
Dr. Palumbo performed arthoroscopic surgery on my knee to remove loose bodies (bone fragments) and the surgery has made a profound positive impact on my ability to get back to my normal daily activities without having my knee lock up unexpectedly, causing intense pain. The surgery went very well with no complications and the recovery has gone smoothly. The FOI PT/rehab has been very helpful to regain strength and flexibility in my knee. I am very appreciative of Dr. Palumbo's work.
He did a hip replacement surgery on me and I was very satisfied with the results.
Dr. P. performed a total knee replacement on my right knee. I was wounded in Vietnam by a sniper while I served as a combat Marine. The shot took out about 45% of my cartilage. As I aged, arthritis set in. It gradually abraded the rest. I was walking bone-on-bone for the past few years. It was as if someone stuck a dagger into my knee anytime I put weight on it. I began to limp very badly and my leg started to bow. I lost 2 inches in height. Dr. P. reversed all of this 100%. HE IS THE BEST!!!
Dr. Polumbo is an excellent surgeon. He is professional, polite and thorough. He answered all my questions and concerns. Both he and his office made both surgical procedures (TKR) before, during and after surgery stress and event free. I am able to walk, exercise and enjoy life without pain. In the event I need his services in the future he will be my first choice, even if I live in another state.
Dr. Palumbo is GREAT! I have met with some orthopedic surgeons in the Tampa area, a couple who were recognized by many as the best in the field; well Dr. Palumbo leaves them in his dust. He is top drawer, head and shoulders above all the others. Dr. Palumbo is just very, very good. He is personable, approachable, and painless (as painless as knee replacement can be)! He is just a super guy. And Dr. Palumbo is a veteran.
Dr. Palumbo was recommended to visit . From day one I felt more comfortable the professional atmosphere was comforting and reassuring .The office staff and the doctor worked as a team to insure all patients have a " warm fuzzy feeling", during surgery prep and recovery .I have used two other surgeons and there is no comparison to the quality .Dr. Palumbo is associated with Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel who contributed in my surgery and recovery. God willing I'm thru with surgeries .THANK YOU!
Dr Palumbo is a fantastic doctor. His surgical skills are great. He is up to date with all the latest information. He has done a revision and now I have had a replacement I couldn't be more satisfied.
Same family from 11/8. Where my wife came in with fractured knee cap, concussion, severe road rash(never looked at by doc) both wrists and hands in severe pain, one is wrapped and in brace just like one leg. Plus stating a pain level of 10. Dr. Moore said she was fine, nothing could be done, took off all braces and said she didn't need them and then sent her home with nothing wrapped and no pain meds at all, none. We have second opinion on 11/10 now. He was more concern in thinking I caused it.
My wife came in after falling out of a car in a parking lot and she has a fractured knee cap, severe road rash he never even looked at. We went into ER on 11/6 and saw him on the 8th. She is still went in with extreme pain, stating her pain level was ten. Dr. Moore never even asked her a single question about her pain. Pushed and pulled with no compassion, told her she's fine nothing can be done for anything doesn't replace any braces or wraps by er, sent home no meds. Severe pain fracture knee
I had a right hip replacement in September 2016. I interviewed a few doctors to do my surgery and found Dr. Palumbo to be, not only knowledgeable and able to communicate effectively, but a great listener. I was in pain and afraid (this was my first surgery) and Dr. Palumbo took time to answer all my questions and even show me visually what he would be doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Palumbo because he is talented and has great people skills. A perfect combo!!!
Since 2004, Dr. Morse has done surgery on my right knee, right shoulder, and both elbows. Every part of the procedures, from start to finish, was a flawless as it could be. Katy, his assistant, did all the scheduling and it was always without an issue. Surgery Center was always very professional and most of all caring. PT was just as seamless. Rehab for all four surgery so was exactly as it was suppose to. Full recovery and back to normal in perscribed by Dr. Morse before surgery. Thank you all.
I like most, was apprehensive and anxious about having to undergo a bilateral total knee replacement on both of my legs. Dr. Palumbo's professional demeanor and sincerity provided me the assurance that he truly cares for his patients providing me the peace of mind to pull the trigger. I had one knee replaced in July and the second in September with only one night in the hospital followed by in home therapy thereafter. I now have full mobility & am PAIN FREE!
Dr Palumbo & his staff are the BEST!
Had Knee surgery in August 2016. Dr. Palumbo was very personable and a very skilled Dr. I only have good things to say about him and his staff. I was pretty much pain free after two weeks and off medicine then. I have full use of my knee and am able to walk and go up steps easily. I am even able to do squats, not bad for a 65 year old, overweight women. Great job Dr. Palumbo.
I want to thank Dr Palumbo, his staff, and Fla Hospital Wesley Chapel for all they have done for me. My knee surgery results are terrific, only a few weeks after. Also thanks to my outpatient therapist Andre at Fla Ortho for all of his help.
My knee is improving daily, and I've scheduled for Dr Palumbo to do my other knee in two months.
I did my right knee replacement in june and I really had best experience ever. so I decided to do my left knee and again amazing experience, I would recommend Dr, Palumbo to everybody I am so lucky to have him do my operation.
Thank you Dr. I am walking so good no pain.
Very knowledgeable and current with state of the art techniques. Excellent office/bedside manner. My knee replacement surgery went much better than I expected with minimal discomfort. I will have him do my other knee when the time comes.
Whatever you do stay clear of this doctor.I went to see him about my shoulder and explained to him that I was having a little numbness and tingling in my pinky and ring finger and without even looking at my EMG this doctor decided to schedule surgery for me and told me I would be fine in 2 weeks it's been 7 years now and my arm is a mess because of this clown, also immediately after the surgery he put me into a steel cast and crushed the nerve in my wrist causing permanent damage... 0 stars
Dr. Palumbo corrected a very poorly healed broken leg. He is an excellent surgeon and is excellent in explaining what is going on. I highly recommend him if you have problems with your knees!
Dr. Palumbo performed my total knee replacement in June and I would give him 10 stars if the site allowed it. He was caring, thoughtful and, most importantly, a marvelous surgeon. I was walking without a walker in less than two weeks and went white-water rafting at six weeks. These results may not be typical, but his surgical technique paired with his quiet, confident manner made it possible. His compassion was over and above the expected and I'm grateful for every kindness.
I had bad knees for many years. Last year 2015 the left knee replacement in another state was a disaster such that it was 33 days before I went to my home. I decided to get the other knee done locally and lucked to find Dr Palumbo. All went very well. I just wish he were not so busy that office visits went as scheduled without the usual long wait times.
I highly recommend Dr. Palumbo. He is a fine doctor and very thoughtful. I had my knee surgery and after a few days the pain was gone. Six weeks and I was able to do almost anything. Its been 8 weeks since my surgery and now I can play golf again. Great job, I should have done this a year ago. Its not as bad as some people say, just do the therapy.
Thanks Dr. Palumbo, your the best.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Palumbo! He performed a partial knee replacement on my right knee six weeks ago. I am doing GREAT! I can walk without a limp or pain. Something I hadn't had for two years. Dr. Palumbo is concerned with patient comfort and minimal pain throughout the entire process. He is a kind and caring doctor. I have already referred several of my friends to him.
After 7 failed surgeries with 2 other docs, over a period of almost 2 1/2 years Dr. Palumbo fixed my rt. knee w/ 1 surgery and 2mo. of P.T. Sincerely,Robert Stia
I had two total knee replacements (within five months) done by Dr. Palumbo, and had excellent results. Within one day, I was walking pretty well without the aid of a walker or a cane! After only three weeks, I am able to ride my bicycle, play pickleball, work out at the gym, and resume most normal activities. As expected, I still have some aching, as I'm sure it continues to heal even more as time progresses. I have already recommended him to others in need of knee surgery.
I had met Dr. Palumbo thru my medical primary because I was limping very badly, Dr. Palumbo took xrays immediately and knew what the problem was and starting treating and found that I needed a total hip replacement ,I was very pleased on how he handled it and his staff was also very good, if I need a orthopedic doctor again I will return to him. I would recommend DR. Palumbo .
500 characters is not enough for me to talk about how phenomenal Dr. Palumbo is--but I'll try. When it comes to hips and knees, you want to make sure that you are meeting with the best physician there is. Fortunately, you've come to the right page. He's so kind, understanding, and caring. He will NEVER ever put your hips or knees in jeopardy and I think that's why he has a 5 star rating here. He has made my dream of relief come true by realigning my knees to slow down the osteoarthritis.
Another orthopedic surgeon he could not do anything for me after he replaced my hip twice. He never suggested I see someone else. My internist suggested Florida Orthopedic Institute. After a year of pain I met Dr Palumbo. Dr Palumbo has been by my side for more than a year now. His knowledge, skills and attitude regarding his profession is unmatchable. In addition he treated me and my family with respect and dignity. Everyone needs to know He is a cut above the rest.
Horrible staff and Dr. Steven Lyons was even worse. How is it possible to come into a room without saying a hello and not even look at your face??!! Then we called to schedule due to my fathers pain and I get the run around. Do not go to this office.
Efficient, Quality Patient Care. Passionate and Expertise exceeded expectations. The hospital stay at FL Hospital was Outstanding
I have seen Dr Miranda once. My impression of him is very good so far. He looked at my x-ray and said yeah you should have had a knee replacement years ago. But I am a veteran and had to deal with the VA. I recently got on my fiance's insurance plan through BofA and went to a real doctor. He seems to genuinely care about my pain level, my mobility and overall health. I hope he does the surgery as well as everyone else he has helped.
I had total left knee replacement surgery February 2016. Prior to surgery we discussed post surgery expectations, to play golf and ride a bicycle, he said that should be okay. I was better off prior to surgery than after surgery. On 7/28/16 during my last office visit, we reviewed expectations post surgery which, were to be able to return to playing golf and riding a bicycle, neither of which is possible today. I declined another surgery with him based on the poor results of his first effort.
Dr. Palumbo has been a Godsend. He performed a hip replacement revision on one of my hips less than a year ago (after another surgeon performed the original surgery), since I was having problems with dislocating it, and also replaced my other hip recently. He is an excellent (actually better than that) surgeon, he listens and explains things very well, is very compassionate and has great bedside manner. His staff is second to none. I highly recommend him and his staff at Florida Orthopedic.
I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and use to being around doctors and hospitals. Dr. Palumbo was an amazing surgeon in every aspect of my care. I had a revision of my total knee and was in and out of the hospital within 24 hours. Walking normally within 3 weeks. If I need surgery on my other knee I will absolutely use Dr. Palumbo.
He is the best.!!!!!!!!!
I needed both knees replaced. Dr P did a great job. I had a good experience with him as well as his staff.
Dr Mark Mighell performed surgeries both shoulders. After he was so successful with surgery of left and I was able to get back in the water and work out. I trusted him to do my other shoulder. His bedside manner and care areal so excellent
He has always had my best interest at heart. he is VERY GOOD and if i need my right knee replaced he is at the TOP of my list. i cant say enough about him!!!
DR. Palumbo has an excellent office staff and nurses that are polite and professional. DR. Palumbo diagnosis was accurate. I seen him because of severe hip pain and I could hardly walk. I was using a walker all of the time. After the operation I was pain free in four weeks and was walking with only a cane. DR. Palumbo did a super job and gave me back my freedom to walk and go where I want to.
Dr. Palumbo is by far the best doctor i have ever seen in my life and ihave been to COUNTLESS doctors. He is very passionate of what he does, extremely smart and genuinely cares for his patients. He takes his time to properly diagnose the issue and proceeds accordingly.
Dr. Palumbo was professional, pragmatic and thoughtful in his diagnostics and treatment. His surgical skills are impressive.
Dr. Palumbo did surgery on my 89 year old father for a hip replacement. He was so kind to my dad and explained the procedure in detail with my dad and my family. His surgical site was exceptiona, all the nurses in rehab were impressed with the surgical site. There was never any issues with the surgical site and it is healing well. I was most impressed when we were waiting for transportation for my dad and Dr. Palumbo recognized dad and stopped to ask how he was doing. Would highly recommend
Went to Dr. Palumbo after hearing him present a lecture on hip and knee replacement and stating that either is a last resort. After and appointment he recommended a couple of options to try before committing to a hip replacement. Finally had a hip replacement after pain become intolerable. Surgery went well and the recovery time was quicker than expected and very happy to live without the pain previously endured.
Cannot say enough good things about this man.he did a total hip replacement for me a little more a month ago. I am almost back to 100 percent . I used a walker in the hospital the day of the surgery and took it home for safety reasons but did not need it or the cane after the first day home. He is caring, professional, and thorough. He explained everything ahead of time as to the procedure and expected outcomes. He gave me all the options available and we agreed on a course of action.
Dr. Palumbo is a breath of fresh air for me. His bedside manner and overeall professionalism is excellent by far. He cares about you and you know it. You know you're in good hands with Dr. Palumbo. I had a total right hip replacement on April 7th. The recovery has been an easy one for me. He's a fantastic surgeion and I am telling anyone and everyone about him. So blessed he is my orthopedic doctor.
Did not provide proper care, rude staff, ridiculously long wait times.
My condition required a total shoulder replacement. From living with terrible pain to being off all pain meds five days from surgery was like a miracle to me and I can't thank Dr. Mighell enough. I was in physical therapy in six weeks instead of three months and at the end of the PT my movement was excellent. I just went for my one year checkup and I believe I'm perfect. I've gone back to gardening which I was able to do for years. Dr Mighell was everything the last coments said.
Dr. Palumbo was very honest and direct about my expectations with regards to my hip replacement surgery. He performed an anterior approach which has a quicker recovery time. As a small business owner, I could not afford to lose a lot of time away from work and his efforts allowed me to return to the office within 2 weeks on a limited basis.
Dr. Palumbo was eager to help me when I had my fourth MRSA infection related to four previous knee replacement surgeries and other surgeons I contacted were unwilling to take over my care. After Dr. Palumbo first assessed my condition, he assembled a team of assorted specialists to individually evaluate my various conditions and meet daily to determine each day's plan of care. They saved my life and my leg. His determination, dedication, skill and encouragement were super--great doc/great man.
I would highly recommend Dr. Palumbo. He is informative about the procedure, making sure that there are no unanswered questions & that you are comfortable with his expertise, putting the patient completely at ease. Prior to the surgery, he again makes sure you understand all aspects of the surgery & recovery. For the 1st 24-36 hours after surgery there is little or no pain due to 'cocktail' given during surgery. This makes it so easy to get up almost immediately to start working the muscles.
Very professional, caring, and helpful doctor
He did a total knee replacement for me but couldn't recall my case at the end of the day. He apparently does a lot of these but it's a shame to feel as though you are just one of many. I have had a difficult recovery and he's really only been interested in the post-op x-ray as proof that he did his job. The best explanation he's had for my lingering pain and physical limitations one-year post-op (worse than pre-op) is that it's my problem. I think he probably knows a lot about artificial joints
Dr. Palumbo performed a complete hip replacement less than 3 weeks ago and I could not be happier with the results and recovery time. In addition to be an outstanding surgeon he is professional, thorough in his counseling, and sets the right expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Palumbo.
I would recommend Dr.Palumbo to all family and friends. He explains everything completly and does a wonderful job!
Dr. Palumbo keeps up on the up to date state of the art procedures.
Within 6 weeks time after hip replacement I was almost 100% of mobility.
He is a great person and Doctor and I highly recommend him.
Dr. Palumbo has done hip revision surgery (both hips) and right knee replacement surgery on me in the last 5 months. The recovery time has been minimal and I attribute that to his skill as an orthopedic surgeon. He will be replacing the left knee in the near future which should tell everyone that I believe Dr. Palumbo is one of the best, if not the best, I highly recommend him!
I met Dr. Palumbo because I had knee replacement last year and it was horrible never getting well I was referred to him by my primary he immediately saw the problem and took my case I just had the surgery on February 16 2016 and I notice I'm better already I immediately felt as if he saved my life I will forever be grateful for Dr. Palumbo and will refer him to everybody I love him and his staff.
Twice he left our 95 year old mother waiting, in a wheelchair, in a freezing cold office in Bradenton. The first time he never called to update us on his arrival and the 2nd time after
two and one half hours his office said they lost her xrays.
Very pleasant experience with Dr. Mighell. Although he is very busy he takes the time to explain the condition and surgical/non surgical approaches. He always greated me with a smile and exudes confidence without being cocky. He has a very easy going down to earth personality. Would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends. Very pleased with the outcome of my surgery.
Wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend Dr. Palumbo.
I broke my leg and also injured my knee, turns out I tore some ligaments and the meniscus. He ignored the knee injury and finally I had someone else order the MRI of the knee. Never going back to him, he does not know how to listen.
Dr Nguyen performed surgery on my wrist for my distal radius fracture. He was very kind and explained the situation in a way that I could understand. He is extremely nice and remembers that the surgeries he performs are connected to an actual person. I'd recommend him to anyone needing a hand/wrist operation.
