Jade Jones treated me for a couple years , until she left Glen Oaks. I really Miss her. She is so pleasant, Smart, Intelligent and she’s always thinking about her patient well being. She knows her Job. I wish I could reconnect with Jade for My treatments.

Horrible. Discharged but withheld prescriptions. Had to contact the patient advocate. The team decided to discharge me. I spoke with them and They agreed I wasn't ready. following day, change minds & abruptly discharge. Before leaving Jade and I had discussed refilling prescriptions bc I was out. After I left, decided I would not continue care with her. Patient right to switch care team;did not feel were adequately competent. She refused to refill allowing time to locate different care.

Professional, a great listener & always on time. Jade is very helpful without pushing more meds or making sudden medicinal changes. I highly recommend Jade!

After waiting over a month for an appointment with this "nurse practitioner", unsatisfied is an understatement. She put me through her, what would seemed to be, typical procedure of asking me a whole bunch of questions without caring of my answers. Ending the session with pushing antidepressants. I felt like a junkie insinuating that I just needed anti-anxiety medication. She was so young and inexperienced. Professionalism was lacked. This is not someone you want to trust with your mental health

Jade is amazing! She gives me the opportunity to make my own decisions on my care based on her explaining different options. She's so nice and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. Would recommend her to anyone.
