She did not even spend 10 whole minutes for my entire appointment. I had no useful information regarding my appointment. She was so short, rushed, and it seemed like she just wanted to get it over with. Had no empathy whatsoever. I was then charged over 400 dollars for a consultation and 20 second nasal scope exam. Absolutely horrendous, please go see somebody else.

Worst Dr ever.. she is by far the worst Dr...I was sent there due to a cyst on my throat....an she told me to go someplace else

Dr.Agnello is one of the nicest doctors I have ever visited. He explained the office procedure before he did it and as he did it, explained how it would feel, therefore there were no surprises. His instructions for at home care were clear. The office and nursing staff were efficient and polite. To top it all off the wait time was minimal.

My Daughter was referred by her hematologist to discuss a biopsy of lymph nodes. Before even looking at her, nurse said “probably need your tonsils and adenoids removed.” Dr came in and immediately claimed it was acute tonsillitis. My daughter doesn’t have 1, not 1...symptom of tonsillitis except swollen lymph nodes. My daughter felt she wasn’t being listened to by the Dr and was being rushed with an acute tonsillitis diagnosis. Dr gave her a referral for biopsy and told her to call the hospital to schedule; hospital said the dr has to fax over the referral, not give it to the patient to schedule a procedure. Daughter has been trying to contact Dr for a week, left several messages which are not getting returned. Every time she calls they refuse to help, always transfer her “to someone that can help”. Called again today and was transferred 3 times in 7 min.

Kathryn is a great doctor however every time I have gone to see her at the North Tampa office she is at least 30-60 minutes late for my appointment.

waste of time . My daughter had a ear infection and she didn’t prescribe anything for her . She just send us to the primary doctor to get antibiotics. Mediocrity

Dr Musy was very nice. One must watch out for them charging you a double co-pay. I am sure the Dr has nothing to do with it but his staff charged me co-pay for the office visit and a co-pay for the procedure. I argued with them. I called my Avmed insurance company when I got home and I was correct. When the procedure is done at the same time as the office visit, there is only one co-pay. Many people never look at their bills and they make a lot of extra money. Right now, my insurance company is waiting for them to file the claim.

Doctor Musy is an extremely knowledgable and caring professional. He listened carefully to my health complaint, asked intelligent questions and was extremely thorough in his examination. I very much appreciated the time he took to explain the source of my issue and his proposal for its remedy. My expectations for the visit were more than satisfied. I also found his staff to be pleasant and efficient. I would recommend Dr Musy to my own family and anyone needing ENT care.

Constantly late, arrogant and demeaning attitude. She was more interested in milking my insurance than in actually helping me. Pointless follow ups just to charge for extra visits. Every appointment was at least 40 minutes late, 1-hour average over the scheduled time. Absolutely does not like to take questions and feels that if you ask them you are "arguing with her".

I should have checked the reviews before I wasted my time and money. I got a $250 nasal scope procedure which was sold to me by the receptionist. After a ridiculously long wait and virtually no exam at all, the doctor scoped me, saw nothing wrong, and pointed me to the door. Several months later my symptoms worsened so I came for a second appointment. The office was locked up and when I called they said someone was indeed there and put me on hold. After 10 minutes of standing outside I left.

Dr Hall is wonderful doctor...she put me back together after another surgeon screwed me up.... very confident... Compassionate... And a fantastic bedside Manner...and get this...spends all the you need with you.....I highly recommend her!

Not a very efficient administrative office. They don't call beforehand for appointment reminders unlike other doctors offices. They have a very lousy administrative system. I know because they are so unlike the other doctor offices that I deal with. I do not blame Dr. Nofsinger for her personality if that is how she is. I blame mostly the office staff for not caring about their patients. I am looking now for another doctor.

No bedside manners, didn't apologize for being 1.5 hours late, and left me alone in a room after I passed out from a procedure. $450 for barely 5 minutes of her time is acceptable.

I have been to a lot of ent doctors & Dr. Agnello is by far the most gentle & caring doctor that I have ever been to. He tells you what he is going to do before he does it & takes the time to answer any questions you may have. You never feel rushed. He is the only ent doctor that I will go to. His staff is also very friendly & helpful. I would recommend Dr. Agnello to family & friends, .
