Review of Dr. Ortiz

- in Tallahassee, FL |

Dr. Ortiz is the only neurologist in Tally who accepts Worker’s Comp. He couldn’t possibly care any less about the patient. He didn’t listen to me about anything I said from a head injury. He had a private meeting w/ Worker’s Comp & told them that none of my pain had to do w/ a huge chandelier falling on my head, hitting me on my frontal lobe and again on the bridge of my nose. Five plus years later, I’m still suffering from the aftermath of the accident. He’s despicable.

Review of Dr. Rumana

- in Tallahassee , FL |

After experiencing shoulder and arm pain I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve at C4 and 5. Dr Rumana explained what was going on and the surgical remedy. Surgery relieved all my symptoms until a fall six months later. I then needed additional surgery on C6 and 7. I have been pain free in my neck since. When I had a herniated disk at L5/S1 leaking on the nerve root, Dr Rumana was the only choice for a discectomy. I am now facing more spinal surgery and Dr Rumana is the one surgeon I trust

Review of Dr. Ayala

- in Tallahassee, FL |

Dr. Ayala is treating my grandson, Austin. Austin's father and I found the doctor to be very kind and considerate during our visit. This was our first visit with him. While following his directions for treating Austin we found his diagnosis to be very accurate and knowledgeable. His demeanor was very professional We highly recommend him.

Review of Idella Struk

- FL |

I met with this nurse practioner in lieu of the doctor. She was unable to locate the medical records from my earlier visits in the same office. I later requested a copy of the visit notes, so that did not happen again, and was surprized to see over 22 discrepencies from the actual visit to her notes. She had recorded medications wrong, my symptoms wrong, and stated that she gave me information that she, nor any one else in the office did. I was glad I requested the copy to catch this big issue.

Review of Dr. Ortiz

-Ocala, FL |

My wife came in to his office with a known history of seizures and TIA's. He didn't listen to a word she said. Changed her medication nonetheless. And was so aggressive toward her she broke down sobbing in the office.
