I was an NYPD first responder to the World Trade Center attack in NYC on September 11, 2001. I spent approximately 1 and a half years at the location during the rescue and recovery. After retirement, I moved down to Fl and needed an ENT that could handle my numerous health issues that were a direct result from 9/11. Dr Berrios is a skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate physician and has helped me through some very difficult times. I would recommend him highly based on his excellence of care.

Took my father to Dr. Berrios because he lost his ability to taste food. He and his staff are great. Dr. Berrios explained everything to me. Dad really likes him and his office staff and he is confident that Dr. Berrios can help him with his problem, unlike the other ENT my father went to.

He roughly and impatiently manipulated my neck to look at a different angle into my throat. It hurt and scared me. I lost faith in Dr.s b/c obviously he wanted to be dismissive of my concerns and 'herd' me out of there.

My husband had surgery by Dr Berrios 19 years ago for his sleep apnea. It saved his life! He has not had it since!! He just went back today for some somnoplasty in the nose to open it up since he had some growths blocking. He is a wonderful doctor and most knowledgeable of his specialty! We researched extensively before going to him 19 years ago and know we made an excellent decision.

I will make this short. Been to 14 docs. Michigan and Florida. Tongue and mouth problems for 8 months. First lots of antibiotic's. Then they pulled a tooth. Then lesions on the jaw. Surgery, pain pills. No test's. Your just healing they said! Now I meet Dr Berrios. He does a MRI & CT & blood work. Now 8 months later no pain, no blisters. And I'm getting better. THANK YOU. DOC BERRIOS. I wish I would have found you sooner! I sent the office pizza and desserts. I never did that b4. ?????????????

I have a lot of health issues in addition to needing to see the ENT specialist. Dr. Berrios and staff always go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of properly. He always talks me thru the procedures, explains details of my condition and status without me having to ask and always answers any questions I may have. He knows what he is doing and he's a very nice guy.

I had absolutely no confidence in Dr. Berrio's competency or recommendations. There was NO dialog with him about my condition. After I completed the necessary testing, he spent less than 10 minutes with me and demonstrated he wasn't even familiar with my file. I would never recommend him to anyone!
