Dr. Sher is a great Urologist, and I found him to be very patient and knowledgeable and great patient/Doctor relationship. His support staff on the other hand are atrocious. Had to pay $600 out of pocket because his staff could not and would not answer the questions for a Prior authorization for a script. Called and left messages and spoke to a nice person who called me back, but nothing she promised ever came true. I would like to keep Dr. Sher, but his staff provides him no support patient wise. Amazingly, after someone called me back and I complained, all I got was - "Sorry for that" Have since switched to my old Dr. and driving 1.5 hours to Tampa to see him
