Very impressed by Dr Bear and the actual medical staff is kind and obviously knowledgeable. However the scheduling issues, staff and administrators are a nightmare to deal with! The practice administrator is rude, condescending, unprofessional and disrespectful to patients and their family members!! Never in my life have I been subjected to such awful treatment. She continues to make errors, speak rudely and attempts to blame and turn it onto the patient.

I went to dr. baer for insomnia. he told me to stay awake to 3am and learn to play the guitar. i did not find that funny.

Rude and obnoxious front office. My girlfriend had stage 4 neck cancer. She had severe tremors and excruciating pain in her neck and scull. First visit with Dr. Bear was encouraging. After that she was treated with indifference and rushed through appointments like cattle. It’s all about the money to these folks. If you want compassionate care don’t go there.
Very disappointed in them. We wound up firing him and his entire staff. That’s not how you treat terminal cancer patients. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Had appointment, they changed it. Went to appointment and office was closed. Got 3 phone calls verifying appointment. Called when office was closed. Held 40 minutes to get leave a message. No one called me back. Got thru and got nowhere. Will not schedule with them again. Will find office that respects my time. Took off work for this and am extremely mad about this

Dr.Bear is a good doctor. His staff, from the receptionists on up to the nurses, are exceptionally nasty. Lee in particular will go out of her way to make you feel small and helpless. She also gave me the wrong directions for a new medication I was taking. It’s a good thing I spoke to another nurse to verify. Lee is unfortunately one of the handful of nurses who possess zero empathy, and a snotty attitude to boot.

Waited 84 days after Referral to get an appointment. Worked to assist them get an appointment. Twice the office said they would return a call and did not. Twice they said patient was not in the system. Once they said Referral was in adequate. After 84 days, I change the provider on the referral. Apparently supply is much less than demand around here.

I am a chronic pain patient with multiple diagnoses conditions. I have been seeing Dr. Baer for about 8 months now. He orders test and bloodwork and performs procedures to get to the bottom of my health problems. He is understanding, patient, listens, caring and spends time with me explaining and answering all of my
questions I have. I have had a few problems and different issues with staff and them understanding what I needed for other doctors or insurance and a few are rude. Not him though.

As a chronic pain patient I sadly have to deal with a lot of drs, nurses, dr offices. As a human being this place makes me angry, I feel insulted like a slap in the face. My LIFE means so little to them. It's a hard pill to swallow. I understand that there are many patients but we are paying customers after all. This ain't a charity there are responsibilities on both sides. I also believe there's an oath you take. Most important words on that oath when you pass medical/nursing/any medical field
