Dr. Mahmood himself is amazing. Watch out for the billing dept. i confirmed they took my ins before making the appt 2 months prior to my actual appt. Saw the Dr 3 or 4 times. Go in for pre-op only to be told “we don’t take your ins afterall and you have a balance” asked the guy behind the glass to have someone call me about whatever the balance is, since now I had to find s new Dr. Never got a call or mail from the office - instead they sent it to collections ?? Way to be unprofessional.

Dr Sood, is a caring doctor. she treats her patients with dignity respect and she is very compassionate. my wife and I have been her patient for years.

Dr. Anju Sood is the absolute worst doctor I have EVER experienced. Her office is also incredibly uncaring & unhelpful. I would like to warn anyone who is considering a new physician to avoid her and this office at all costs. One month, I called the day before my prescription ran out and she took an entire week to call it in and I was told to “be more responsible and call it in earlier.” When I called for my refill in early July, I was told she was out of town and unreachable so her next available appointment would be 8/5…which would leave me without my daily medication for 3 weeks. She left the country without any backup plan for her patients which is completely negligent. When I asked the office what I was supposed to do, they rudely told me “well idk what to tell you.” One appointment, when I let her know that my insurance was changing she said word for word, “I don’t care about insurance, talk to the office.” This woman is completely irresponsible, careless & unconcerned. Avoid!

Attentive interested in you. Listens. I admire this Doctor very much. He has never steered me wrong. And the entire staff are more like friends than just a job. KUDOS TO MY FAVORITE DOCTOR ??- ALL THE GALS??

Dr. Mahmoud is a dedicated and caring doctor. He goes beyond the call of duty to care for his patients. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Mahmood was excellent!! His bedside manner, his knowledge, his professionalism, Etc. A friend of ours recommended Dr. Mahmood. We've been looking for a good doctor for a while now and I believe my wife and I finally found one. Dr. Mahmood's staff was excellent too!! They were just a nice group of professionals especially Theresa that did my EKG. Thank You Dr. Mahmood for making our 1st visit a good experience!! 5+ Stars for the team!! :)

Dr. Mahmood Is the most knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate physician I have ever had the opportunity to see. As a mental health provider, I have worked hand-in-hand with many physicians over the years. I chose Dr Mahmood to be my primary care physician after meeting with him years ago and noticing what a busy practice he had yet, despite that, he gave me so much time and consideration to ensure the best possible outcome. This is a Doctor Who goes far out of his way to care for his patients because he does in fact care Deeply about providing the best possible care to each and every patient.

Dr. Mahmood was very professional and patient with me . He was also very thorough and detailed about solutions to my health concerns and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Mahmood is great. His office staff....not so good. Impossible to get referrals. If you go to his to request a referral and pick it up at the same time, it works. Most patients cannot do this. You hold on the line forever and then get disconnected. He offers the best care and listens to your issues. His recommendations for other doctors is superior.

First time seeing Dr Mahmood and it was a very good visit. Busy office, felt very safe, doctor was very thorough, gave me a cardiogram, which I haven't had in three years. I changed my primary doctor to him. Seems very knowledgeable and approachable. Very happy with visit!

Dr. Mahmood was good but there was another doctor, a female, as well as a female nurse who were not wearing masks. This is extremely dangerous and disappointing to see this happening at a doctor's office. I think that you guys need to tighten up on Covid-19 safety.

Appointment went well. Dr Sood was timely and explained everything. My only issue is it's hard to get an appointment the same week if you need to see her right away. Same thing happened last year trying to get an appointment. Best bet is to do it on line.

I cannot say enough good things about this entire staff. I had my first appointment a few days ago after being dissatisfied with my prior PCP. From the moment I entered the office I felt welcomed and very well taken care of. Grace was so kind and patient with me as english is not my first language. Dr Mahmood spent more time with me today then my prior PCP has over 3 years time. I am so lucky to have found Dr M and his staff. Love them all. Thank you !

I have been using Dr. Mahmood for a few years and think he is great and would not change for any reason.

Very unhappy. The woman answering the phones was so rude. She cut me off & told me I can’t see the doctor until Sept & she told me "what you need to do is call your insurance & pick a new dr". I asked to speak w the manager & she said "there wasnt one" I really need to see him because today I had sharp pain in my back & felt like someone was squeezing my heart & my hands began tingling. I tried explaining to her that I have tachycardia & my p is 110 & my bp is 150/101 & I have already taken my Lopressor & lisinopril but she didnt care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mahmood’s for about 3 years now. He and his staff are very professional. When I leave a message for Dr. Mahmood, he gets back to me on the same day. Everything is handled quickly including prescription refills. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great family physician.
