Review of Dr. Steele

The office area could use some refreshing. Too many children left alone while adults are having dental procedures. Children spilling milk on seats and rug.

I went to this dentist office for several years and at first it was a good place to go however red flags popped up when I began getting overcharged for services and questioned this and was finally reimbursed. Also Dr Steel's wife was not qualified to run office and tried several times to charge me off the top of her head. Also discovered I was charged for unnecessary things done: such as pictures having to be taken of my entire mouth. Office pushes to sell overpriced electronic toothbrushes.

I've seen him for years and he is absolutely the BEST most honest dentist that I've ever found. I have no idea why there are bad comments here! He's helped me out so much, even with discounts and low payments on my very extensive work. I had a particularly bad case but now all pain free and teeth are wonderfully fixed! Excellent job done by every staff member, even despite me being timid at first from bad dental experiences in the past. Just let this dr know anything u worry about and it's fixed

My husband went there with pain from a tooth. His visit was over 2 hours long and he never once saw the doctor. The girl that examined him stated that he has no cavities but needed about $2000.00 worth of work done and sold him a water pic. That visit cost right at $250.00. About a month later, his back tooth broke because of the cavity he had and after visiting another dentist, he in fact has two cavities and we had to spend over $300.00 to have one filled.

He did not give me what he promised and put in writing and I paid for. I had to go to another dentist to get my denture. I paid for a removable denture with parts that secure to my implants. I asked his office when this would be finished and they kept putting me off. I could not wear the denture it was much to large and would not stay in. I endured this for several months, he had all my money so what did he care? Finally I had to go to another dentist for a new denture that fits well.
