Review of Dr. Sambey

- in Lake city , FL |

Didn’t answer one question I asked, then couldn’t wait to get me out of the room .... total joke . Called office coordinator and she said she has no control over him so I’ll hit the pocketbook and take my business elsewhere

Dr Borkoski has a great “bedside” manner and is very professional and very thorough in his examination. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I strongly recommend him. Thanks also to Dr. Pritt for the referral.

Review of Dr. Shinn

-Dunnellon |

I've been seen off and on for years@ Gainesville and Ocala TOI for various Orthopedic problems and procedures with a variety of the specialists. Dr Shinn has performed 3 of the surgeries, both hands and most recently a shoulder. All the staff I've had contact with have been very pleasant and thorough, explaining diagnosis and procedures and giving time for questions.

Review of Dr. Altbuch

Dr. Altbuch has treated two of my teenage daughters for sports injuries and my mother for a shoulder replacement. His bedside manner is great. He is a skilled physician. My Mothers surgery and recovery were perfect.

Review of Dr. Altbuch

- in Jblm, WA |

Dr. Altbuch took my case knowing I had a normal MRI. He was skeptical about my pain, and initially I was not a fan. He ordered a contrast MRI which only showed a minimal issue but he was willing to do surgery. In the end, I had a torn labrum (not seen on the MRI). My shoulder required extensive cleanup. I am essentially pain free because he was willing to do the surgery.

Review of Dr. Shinn

- in Gainesville, FL |

Dr. Shinn is a wonderful doctor and a great person! I have nothing but glowing praises for all the pain he has taken away from me. Everyone I know that has gone to him agrees with me that he is a caring person. My daughter and I both trust and like him for all he has done for us both. I appreciate his entire staff and thank them for being so nice and helpful to us.

Review of Dr. Sambey

- in Lake City, FL |

I would only recommend him ifhe has replaced his nurse from two months ago. Dr. Sambey himself is good, but his nurse is bad. When an MRI showed no problem, she automatically assumed that must not have any pain—not the case. Dr. Sambey called it referred pain, Logical given my back and neck issues. The nurse was supposed to get me a knee brace and kept me waiting a while. When she returned, she told me she had to help a patient that truly needed help...inferring that I was wasting her time

Review of Dr. Borkoski

- in Gainesville, FL |

Dr. B is a great doctor. Unfortunately, his support staff are not great. I have had multiple issues with staff committing to call in a script or a script correction only to find it was not completed. I have also had them fill out an appt card that was wrong, leading to me having to cancel an appointment later for the correct time. Of course, they swear it's my error. Make sure you confirm your dates and take responsibilty for keeping the girls on task.
