Highly recommended Dr. Brown! Her assistant Ann is great too! Very thorough, fully engaged, personable, and ethical. Took her time w/ the screening (last one was 10 yrs ago!) w/ total precision. Makes you feel at ease from start to finish. Very laid back, professional demeanor. Previously, Dr. Arena was my Dermatologist but he just retired in early 2020. Years ago and every bit now (in their spacious, vibrant new office) quality of the staff, cleanliness of office and exam were still top notch! Punctual w/ minimal waiting time. I have an above avg. amount of moles/marks on my back (genetic). There were 2 moles (esp. 1) that looked like textbook trouble (Melanoma etc..). Dr. Brown looked sincerely concerned. Was NOT worth this risk. Of course one can't be 100% so went ahead and authorized them to send the 2 to a Pathologist. Fortunately, found out today both were benign. She called me herself to share the great news! Was appreciated.

I called to make an appointment to remove a wart from my 8 year old’s knee. I specifically asked if they treat children and they said yes. They collected my company, then when DR Brown came into the room to examine my daughter, she said any treatment would leave a small white scar and feel a little uncomfortable and she said she wouldn’t do any treatment. That was her position even after my daughter said she was ok with feeling the temporary discomfort of a treatment and that she wouldn’t mind a small white scar. The doctor told us to go to a pharmacy and get an over the counter wart remover (which will also leave a small scar by the way). What a waste of time abs money that visit was!

They tricked me into getting a small dot removed that didn’t look cancerous, didn’t really bother me aesthetically and definitely not painful. The only reason I agreed to it was because they said I wouldn’t have that little dot there anymore, it would be one small incision and they would just squeeze it out. Like popping a pimple you would think right? Next thing I know I’m laying on the table there’s a hole the size of my belly button cut out of my stomach and I have six or seven stitches. The first time I’ve ever had stitches, I did not know I was going to get stitches, and did not want to have them for that. I am now left with a scar bigger and worse than what I had before. And over $500 in bills. When I called about this, they told me they could not adjust this absurd price, because he wrote that I was in pain and it had to be removed, which is an absolute lie. Not only that I asked for some thing to reduce my very very small pores or just some advice really, and I ended up get

The office staff in their Vero Beach office are incompetent. After calling up giving all my health insurance info group# and Id# to see that they accepted my plan. They verified with the insurance carrier and and made an appointment for me. I arrived they asked for my insurance card and license. Gave me some paperwork with my name and insurance already printed on. 10 minutes of sitting there filling out my health history. I was called up and told they couldnt see me. Do not accept my insurance.

I emailed in for an appointment. The front office phoned back and set an appointment and assigned a specific Dr. to me. I showed up driving through thunder, lightening and rain and getting drenched from the parking lot to the lobby. Took the elevator up and the front desk told me I did not have an appointment three times. They did not apologize for their error or offer to reschedule but just glared at me. I even said how would I even know the Dr's. name if you did not call? Do not use them.

Dr Brown was diligent enough to spot a skin cancer on my eyelid that my Plastic Surgeon missed. She was insistent that I have an ophthalmic surgeon biopsy it. Twice it was passed off as a non cancerous growth by other Doctors. She was right and I owe her a five star review for her thoroughness!
