I could write a Chapter regarding my experience... However;. Short Version..... He asked no questions, did No exam..he gave me Steroid shots in foot with no empathy and without Lucy..(the therapy dog)......He also suggested insoles which cost me $50.... At least I am getting physical therapy while searching for a New podiatrist... He's Rude and Arrogant

When coming in for a foot procedure, the doctor did not identify what the procedure would entail, explain the pain levels possible, nor have any dialog about why I was there. He came in say down and immediately started working. He burned me with the dremil tool, he cut one of the nails too short and provided zero guidance on follow up or next steps to treat my condition. He just left the room. The assistant came in and handed me inserts with no explanation. When I asked why she was giving them to me, she stated it was because I had plantar fascitis which the physician never mentioned. It was only after this that he returned and said I need to just follow up and talk to my doctor about my conditions. Am I incorrect in the fact that Dr. Hillburt is a doctor because he should be able to discuss the conditions I came to him to discuss. I will be finding another provider with a better idea of patient care.

He performed the procedure quickly and with minor discomfort. He explained my condition very well and spent the time addressing my problems and solutions. Very nice practice, very clean and competent staff.
