White Wilson Medical Center

I didn't have a choice on who I saw, I was informed I would be seeing a Female doc who is good with kids and I got the EXACT opposite. His bedside manner was completely unprofessional, he was rude, condescending and arrogant. I usually take both of my kids here, but I will NEVER return and I have already informed many friends and family about this experience. Such a shame because I am familiar with MANY docs, offices and other things in the area, and I will be sharing my experience with all of them as well. WHAT. A. JOKE.

Scott Zastrow gave my husband such great care and advice that my husband tells others and follows it and is so much better! Thank you Scott.

Dr. John Mills , His Nurses, and His Medical Team are the Best I have ever seen, Thank You for Taking Care of Me , I would highly recommend them. I Praise God for their help, They are Amazing

During my visit to the Immediate Care Center at White Wilson Medical Dr. Mills was very kind and understanding. He patiently listened and made well thought out decisions on what medications I needed to help my symptoms. I had pneumonia and dizziness and thanks to Dr. Mills was able to get much better within less than a week. Thank you so much for your dedication to ensure the wellbeing of your patients. The nurses as well make this facility a warm and caring environment. Both Princess and Kimberlee are amazing nurses and take their time to ensure each patient is taken care of. I am very pleased with all the staff at this facility and would recommend to anyone needing any kind of medical care. Good to have quality care close to home.

Whenever I have the need to be seen at White Wilson Immediate Care I alway try to schedule with Dr. Mills. He seen me for a tennis injury, sinus, ear ache, etc and allows seem to handle the situation with great confidence and reassurance that we will have a positive outcome. Highly recommend. JoanneW

I went for a VA disability rating exam. Scott for professional, vast knowledge of medical issues and also knowledge of the VA system. Did a superior job of explaining the purpose of the exam, the VA criteria. Thorough, precise and accurate. I like a straight shooter.

He is a sociopath. Brilliant doctor, horrible human being.

I had a severe headache and congestion in my head, he looked into my ears and nasal passage and came up with a sinus infection and gave me treatment which took care of the headache which was diagnosed by another doctor as Mygrane

Excellent doctor

Dr. Mills is fantastic. I had some issues with a cough, got a chest xray and the cardiologist opinion was that I had lung cancer. Dr. Mills did not concur and kept digging until he diagnosed me (correctly) with tuberculosis. I have subsequently been treated successfully with that being a distant memory. Will be forever grateful to Dr. Mills!

Very good experience! After becoming frustrated with my regular doctor (he would not order my annual mammogram and wasn’t listening to me about problems with my meds), I found PA Silva to be very compassionate and professional. She listened to my concerns, ordered all of my necessary screening tests and got my medications straightened out. I feel very fortunate to have found PA Silva.

Max is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He actually listens to you. This helps him diagnose and treat your condition. A lost art with most doctors today who are on a 15 minute revolving door schedule. Max is very practical and has a great sense of humor. He alternates between Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and BWB offices. Call ahead to see where he is and make an appointment. He has treated my wife and I. He can write prescriptions and he will refer you to a specialist if needed.

The worst Dr I have ever encountered. Went there with my daughter due to an ongoing kidney issue. I requested a ultrasound/ or CT to rule out stones or abscess. He refused, said he was the Dr and he makes the recommendations. I explained her history and that she was in pain also that her specialist could not see her till the end of the month. He said no....was condescending, dismissive and incorrect( clear urine test can still mean a problem). And waited 4 hrs to be seen

By far the worst medical “professional” I have ever been to. White Wilson has been going down for many years, but my visit with her was a horrible experience and after being a White Wilson patient for nearly 20 years I will never step my foot back in there. I could not get in with my regular Dr. for a month+ so decided to give her a try. She did not listen to anything I said, any of my concerns, very belittling, and she had very poor communication. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing. I recently saw him for anxiety issues. He was so caring, understanding, etc. Not sure I’ve ever had a doctor listen and ask questions like he did. It’s a shame there aren’t more like him. Hands down the best in the area.

He didn't even check my ears when I complained about them.

I've been to see Ms. Dixie Allen twice for two different problems and she was very kind to me both times. She also solved my problems and prescribed appropriate medication. The wait time might have been long, but I feel like it's always like that at any doctor's office!

Hands down one of the best doctors i have ever seen , just wish he wasn't set up just for immediate care

Long wait times. Rude Nurse. 2 day call back wait time. Doesn't go over medication diagnoses link. I would NOT recommend her to friends & family.

Dr. Mills is a doctor who will listen to patient well in order to offer correct treatment. He is pleasant, never interrupts patient. His suggestions to me as a patient is Clear and thorough. I would highly reccomend him as doctor and friend.MB Him
