I must agree with all the negative comments above. As a patient for 15 years I have been foolish to continue this long. The manager is not a person you want to talk to. It has gone downhill speedily since they got rid of the PA's. They did wonderful work, much better than the current MD staff. I am saying GOODBY as of today.

I have been with them for 10 years and lately it seems to me that they are not what they used to be they do not treat you the way they did when dr. Pichardo was in charge the sad part is that I love the way we were treated but now I switched doctors I do not attend the Pichardo Clinic anymore

Dr.Pichardo is a great caring and experienced Doctor. He has been my Doctor and my husband's Doctor for 15 years. He is no longer practicing in his clinic in Davenport. Yes is another Doctors but not my Doctor. Lots of Dr. Pichardo's patients are leaving because he is not there is not the same without him in the clinic. You are welcome back anytime to your clinic Dr. Pichardo and we will go back.

Never refill my prescription on time. Always a hustle. Need to call 1,000 times plus they make ppl wait over one hour an a half to get to see a doc. Teeerible

This has to be the worst physician office in the area. Wait times are consistently an hour or more on a regular basis. Being new to the area we went with location but after this , the third visit, we are changing doctors. I simply can't accept the indifference the staff shows, the consistent excessive wait times and the fact that they simply don't care. I suggest you look elsewhere.

I used to be a patient here, boy did they screw up. First mishap they gave me the wrong results for a mammogram because my name was similar to another patient, then after experiencing serious pain in my right side they kept passing it off, I had an appointment with Pichardo himself and right before my appointment (after taking time off work) he decides his other clinic was more important. Gloria at the front desk, so very rude. I took people away from him and will continue to do so.

In the past Dr. Pichardo gave excellent health care for both my wife and I. This year we have received the worst service ever. Appointments were hard to get and when we were able to get an appointment Dr. Pichardo was not available. Dr. Pichardo had ordered a X-ray of my chest and a blood test and a appointment was given to me which he was not available and I was rescheduled a month later to which was today only to find out that he would not be available the rest of the year. 18 years with him.
