Changing my initial review. Checked in as soon as I arrived for a 10 AM appt. and signed in. Was told to wait until I was called. Waited 2 hours with numerous people coming and going after I arrived. At 12:30 PM no one was left in the waiting room but me. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She asked me again my name and when my appt was? Then she admitted she had forgotten to tell doctor I had arrived and I would have to wait until he got back from lunch to see him. Finally, after 1 PM I was called back. The doctor not only didn't apologize for the mistake but told me quite curtly that "He didn't have anything to do with it" as if he could care a less his staff treated a patient this way and it wasn't his responsibility. I will never return to such an arrogant doctor. There are other docs out there who are genuinely concerned for their patients. This is not one I would trust to care for me or a family member. Some drs believe you are privileged they even see you.

After learning that a fungus was the cause of my detached toenail, Dr. Ricciardi discussed the various treatment options available. I chose the laser treatment plan. Now, less than 4 months later, my nails look so much better - the improvement is amazing! Dr. Ricciardi and his staff are always very knowledgeable, kind and helpful - I absolutely recommend ECP!

Had foot surgery after non union re-fracture. Have seen him for over 4 years. Did an excellent operation and has the best practice around. Bedside manner is the best! I give 5 stars!

Excellent care !! Dr Ricciardi is an excellent podiatrist. He has managed severe arthritis in my foot now for 5 years . Always with thorough physical exam and treatment that alleviates my discomfort.

As always, I read all the reviews on a medical provider before setting up my appointment. That is what made my choice on this provider. My entire experience with Dr Ricciardi was five star from the minute I called his office. The front desk was professional, his bedside manner was welcoming and very informative and the results on both of my surgery exactly what I had hoped for…perfection. I highly recommend leaving your podiatry needs in his hands. You will not be disappointed.

I would not recommend. This office over charged me for my visit on October 8th. They told me since they are short staffed that they won’t be able to process my refund till after November. I had to contact my insurance to have them contact the dr office who said that I had a credit but that I never contacted them regarding my refund? When I saw dr riccardi he didn’t trim my nails as I am diabetic and that is one reason why I went He shaved off some skin on my toe that left my toe bleeding then had a nurse bandage my toe. The nurse then was very rude when I asked her if she would wear a mask for me. I’m considered high risk and would have appreciated that. When I spoke to the Dr today he blew my concerns off and wouldn’t listen to me and told me just to drive up there to get my refund. Very rude office and Dr.

I recommend Dr Riciardi highly.H e has excellent bedside manner, and did a great job with minor surgery on my great toe.I walked out of the office with all my pain gone.I'll return to him for any future foot problems.I would give him a rating of five stars.

Staff was very nice and respectful. Dr Riccardi was very thoughtful and knew his stuff. Will definitely be using him again.

Doc R. was Great. All the staff was so friendly. I went in with severe pain in my foot, We decided to try inserts for my shoes to correct my foot. Once I got them i was able to walk again without pain. I am so grateful. Again I had a Good Experience! I recommend Emerald Coast Podiatry Office!

Dr. Ricciardi is a fanstastic doctor and has a great staff. I had very little wait time in the lobby. Once in the exam room, Dr. Ricciardi was attentive and explanatory and his time with me did not feel rushed. I’ve had plantar fasciitis off and on for many years. I’ve used an exhaustive list of therapies and gadgets and doctors, but working with Dr. Ricciardi my pain is gone, and gone relatively quickly. I would highly recommend him! He’s the best.

A large toe joint needed repair, there was a painful bump in the ball of my foot, and two bad hammer toes.Dr Ricciardi used staples instead of screws to fuse the big toe joint. I felt like the toe was more stable with the staples and felt it healed faster than previous surgeries using a screw to fuse the bones. It is is five weeks later and I am wearing a shoe. The hammer toes are straight, the painful bump is gone, and the first time in Year’s I am without pain in my right foot.

Have recommended already and will continue to do so. From the front door to the completion of the diagnosis and treatment; excellent communication and care. Knowledgeable, yet he communicates to patient with ease and explains thoroughly. Allows for questions and is at ease with time spent each visit. Never felt rushed with staff or Dr. Ricciardi.

I am a 58-year old crossfit hybrid (Militia Fitness) participant, and hypermobility in a joint in the arch of my foot caused pain and a bunion that threatened to prevent my activities. Dr Ricciardi identified the problem and performed a very successful treatment that will soon allow me to return to full activities. He explains everything, starts with non-surgical options, and takes into account one's lifestyle for treatment options. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Best care experience!

Technically excellent, compassionate and empathetic. I needed a lesion removed while in the area on vacation, and Dr. Ricciardi (after first making sure it wasn't malignant) removed it skillfully. Nurses and office staff were professional and personable. I appreciated the excellent care and highly recommend this practitioner.
