My mother visited Dr. Madans office for varicose veins. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond in every way possible. I have never ever been to a doctors office where the staff and the physician was this personable and kind. The office itself was impeccably clean and esthetically beautiful. I am beyond satisfied.

My whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Dr Madan is professional, caring, and personable. He takes the time to explain every thing in detail, and answers all your questions. The support staff is outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and well cared for. I have recommended Dr. Madan to many of my family and friends. You feel welcomed from arrival at the clinic until the day of your procedure. A fantastic and highly competent team that helped me during my varicose vein treatment. I had huge varicose veins since adolescence, I suffered a lot from the constant pain and appearance of varicose veins. I spent years hiding them and avoiding wearing shorts. Thanks to Doctor Madan and his team today after suffering for more than 20 years I was able to wear shorts again and have back my happiness and def confidence.

Dr. Madan is very respectful, listens carefully to my medical complaints, fully answers all of my questions, is honest and knowledgeable about vein problems. His technician discovered a serious DVT clot in my left leg during an ultra-sound and saved my life when she immediately called Dr. Madan, who had his medical staff inject me with a blood thinner and faxed a blood thinner prescription to my pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Madan and his staff for their professionalism and sincere concern for patients.

Dr. Madan and staff are exceptional. They are very thorough and tell you everything you need to know. They are friendly and helpful. The technicians that assist the Doctor are really outstanding. They have a strong command of their jobs, are extremely personable and professional. The Doctor is excellent and exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Madan is a nice man and, probably, a competent Doctor. The reason for my single star review is because my appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, shifted from the Fairfield office (convenient for me) to the Wilton office (inconvenient for me) and after being told that my procedure would be paid for through my insurance...it was not (shame on me for not checking). Finally, my minor spider veins look no different than they did before treatment.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Madan and his office. Two other doctors' offices I'd asked for recommendations suggested that VCA might be factory-like. I ended up listening to acquaintances who had been there, and I'm glad I did. Dr. Madan had an amazing manner about him, very friendly and professional, and he's very good at what he does. The office staff is efficient, and I rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. I'd give more stars, if I could.
