Review of Dr. Bevilacqua

Sucked. I went to the Glastonbury office. After asking him about a mouthguard he made a sarcastic comment about probably never getting paid for it, but he would do one. The office never contacted me. I called them, questioned them twice about it. They told me they would check into it. never heard from them. got hung up on the third time. Insurance company even reached out to them. Turns out the dr. never sent in the pre authorization. They didn't even give me an explanation why. waste of gas

I don’t recommend this doctor, He caused trauma to my jaw, in a wisdom tooth extraction. When I told him I was in pain and couldn’t really open my jaw. He offered for me to go his west hartford office between 5:30-6am during a snow storm, never offered any other dates and times. Never gotten a call to do follow up in regards to my pain. Also the dissolvable sutures I’ve gotten never dissolved. Went to see another doctor for them to be removed.

yrs ago my dentist who owned his practice told me the best dental surgeon he knew was dr bevilaqua..he also said hes the cheapest too as luck would have it. i went as advised and he removed 3 wisdom teeth. all went very well. he joined my family and walked me to car which i saw as caring. he made sure my head cleared a bump as i was semi wakeful after being put out for procedure. i recall West Htd staff being professional. im currently in need of another molar extraction potentially. he will

I will not recommend this Practice due to completely inept office staff. They have an email but do not respond. I have sent one every morning for last 4 days with no response. When I called today, was told that they do not respond to patients via email. ????????????

Dr B is a superstar maxiofacial surgeon. There is no one more skilled in the area. The office and staff are nice. But the surgeon's skill-- that is the one and only question that matters. If you have a hard case--Dr B is you man.

Very rude & uncaring, lacks bedside manners. He rushes you in & out of the appointment and seems as if he just wants your money by rescheduling unnecessary re-check appointments. As a medical professional , I woudnt recommend this Dr. if your trying to get a serious injury/problem resolved.

The man is an out and out thief. He seems competent enough but he stole money from us. Even the Insurance Commissioner said he was acting without professional integrity.

While Dr. Bevilaqua is a highly qualified surgeon and his clinical staff is tops, his front office staff should be fired . Appointments were not scheduled as promised, story changed each time I called and as of today, I have been trying for over 2 months to get reimbursement for a credit balance I have on my account.
