I went to talk about options for a missing filling, which I patched up myself during covid. She had me schedule another appointment a month later. When I went she just looked at my teeth again and said there was nothing she could do. No options, nothing. She also made a flipper for my husbands missing tooth, but only for one tooth, not the one next to it. Poor communication skills.

I saw Dr.Iype for the first time in the Groton Dental Group office. She is wonderful . My entire family have been going there for years until Dr. Green retired . We were all going to leave , but after being seen by Dr. Iype, all 16 of us our staying . Love this dentist .

Not good, all they care about is the money, Cannot understand some of them and her. Been paying but will not schedule my installation of my caps on implants, so i have to chew with posts.

Dr Iyre showed up when the office went Corporate. Cannot understand her and appears to be a salesperson from Corporate. Her Bio seems to appear as though she has been in many offices for being so young. Her diagnosis and recommendation to my Wife and I would have cost us a ton. Happy we went to our regular Dentist for a second opinion as her recommendation was so incorrect. STAY AWAY !!

As soon as I met Dr. Friedman- I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Friedman thoroughly explained the process of Invisalign to me which made me feel confident as a patient. Any time I ever have a question or concern he listens and provides answers. I have never felt rushed during an appointment with Dr. Friedman- it is a safe and welcoming environment. Dr. Friedman takes the time to get to know his patients- he truly has a wonderful way of creating trust between a patient. Above all- Dr. Friedman is skillful in his work and you will not leave disappointed- he is a perfectionist and provides the utmost care.

Dr. Iype does great work! She let me know what I needed done and kept me informed of what she was doing throughout my procedure. I highly recommend her.

This was my 1st visit to a dentist in way to long ! One of the first things they did was take my blood pressure. That ended up literally saving my life ! My pressure was 200/100 !! Not good ! Everyone is very professional with a warm way of making you as comfortable as possible ! A really good dentist outfit and one that I would highly recommend !!

I came in for a cleaning of my all-on-four implant supported dentures. This was my 2nd cleaning. It was also my worst. The "cleaning" consisted of scraping my upper denture which is fixed. The hygienist looked at my lower removable denture and said they did not need to be cleaned. My teeth were not polished and the uppers were not flossed. My insurance should have paid for this but it was entered as "implant maintenance" and I was charged $150. This was not a cleaning like I had 6 months ago!

Absolutely horrible the worst dental experience I ever had in my life???? They did not do a proper diagnosis, put a camera in my mouth and told me I had to cavities! They were wrong! I went to my own old dentist it’s very far almost 100 miles away he did his own x-rays he has 45 years experience and confirmed, there was nothing wrong! I explained this in a review elsewhere, but I plan to file a complaint w/The state of Connecticut. I cannot reward you for failure as a matter fact, I should ask you for my money back!

All I could say is that Dr. Friedman is a perfectionist. He is fair and very passionate about his job. He doesn’t like to remove the braces until he thinks they are as right as he can get them. His work came out flawless. I would recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone who needs a good orthodontist.

My overall experience with Dr. Friedman has been spectacular. He made sure everything was perfect before he took my braces off. I couldn't be any happier with my new smile!

From the first consultation, through each appointment, to the last checkup, Dr. Friedman was warm and friendly, with a great sense of humor. Dr Friedman is a true professional. His work for our sons has been phenomenal and he is an absolute perfectionist. We are delighted with the outcome he has achieved. A huge plus is that there are no sales tactics as we found with numerous other practitioners. His advised is based purely on necessity and he helps guide both the parents and children through the entire process. His receptionist is the most polite, helpful, professional lady we have come across.

When I first met Dr. Friedman for a consultation, he sounded very enthusiastic & optimistic. He explained how Invisalign worked, that I'd be able to see results in a year, and that we could start right away! Dr.Friedman truly puts you at ease and the results speak for themselves. I've seen Dr. Friedman every 6-8 wks for the past 7 months, and I'm beyond thrilled with the results so far! Can hardly wait to see how my teeth straighten out in the next 5 months! .
