I was "treated" by her at YNH Children's hospital as inpatient recently and it was the worst medical experience I have had in my life. She was rude, and non communicative despite me asking her numerous times to keep me informed and updated. There was failure to communicate with the other members of my care team, treatment plans changed without my knowledge, and an attitude seeming as if I was an inconvenience to her. I had to look on MyChart myself to see the results from my tests even though I was in the hospital and seeing her daily. I was told I was being done a "favor" by being treated there, even though my illness was directly effecting me on a hematology level. I felt ignored as she would brush off my concerns and lie about things relating to my care. I did not feel as if I was being cared for and remained in excruciating pain for the majority of the stay due to the fact I was not being listened to. I would not see Dr. Pashankar again or recommend her to any potential patient.

Great facial surgeon, great followup, clean, neat, personable and great decision maker. Good luck in CT. Patients there are lucky.

Saw multiple providers who couldn't tell me what was wrong. All it took was for someone to combine looking at my CT with actually examining me, not just relying on written reports. Had surgery the next week and feel a million times better

Very very happy with the outcome of surgery and I felt really cared for. She took into consideration important aspects of my history and came up with a plan that worked for me. Can't say enough good things.

This provider leaves much to be desired, especially when a patient asks too many questions. I felt like a checkbox on her “to do” list, not a patient.

I can’t believe these positive reviews are real. With my experiences there always been a Horrible bedside manner. She’s always been cold and short. Never spent much time in the room and i never felt comfortable. I’ve been treated by two previous surgeons before and had much better experience. I haven’t even followed up with my issue anymore because i rather avoid her. She’s the only one that does the procedure in my area.

She was rude and judgemental with no compassion or empathy. I was stunned as her attitude dramatically changed when her supervisory doctor joined the room for consultation. No follow up after sending messages with questions. I would never go back.

Dr. Agrawal was not a very good listener. My daughter had asymptomatic Covid-19. She went to a Cardiologist on the recommendation of her pediatrician because she is a competitive gymnast and they have seen heart issues in children athletes from Covid. No heart issues but a stress test said she had mild EIB (exercise induced asthma). Dr. Agrawal said this was the problem. My daughter and I both explained that she cannot take a deep breath since Covid and feels like that all the time, the feeling has nothing to do with exercise. Dr. Agrawal insisted that this is what she has, and did not want to see her for a month. She also moved the pulmonary function test out a month, even thought I explained to her we waited a month for this appointment and had a covid test specifically so my daughter could take the pulmonary function test. We will not be going back.

Dr. Ludvigson was fantastic. He asked lots of questions, allowed me to ask lots of questions, explained things extremely well, and made me feel like I had a good understanding of my situation and how to take care of it. The appointment was not rushed and he was thorough. I felt extremely comfortable with him and feel lucky to have found him.

I had 2 pregnancies lost this year both were seen by Dr. Lima, both times very unprofessional. The first time I was seen by him it was my second confirmation scan of a miscarriage, he still didn’t want to confirm it so I had to go back for a 3rd heartbreaking US to confirm yet another time that indeed, 3 weeks later, there is still no heartbeat. Second time after my 20 week scan he didn’t want to tell me there was something wrong on the ultrasound so instead he said something about the position of the baby making it hard to see his anatomy so I should go to a better US sometime next week. So I did, turned out our baby had a major anomaly not viable and he did write this in my note that he saw it he just never had the guts to tell me about it and I was left thinking for another week that everything was fine. Both times felt it was very unprofessional to not face the patient with the facts but leave it up to someone else.

Dr Lima delivered my son in the year 2000. He was the doctor I hoped would deliver me, and it is because of his bedside manner, kindness, gentleness, sense of humor and expertise as a physician. I followed him from his former practice and couldn’t recommend him more highly. I’ve been seeing him for 21 years and he’s gotten me through many transitions and changes with humor and grace!! Thanks Dr. Lima!

Anesthesiology

She handled my anesthesia for an MRI, I did not choose her. She was terrible has a lousy bedside manner & was aggressively trying to get me to cancel the MRI up to the last minute. she acted like she was concerned for my safety but she was causing all the high blood pressure. she obviously didn't want to do the anesthesia on me for various reasons, but instead of coming out & saying that, she thought she would scare me by exaggerating the risks & then I would cancel it, she wouldn't have to explain anything to her superiors. I should have walked out but I had waited 8 weeks for the appointment of an MRI with anesthesia which I need due to claustrophobia. I feel sorry for ANYONE who has to be treated by her.

She was over an hour late to the appointment. No respect whatsoever for my time! Then when she finally did come in to see me she was very rushed and hurried. Barely paid attention to what I was saying. Like she was in her own little world! I will never be back to see her!
