I never actually had an appointment. I did schedule a consultation despite reading reviews about pressure to perform extra work. I immediately started to receive texts reminding me of my appt, and I would be charged a fee if I missed. The fourth text then also mentioned there would be an extra $5.00 fee to cover the cost of PPE. This is a dental office, what did you use before covid?. This is the only business I have seen that did this. After this, I cancelled as it appears other reviews were spot on.

We loved our experience with Dr. Twiss. Dr. Twiss and his staff are extremely personable and so easy to work with. From the moment you walk into the office the entire vibe is friendly and helpful. Dr. Twiss goes out his way to explain differing treatment options. Dr. Twiss has the best chair-side manner of any dentist we have ever been to.

Dr Twiss replaced two old crowns for me 2/21/17 and did excellent work. He was kind, gentle and professional. He paid careful attention to detail and addressed all my concerns. Finally I have crowns that match the color of my teeth, that fit and hide the black that often comes above old crowns! I would highly recommend him.

They'll constantly try to force you in to unnecessary, expensive treatments. Feels like going to an auto mechanic trying to scam you for as much money as possible. Don't be foolish enough to trust the numbers they tell you when at your appointment. If you're as unlucky as me, you'll receive a phone call from them a year after your visit saying you owe them $400 for a simple check up appointment. Thankfully I've found a new dentist and will let my teeth rot before going back to Twiss Dental.

I visited Twiss Dental for the first time yesterday, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Tyler Twiss did a great job explaining everything going on with my mouth, and I did not feel rushed in anyway. The other staff members were also friendly, without seeming over-the-top, which made my appointment much more enjoyable.

The hygienist was good but when Dr. Tyler Twiss came in to examine my teeth he recommended some old silver filings be replaced in 4 of my teeth. I agreed and had the work done and unfortunately have had nothing but issues with the teeth he filled. I have since left this dentist and have found an amazing dentist who has had to fix the problems in my mouth created by Dr. Twiss and his poor work! So far we are out and additional 8K to fix the issues! I would never recommend him to anyone!

The cleaning service was good, but when I met the dentist at the end of the visit, he told me I would need to have several silver fillings replaced. These fillings while very old, have not given me any problems or pain whatsoever. When I declined the filling, Dr. Twiss became short with me and asked if I was one of those kind of people who wait until I'm in terrible pain to have the procedure. I felt it was unprofessional and trying to sell unnecessary services.

Think Dr. Twiss is OK but front office person is poor. Also was referred to specialist. After that appt.I wanted 2nd consultation with Dr. Twiss -- Never got an appointment. Front desk just kept putting me off, so I went to anther dentist. Asked to have my records transferred. Took 2 calls to get it right. Meanwhile, new dentist gave me quick appointment and great advice on reasonable next steps. That's all I wanted before, but never got there. Bad experience.
