I had two visits with Dr. DeJong Lago this week. I found Dr. DeJong to be a clinician who listens carefully, is open to any questions, and will address any misunderstandings. She was able to give a direct, clear explanation about what is wrong, and what is needed. She is professional and patient. The office staff were courteous and helpful.

Dr. Shtulman is such a compassionate person. She really listened to me and was very thorough. She went above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone without question. Amazing provider.

The doctor was not thorough in her examination after my vehicle accident that resulted in a TBI and PTSD. I have thyroid issues and have since 1984 and they can interfere with the testing. She did not test the levels (which later were found low) and based her results upon faulty reasoning. I do NOT recommend Dr Shtulman to anyone who may have TBI, PTSD or endocrine issues. She is not out to find all the answers, just what makes her job easier.

Very disappointed in the clinic, the staff, and the provider.
Was asked to move a May appt to today, 2-8. ONE HOUR before my appt I was called by Clinic Staff / Carly saying they made a mistake, the doctor was unavailable. Problem is they told me to expect 3-4 hours so I took a day of vacation to see Dr DeJung Lago.
To make matters worse, Carly asked to reschedule me for JUNE … A MONTH LATER THAN MY ORIGINAL APPT.
Very disappointed in clinic, STAFF, and DeJong Lago.

Joy Dejong is a self-centered lousy psychotherapist (if you can call her a therapist). She's judgmental and does not explain in an empathic way your mental illness. She should not be in this profession. She also likes to raise her voice at you. I do not recommend her.

I would be both very weary and very careful before ever listening to Dr. Shtulman's medical suggestions or advice. I found out that Dr. Shutlman missed critical details of my medical history and then once realizing that she had made various critical errors instead of apologizing for not listening to my detailed medical history- she instead tried to cover up her mistakes. This is not someone I would ever recommend.

This doctor accepts Medicaid for TBI. She then puts you at the back of the list. It took me a year and a half to get an appt. Her assistant told me to hurry up during testing. When I had my follow up appt with the doctor, she accused me of trying to "hide" symptoms during the testing phase. There were times I had questions; but there was no one around to ask. The result was a high level of fear and defensiveness. I have a brain injury and have a hard time with reading and comprehension. Skip her

I liked Dr. Dejong at first, she is a nice person. But now, I wouldn't have gone to her knowing what I know now. My mother was in a car accident that was not her fault about 1 1/2 years ago, it caused a frontal lobe traumatic brain injury. My mother will most likely get screwed on her settlement all because of what this one lady wrote in her report. My mom has been through so much suffering and it's not over. She isn't better. Dr. Shtulman is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain her findings. She answered all my questions in detail and gave me a much better understanding of my situation, as well as possible solutions. It was a great relief to find someone so well-versed in neuropsychology in the Cheyenne area.
