Very unprofessional. I am a medical professional and had been dealing with symptoms of hypothyroidism for months. I went to see Dr Wu after begging my doctor for a referral to endocrinology. She sent her student in to deal with me then came in to tell me she thought I was "dealing with a mental issue." She made very inappropriate and unprofessional comments and suggestions to "help me." Would NOT recommend.
Would strongly recommend Johanna- she listens and attempts to help her patients face and solve their issues without lots of psychobabble. Excellent therapist.
Amazing has been very helpful in helping me treat high blood pressure and other medical conditions
adore dr yu she has been my daughters pediatrician for a few years. wouldnt want anyone else to care for my child.
Used to be a good doctor - listened to his patients and took appropriate action. Now doesn't seem to hear what is going on, jumps to conclusions and diagnosis is questionable.
I came in reporting issues with panic attacks after Dr. Tseng changed my medication and he actually told me to Just hang in there. Seriously. He didn't even offer to refer me to a therapist. I had to ask. He could not give less of a crap about you if he tried. Also, he sends my prescriptions to the Kaiser pharmacy every time, even though I've always specified my own pharmacy. His office doesn't help so I have to make 3 calls every time I want a prescription filled.
I saw Dr Torossian as I am about to begin radiation treatment for endometrial cancer. He and his associate Dr Julie Whang Graziano were very attentive, answered my many question clearly and very satisfactorily with great patience. I felt comforted and confident about the treatments I am about to undergo, due to Dr Torossian's kindness and helpfulness. The doctors also gave me plenty of their time and did not make me feel rushed.
Awful. My mother went to Dr yamamotoya as a new patient. At the time, my mother had an obvious cough. Yamamotoya did not address it. A few months later, my mother needed to see specialist in her network, but needed Yamamotoya's referral. Yamamotoya and/or her office would not return the call from the specialist's office. The nursing staff at her retirement facility also called Yamamotoya. Again, no return phone call. The specialist told my mother, without hesitation, to find a new dr.
I was admitted to the hospital and Dr Yip was the one who took care of me. He is great. Very knowledgeable. He saved my life by diagnosing me with blood clots. He explained things well to me and my family. I greatly appreciate him.
This doctor is not at all friendly never has a smile on face. Found her always arrogant and rude with us. Advised not to feed my baby whole milk. I totally avoid her at any cost. Her staff is ok. She is an extremely rude ill mannered doctor in Kaiser.
Very disrespectful and incompetent person.
Fantastic physician who takes the time to explain conditions. Compassionate bedside manner.
My first office visit with Dr Williams started off well with his friendly demeanor but it was soon realized that he was not knowledgeable but I gave him a chance. I had a rash which he couldn't determine what it was so gave me a prescription for a mild cream which didn't work. I had to go back and pay for another visit and he gave me another prescription which didn't work all the while the rash was getting worse. He called it dermatitis which means he doesn't know what it is but won't admit it.
Dr. Walsh provided a very thorough eye examination. He is very nice doctor with a cute sense of humor.
Insensitive, careless and unprofessional attitude.
My acne got worse after using the medication Dr. Wang prescribed.
She is extremely efficient in all her dealings with patients. I would recommend her to anybody looking for a great doctor.
Dr. Macart is the perfect combination of smart and kind. I just looked her up to recommend her to a friend and saw I had the option to leave a review. Would highly recommend.
What does he really do? So much we wished he could've done to prevent what we're currently suffering from ...
He stood us up. Was supposed to meet with us to discuss to patient but nurses told us he went home already. 3pm is too late for him after coming to work at 10am apparently.
Dr Lee makes your OB appointments friendly and comfortable. She takes time to focus on you and make sure you don't have additional questions or concerns. I never feel rushed in my appointments with her or like she doesn't have enough time for me.
She repeatedly told me how many other people had bigger problems than me, asked me what it was I wanted, and recorded many things incorrectly in my medical record. I was in a very vulnerable place in my life, and needed someone who would not belittle or try to make me responsible for medical decisions I could not understand.
Dr. Mehra has been the pediatrician for my kids since the last two years. She is friendly and attentive and puts the kids at ease. I am happy with the care she has provided my kids over the last two years. The best part is that she is very prompt with communication and responds to email queries and concerns in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Shone is extremely caring and actually listens to his patients in order to meet their concerns and needs. He is very responsive even to the most simple question that I on occasion submit to him via email. I have been a patient of his for years. Dr. Shone never appears rushed and has always spent all the time necessary at an appointment to address any concerns. He is also a physician who does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist when needed.
Very knowledgeable and intelligent. Works hard to address any questions and concerns.
Cold and unfriendly.
Dr. Tasch was truly outstanding and showed authentic interest in helping me. He not only listened intently, he also asked questions to understand the issues and probable causes. I felt that he cared about my health as well as mental well being instead of just trying to treat one area (headaches). He spent about 45 minutes with me, answering my questions and not rushing me.
Dr. was insulted that I questioned her. She was dismissive of my concerns, and said I could go ahead and find another doctor, which I can only attribute to me questioning her. I am in charge of my own health, and if I have a concern that I would like checked out, I will push for it.
Dr. Tang always put herself in my position. Listens, explains and resolves my issues with patience.
I wouldn't recommend him nor go to a neurologist in his office since they all refer to him. Nonchalant and will not be on your side. Save yourself time, money and your sanity. Don't see him.
Dr. Lewis treated me for a detached retina. His first performed a pneumatic retinoplexy, which failed in that the detachment increased. A week later he performed scleral buckle surgery, and caused a hemorraghe. The retinoplexy caused the macula to be expoesed, then the failed scleral buckle surgery put blood in the vitreous and onto the macula. My sight in my right eye is permanently damaged. I have had 5 surgeries to cut muscles to straighten the eye, to remove the scleral buckle, etc.
She was the only OB who listened to me and diagnosed an issue I had been dealing with for years.
She takes care of both of my children. I am very particular about many things, and one of my children has some big health issues. I cannot say enough about her and her willingness to help and listen. Unlike other pediatricians who would just push meds on me, she found ways to solve problems and gave me referrals when I needed them. I cannot say enough good things about her.
She gave my son Miralax , ignoring that it was only approved for adults and up to 7 days. She told him to take it for at least one month and he was only 13 years old. She looks like an old hippy lady, but then she tells me that this strong chemical is completely safe , which is on the FDA watch for neurological disorders, when she could have prescribed a fiber based laxative. She didn't even have any proof he was constipated. I will never forgive her. She had no common sense to give that to him
Giving a child a vaccine cocktail when child is ill and immune system weak so high possibility of Autism, like she did to my son. She's an old fashion doctor who goes by the Kaiser books and not aware of reality.
Dr. Sumant has been my doctor for 8 years, and during that time she has always been cheerful, competent, and helpful. I was quite shocked when I looked up Dr. Sumant up on the internet and saw the review for her....I don't know who wrote the previous review, but I think they must have made a mistake and submitted their review for a different doctor. There is no way this could be the Dr. I know - from day one Dr. Sumant has always been upbeat and answered ALL of my questions and concerns.
Slow & unresponsive. Stop advertising to patients to message you in the system when you know you will drag your feet and take forever to respond. Obviously you give this aspect of your job and the patients who rely on you the lowest priority. Here was a simple question that would have taken no more than 15 secs of your time (if you were competent) that only you would know the answer to it. Now what did you choose to do? Blow us off and IGNORE it. Now it's only fair I give you 15 secs here.
My mother is elderly so I'm writing this for her. She comes home deeply upset every time she sees Dr. Rizvi. My mom told me, "I'm scared of her" and always tells me how mean her doctor is to her. Her last visit was the last straw. She went in after being diagnosed by another doctor with pneumonia. She said Dr. Rizvi never said anything to her during the visit except "follow me" after listening to her lungs and the breathing test. She then was handed papers &dismissed without being told anything
Makes me feel that he has all the time for me that I need. Cerebral. Allows me to participate in decisions regarding my health.
Dr. Obodo-Eckblad has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is very knowledgeable, asks the right questions and makes the appropriate referrals when indicated. When she and I first began our doctor-patient relationship, of course, I wasn't sure... As time went by, I learned that she really knows her stuff; she has referred me to cardiology to rule out issues, a sleep study, dermatology - whatever my problem, if she couldn't help me, she's sent me to the appropriate department. RN of 36 years
- 45 mins late for the appointment - Was chatting on irrelevant topics for a very long time. I prefer short and to-the-point communication - Started off with negative effects of the treatment and was not at all comforting. - Was completely lost before one of his phone appointments and had not prepared for the appointment - Does not seem very accurate in his diagnosis, a lot of "perhaps" and "maybe's". I am not at all confident in his skills as a caregiver
She chuckled when she read my embarrassing medical history. I never went back to her. What she did was very hurtful mentally and emotionally. I switched my doctor immediately. So unless you want to be humiliated and shamed, don't go to her.
I seen Dr.Nixon for my severe endometrosis, and my fear of not being able to conceive. I have already had 2 surgeries (1 in the same year). Dr. Nixon took his time to listen to me medical past, concerns, frusterations, and hopes. He stated that the other 2 surgeries were done in the same manner and that he will try a different technique. He explained that there was hope for me, but medically speaking based on records alone, my chances were low. After the surgery, I became pregnant 2 months later
I have never left a negative review of a doctor and I have liked every doctor at Kaiser. Dr. Reutter is exceptionally arrogant, cold and condescending. He has the look of person who is just waiting for you to stop speaking so her can give you his opinion. When you're sick or in pain, you need a doctor who will at least smile, listen and offer sympathy - even if they can't fix the problem. Dr. Reutter can't even do that.
Eight years ago Dr. Eduardo P Reyes, your inability to listen to what your patients tell you almost ruined my life. At 19, your nurse wrote my height wrong at Kaiser and you were quick to tell me my symptoms were from the "thirty lbs of extra fat on my body." I would eventually almost fail out of getting a professional degree. Please educate yourself on how NARCOLEPSY actually looks. Sure other doctors didn't catch it, but you pinned a healthy teenager's tiredness on "fat." Shame on you.
Dr Ready has been my gastroenerologist for 25 years. I trust her and she trust me. She is now head of the Dept. She does a lot of procedures that others don't. If I have a choice she is the only GI doctor I see.
Very nice doctor, he really takes time to listen.
Dr. Moskovitz , was late, curt and impatient. As our visit progressed he became hostile and aggressive. I was confused about the surgical process, and he did not care. He cut me off several times as I was asking questions, trying to understand. He was upset and mentioned that he had already spent 31 minutes with me. I remained calm and told him how I felt I was being treated, his response was to attack my character and he threatened to call security as he stormed out of the room. Unprofessional!
Dr. Miranda is absolutely wonderful! We cannot say enough good things about him and I recommend him to everyone I know with little ones. He takes the time to get to know you and your family and thoroughly answers every question and concern....which is very important with your children! He's extremely professional and personal at the same time and is very warm and friendly with the kids. My three kids love Dr. Miranda and look forward to visits. We highly recommend him as a pediatrician.
Dr. Miranda has been the pediatrician for all three of my children one of which is now an adult. He is patient, thorough and connects with all three of my child. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Doctor.
One of the best urologists I've had to consult my health issues with.
I have had a right shoulder replacement and also right and left knee replacement with Dr. Sanghvi. He is an excellent surgeon and makes sure that you know what to expect. He was informative and makes sure to answer any questions that come up. I'm am very happy with all my surgeries and I would recommend him to everyone.
He listened to me, took care of me and my specific needs. Easy to talk to.
I feel as though either Dr. Metz is too busy in one work day to sit down and talk to her patients without feeling rushed, and if that is not the case then she comes off as if she wants to rush you off the phone if not end her meeting with you as soon s she can.
My husband recently went to Dr. Neagu for ankle surgery. What stands out most about Dr. Neagu is his outstanding bedside manner. He makes you feel at ease, he is open and honest, and he uses humor to lighten the mood. He likes to try less-invasive techniques before committing to surgery, which in my mind is the way every surgeon should go about treating patients. Really can't say enough about this guy - I HIGHLY recommend him.
Very reassuring. he performed ankle fusion on my right ankle and was absolutely fantastic!!!! I am pain-free and haven't had a single inch of pain since my surgery or during my surgery Fantastic podiatrist. Highly recommend him
I always thought he was an odd doctor but didn't mind him. Until I found out that I was severely under medicated by him, which was due to him being more of a traditional doctor.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999 and Dr. Bitar did my surgery, as well as follow up surgeries. I am no longer with Kaiser, as now live in Carmel. Nancy Bitar was so incredible. Easy to reach by phone or appointment, and caring, professional and talented. I was in a sentinel node study, and am still participating via mail. I am still cancer free, after just having my annual mammogram and ultrasound. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Bitar.
I was able to get a phone appt. at 9 pm on Christmas Eve by calling the advice nurse. I was suffering with a UTI that was sudden onset at 5 pm. Dr Barr saved my holiday by giving me a prescription that my husband picked up at the Roseville Pharmacy. I live in Rocklin. From our conversation, Dr Barr gave me a medication that worked almost immediately. Instead of a regimen of pills, it was an anti-biotic drink. He saved my Christmas day with family, I will never forget, always be grateful Thanks!
I'd never recommend any cancer patient to this doctor. This has truly been the worst, uninformative, unhelpful, and uncompassionate experience with this doctor. Shame on you for going into this field. Shame on Kaiser. Shame on your family for raising such a poor excuse of a human being and doctor. Couldn't even remember who my mother was after multiple visits of being her cancer patient. After refusing to acknowledge that she had cancer... which later of course... they finally admitted to.
Dr. Siqueiros is exceptional.
Dr Skolnick rushed me and only provided me exactly 3.5 mins of her time. I had questions that were not answered and I was rushed out by her like I was wasting her time. I am not sure if I can continue to go see Dr Skolnick anymore after such experiences.
Very thorough in her care and supportive throughout chemotherapy. Doesn't have as much time to spend with patients as academic centers but that is more of a systems issue. Still answers all your questions with empathy and compassion. Will do the legwork and research you request. Willing to speak/consult with colleagues if needed.
Very friendly and caring. Goes above and beyond to answer questions and make sure your issues are taken care of. Prompt responses to secure messages and very easy to schedule appointments.
My daughter was under the care of Dr Song at Kaiser Santa Clara. She had no clue and totally messed up the diagnosis, after discussion with another incompetent Doctor at Kaiser Santa Clara, Dr Kato. My daughter stood no chance in the hands of such incompetence.
Dr. Skolnick is my favorite OB-GYN that I have had over the years living in the Bay Area. She was the first doctor to finally feel (and diagnose) my fibroids, for one thing. I always appreciate her honesty, professionalism and kindness.
Dr Sobelman has been my doctor for ten years. He is absolutely the best. Always takes the time to figure out what's going on with me. Is personal and pleasurable. Very smart and knows what he's doing. Best doctor ever.
I can proudly say Dr. Siqueiros has been my doctor for well over a decade. I have Never felt rushed at any of my doctor appts. He listens to ALL my concerns tentatively. I genuinely feel loved and cared for by him. He annoyingly makes sure I do all my Lab work and have all my vaccines up to date. He believes in being proactive in my health and has very good gentle advice I always take. He is very approachable and has a wonderfully warm smile. I love my doctor. If he was to leave I would follow.
doctor Siy is very caring and wants to get to the bottom of things. Very refreshing to be seen with a doctor that has these kind of standards instead of being just another number. You can count on this kind of service from doctor Siy
She was extremely unfamiliar with the ultrasound equipment used, talking in unprofessional ways, made me feel very uncomfortable about the whole office visit.
I highly recommend Dr. Simonds for his technical expertise and professional yet very caring manner. Open to answering questions and encourages patient advocacy. Impressive in care for patients at Kaiser and a great humanitarian with his donation of time and medical expertise to an organization called Rotoplast. Rotaplast International, Inc. is committed to helping children and families worldwide by eliminating the burden of cleft lip and/or palate, burn scarring, and other deformities.
Excellent caring detail oriented
Has been my daughters Dr for over 15 years. He was great with her both as a small child and as a teenager heading into adulthood. We were very sad when she turned 18 and we had to move to adult medicine.
If you have any sort of GI issues, ask another doctor. Dr. Fong threw out info from our other doctor, like the test where my husband did not have any type of bacterial infection in his system, but Dr. Fong slaps his with antibiotics and sends us on our way because that's how he treats blood in stool. We ended up going back the next day because my husband was even worse and got to see Dr. Fong again. Again he treats my husband for something he's already tested negative for and sends us on our way
Dr. Fruduss wascable to correctly diagnose an issue with my nose thatbhad been ongoing for a few years, and other doctors had been unable to correct the problem.I've had two surgeries on it so far, and it had been immensely improved. He also has great bedside anner as he has always kept me well informed of our plan, and why we are doing whatbwe are and why these strategies woukd be the best options. I'm very happy to have been referred to him.
It was always a fight to communicate effectively with Dr. Arsene. Once she decided on a course of treatment, she would not waver, even if it meant putting the health of the patient at risk (prescribing meds that would potentially exacerbate existing conditions). She was not willing to explore other avenues of treatment. She does not pay attention to prescribed medications that are needing refills - refilling an old prescription from over a year prior, instead of the current
Forgets to do anything you discuss during the appointment such as sending referrals, ordering tests, medicine. Not helpful. You have to constantly follow up with her in multiple ways of communication to get her to do her job. She seems kind but then can be intimidating and not comforting if other doctos disagree with her. It's sad begging your doctor for help and ending up in the ER yet they continue to forget about you.
Dr. Apte saved my eye after my daughter caught me with a treble hook. She was intelligent, professional, and caring.
When I email her or ask for telephone appointment she's very responsive. She does not take long to reply. She is very informative and really listens to my concerns without minimizing my worries.
Superior attitude, demanding, impatient.
I am a new patient to Dr.Arsene and found her courteous, professional and very direct but not intimidating. Based on the experience of my first visit I left feeling confident she can address any of my health issues at the present time.
Dr. Khanzode really struggles with listening to her patients about their perceptions of their needs and generally does not communicate well. I have been left several times feeling that my opinions mean nothing to her.
I was absolutely petrified at the prospect of a cataract operation. Dr. Kim's calm, kind, professional manner allayed my fears. The operation was a piece of cake. Dr. Kim is a fantastic physician. I am devastated that she is moving, but I wish her the best.
Dr Kim removed my pterygium growth in my eye on 5/5/2016. You can tell she is passionate about her work and clients. She is professional and very courteous and an overall pleasure to be around. Dr Kim is one of the best ophthalmologists i have met with; i've met with a lot trying to find someone who would agree to remove the growth. I am so happy i didn't settle with just any doctor and found Dr Kim. I happily recommend her to anyone who is looking to have some sort of eye surgery done.
I almost don't want to write this because I don't want to have problems getting appointments with her! Dr. Kendrick is the BEST ob/gyn that I've ever had (in 20+ years of seeing ob/gyns). She takes the time to really listen and to allow me to ask questions - I don't feel rushed at all. And she explains options clearly. Plus, she just has a really lovely demeanor.
We found dr. Dimaunahan to be very compress and thoughtful in her approach to dealing with our sun. She comes across as very knowledgeable and will answer all the questions asked. She helps us understand our options and then will help to create a plan we can follow for our son.
When I made appointment to see him, he just did his job with no care and everything went fast. I felt like he had no time for me. I explained my symptom and how I felt but he was like that was my problem and not his problem, I was in pain and not him. He such a horrible doctor that I have ever seen. I would not want to see him again even my husband chose him as a primary doctor. I will find another one with care and have a heart when they do their job.
Dr. Hsu is super knowledgeable with a lot of experience
He is a great oncologist.
She's honestly a really great doctor who definitely shows medicine is her patient rather than just a career. I highly recommend her =)
She has always been able to satisfy me with answers regarding my health. I find her to be a very caring physician.
She's really great
First visit with Dr. Man. He listened to my reason for being there and addressed my concerns with care and assurance. He explained the cause of my symptoms and educated me about several aspects of how the body works to produce the cause of my concern. I left his office feeling reassured and confident in his diagnosis. Great communication skills. I like his approach to medicine. He listens to the patient before asking very directed question that lead him to the appropriate treatment.
I Gave Dr. Pan 3 stars because I feel he knows his cancer treatment plan well. However when he informed me of my breast cancer diagnosis his choice of words were not good and he did not follow them up with telling me there is treatment. I began whaling and finally a nurse came into to tell me there would be treatment. I did not feel he was listening to my responses when he would ask me a question. If expresses compassion and hope when informing a patient of cancer I would give him 4 stars.
Dr. Harradine is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He did hip replacement surgery for me in December 2016. The results are so good - no pain at all during the recovery time. I walk normally, and people cannot tell that I had a big surgery. He is very nice, and return your email and made appointment promptly. He is an excellent doctor!
Chronic pelvic pain is very frustrating. I appreciate that Dr Gunter takes the time to consider all causes of abdominal pain before jumping right to surgery.
He is a great surgeon.. but bedside manners could be improved. When you ask him questions- he doesnt really answer them. He takes an approach- that everything is okay. Im not sure what hes really thinking. Just an observation Ive noticed on two separate occasions.
Refused to treat broken nose when seen within 48 hours of occurrence. Claimed my problem was deviated septum (which had never been noticed before), and that my nose was bent to the left, when in fact it was bent to the right. I felt that he was making fun of me, rather than addressing my concerns.
Dr Kamari saved my life 5 years ago , he has never forgotten me in these 5 years he has always followed thru every year requesting follow up test and ct scan my family and I just adore him
Rude and totally inconsiderate. A shame on the noble profession of doctors.
I know she knows what she's doing, otherwise she wouldn't be a doctor. I just didn't find her to be very warm. I feel like I'm on a timer when in her office, and I don't think she is listening so much as she is waiting to respond and get you out of there. I have also not seen her wash or sanitize her hands upon entering the exam room (twice now) which was probably the most unsettling to me. That being said, I'm a person who prefers a doctor from whom I feel a sense of caring and genuineness.
Very patient and thorough in her explanation. Took the necessary time to explain things for my family member for his appt as well as for my own. Excellent follow up. Staff is super friendly too.
I want to thank Dr Inserra from bottom of my heart for doing a perfect BAHA implant head surgery for me. Quick recovery, absolutely no discomfort, I stopped pain killer next day of surgery. After 20 days of surgery, I don't even feel like I ever had a surgery. Surgury results were excellent, BAHA hearing aid got perfect attachment at a perfect spot on my head. If I see post surgery pics on internet and read experiences, I feel I had the best surgery. She is the best ENT surgeon/doctor.
Two years ago we went to Dr Inamdar for help with our then 17 year old Child who had been battling depression for 4 years and had taken a very bad turn, we tried many different medication that would work for short periods, but then they were not susecful, she then sugusted TMS and it Change our lives . With her help our family is very happy and looking toward to the future we are very Thankful
My son had to see Dr. Hurwitz for two procedures and he was excellent in both cases.
It was a horrible experience today with Dr. Inamdar . First, they kept moving the appointment dates for 4 times. Due to Dr. Inamdar's meeting etc. or taking a vacation. I brought my 14 yr old son to her, hoping she will be the solution to tame my son's rough, abusive, controlling, manipulating behaviours and disrespectfulness to me and to his peers especially females classmates. She talked to my son alone first, then she called me telling my son that it's ok to disrespect your mom,??? NUTS .
My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Inamdar but less than 24hrs before I got a call from them stating that they had to change it and have me scheduled with a new doctor. I think it is unprofessional to cancel appt last minute and then schedule it with a completely new doctor in the practice. I think this is an issue given the nature of problem that these doctors try to address. First of all it is difficult to make up you mind to go to them and then these changes!
The reason for the 1 star rating is for the billing method that their office uses. They require to have a card on file for them to automatically charge for visits, which is fine, but keep a close eye on what is being charged. Usually you will not see a receipt in the mail and will not be informed of charges. If you decide to change the card on file, follow up on it because the billing person will more than likely not update that on file.
Dr. Goya has been my pulmonologist for about ten years and has provided me with excellent care. He is awesome: extremely knowledgeable, listens, and has done a great job of increasing, and maintaining my mobility. Not sure where I'd be without him.
This doctor saved my life in 2006 my colon ruptured she performed surgery on me. IF it wasn't for her I would be able to enjoy my family and my new grand daughter. She is the BEST!!!!! thank you again Steven czap 100%
Knowledgeable but does not present options for various issues during pregnancy well. Didn't feel any sincere care as a patient. I do not recommend Dr. Chang for prenatal care.
Dr. Darrow is the epitome of the ideal obstetrician and gynecologist; she is knowledgeable, thoughtful, gentle, communicative, trustworthy, reassuring, and outstanding at her practice. I've been under her care for more than 15 years, and couldn't feel luckier to be her patient.
The first "Primary Care" Dr I have had in 30 years at Kaiser that I have actually met. (I rarely go to the Dr's so they have all left before I met them)! I thought he was excellent and I definitely will request him. Can't see any tradin why anyone would give him only three stars. He was first class. They must have been having bad days outwith their experience at the hospital.
This Dr. is in denial, of any condition you report. They did not return phone calls. I was not able to move my left leg, post surgery. In excruciating pain, I was sent back to work after 6 weeks. He had other Dr.s back up his side of the story. He has a brutal bedside manor. But he is protected by Kaiser. I have not been able to work for 7 years by what this Dr did to me.
Submitting this on behalf of my mother. Dr. Chu refused to send reports or speak about them in person, at an appointment, insisting that my mother make a separate appointment (so she could charge more), hinting that there is something wrong. Not only is this highly unethical but also in direct violation of HIPAA. Will be reporting.
My brother went to see doctor Craney in March 2017 to complain about severe ear pain and congestion. Was given codeine-guaifenesin and benzonatete for cough. Nothing for an ear infection. Four days later my brother was found unconscious. Ear infection spread to his brain and had to have 2 brain surgeries to remove infection. Still in a nursing facility waiting to have his 3rd surgery. Stay away from this doctor!!!
I just had a horrible experience with Dr. Craney. I was on the phone with Dr. Craney for less than 5 minuted. After explaining my concerns to him he seemed to be in a rush to get off the phone. When I pointed out that I felt he was brushing me off, he said ok, good bye and hung up on me. I'm sorry when you're in this field you must uphold a level of dignity for your patients and hold a high degree of patience. Even on his worst day hanging up on a patient is unprofessional and disrespectful.
Excellent. Dr. Chris listens closely to both parents and children and takes the whole family into consideration.
I waited 2 hours for a referral. He was the slowest doctor that I have ever been to. No bedside manor. No introduction. He saw another patient in a different room for 20 mins. while I was filling a form out that took 1 min. So bad. This was my first visit to Kaiser as I've always had other providers and I am so disappointed. I am regretting changing.
The best OBGYN at Kaiser.
Dr.Gambetta is the most approaching and caring doctor.I had a procedure that was done by him and it was an excellent job!!!I will recommend him as good doctor.
So knowledgeable, funny down-to-earth and cool guy who knows how to treat patients and veterans fully recommended 10 star if possible!
She is great! I am so glad to have found her. She responds super fast, schedules us immediately if there is a need and always gives practical advice.
If I could give 0 stars I would. She is the worst Doctor I have ever had to experience. Immediately judged my husband that had a very serious spinal cord injury. She thought he was coming in the ER in excruciating pain for drugs. She let him sit unexamined for four hours in so much pain he was crying. Horrible bedside manner, none at all really. She was blatantly ignoring my husband and not treating him like a person in pain. Just someone she didn't want to deal with. Worst Doctor ever!!
I have hypothyroidism which had been missed by a prior (non-Kaiser) primary MD. The minute Dr. Eng saw me she diagnosed what was wrong. Whenever I have questions or ask for different treatments, Dr. Eng always listens to me and seeks to always make me comfortable with my medical care. Dr. Eng remembers me and my family. She is one of the foremost reasons I switched to Kaiser so that I could continue to see Dr. Eng. I can email her anytime and Dr. Eng always responds so quickly.
Dr. Bui is "all business" in manner, but has informed himself of my history, takes time to listen, clearly explains disease process and treatment plan, and checks to see that I am sufficiently informed and satisfied. He came highly recommended when I chose him and I have been more than satisfied with his care.
Dr. Bucklin treated my newborn babies knee dislocation. We were very tensed and depressed when we saw our newborn born with a bent leg, but Dr. Bucklin assured us that it can be treated & will get better in a few months. She was initially given a cast and then a brace - follow up visits very prompt and there was good progress in my babies leg condition. The condition was fully cured in about 3 months and we cant express our gratitude to Dr.Bucklin in words. Extremely grateful to him.
I visited Dr. Case in urgent care and she was great. She is very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She promptly did the procedure without major discomfort and I left the office feeling extremely satisfied with the care that I received.
My mother was a patient of Dr. Caulfield and I had the pleasure of meeting him several times while she was under his care. She was used to being very active and didn't take the news of having a heart condition particularly well, but Dr. Caulfield took the time to answer all of her questions and concerns with utmost respect. Mom recently passed away and Dr. Caulfield went above and beyond to help the family through that process. I recommend him highly - you can depend and trust this doctor!
Kaiser Permanente sure gets their money's worth with Dr. Seerke. They assign Dr. Seerke so many patients that she is always in a hurry. I wish Kaiser would assign Dr. Seerke fewer patients. Thank you. David Miller
