Dr Bailey has been my main doctor for five years, and I can't recommend her enough. As a patient, I am very demanding having worked for several years in the Field of Medicine. She is always very knowledgeable and truly shows me that she cares about my health and wellness. I also have high regard for her support staff.

I have not had a Physician in years and during COVID-19 I had some issues that needed to be addressed. Having just moved to Temecula I tried telecoc first and felt I was not being listed to. I decided to contact a local doc and since it’s Covid, a phone appointment was required first. My appointment went very well with Dr. Bailey. I told her where the issue began, what we have tried at home and what has not worked. She listened the whole time, asked some clarification questions and came up with a plan that started where I left off instead of making me repeat things. She responded calmly and informatively and I felt like she cared. Being a new patient and not being able to see the doc on the first appointment I expected a much less personal experience. Office staff is also very patient and worked with me to find answers I wasn’t sure of and I never felt as though I was wasting someone’s time which I feel is more common than not these days. It was refreshing and I thank them 100 times +.

My phone appointment was great. Dr. Matthew listens and leaves you feeling he really cares. He is open-minded and willing to be open to what a patient expresses regarding their health. Yet he says what he thinks and compliments you when things are improved. His kindness is such an admirable innate part of him which is rare in today's world. Rachel and Lisa are really good office personnel also.

Dont go here unless you want problems. First visit was fine, but after that you only talk to nurse practitioner and they gave me bad medicine. I called the next day and told them what happened and they wouldn't answer my question and had to make a phone appointment a week later!!!! All they care about is money. Try another doctor. This office is pathetic.

Dr Matthew Combs is a terrific young doctor, does not rush my visit, listens to me and I follow his advice, I recommend him to everyone here in Del Webb, I am very pleased with Dr Combs, the staff,, especially Rachel and the location can not be beat!
