I had a surgery at Byers eye surgery. This anesthesiologist is just the worse. I was in a lot of pain post surgery, she didn't care. She told me to leave and I can go to an ER for pain. All she was concerned about was to get out of there. I am filing a complain

I have had ovarian cysts bordering on ovarian torsion for the past 2 years. Earlier this week, I was diagnosed with endometriosis, and I went to the Stanford ER for pain last night. Any person with endo pain knows how excruciating it can be, and they gave me 0 pain medications. Welcome to being a woman in the medical system. After staying the night and enduring a variety of tests, Dr. Feltes came into my room, told me that my pain was due to constipation, and discharged me. When I tried to explain to her that I know what type of pain I'm having, she continued to talk OVER me, and didn't even allow me to finish explaining. She made me feel hopeless that my concerns will ever be taken seriously. I'm currently studying to be admitted to medical school, and I know that I will never treat my patients like this. Extremely disappointing, and she made my entire visit nearly pointless.

I have seen Dr.Sinn handful times, Im patient has lot Chronic Health problems (POTS,Poly Small Fiber Neuropathy,Central Apnea, Dysautonomia pace maker tach/ Brady, Severe Fatigue, Syncope all time the list goes on and on ect ect. I thought I would get the help and care I need at UCSF but ended up getting now where there, was a complete waste my time and families time top Neurologist couldnt even figure out if I have a Neuropathy or not and if I did its all treated same he said, Its so Sad and depressing being a patient youre like cattle waiting for slaughter almost Futile. So seen that Stanford had Autonomic team with testing center so thought try Stanford. Dr.Sinn has done nothing for me, Im actually the one asking/making suggestions. Myself and family feel beyond failed by medical field. I have the worst luck being paired with doctors, theyre either rude to me or Im just to complex for them, its funny being complex case when these so called doctors become Specialist and cant he

She is so cold and impersonal! I have st4 endo, PCOS, and UC. I also have 5 surgeries under my belt. I was referred to her as someone to see for regular check-ups as I have somewhat of a special case beyond what an average OBGYN can handle. Yeah, no thanks. She never even made eye contact with me the entire time, typing away at her keyboard. Didn’t seem phased by my daily pain, either. Why some people become doctors is beyond me.

Review for Dr. Erica Wu, MD
Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dr. Wu is wonderful, kind, and patient. I was so stressed when I was scheduled to go in for my amniocentesis. Dr. Wu addressed all my fears and concerns and didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to. She explained everything thoroughly to me and my husband before and after the procedure. It’s been months since I’ve seen her and I’ve since given birth to a happy and healthy baby boy. I only saw her for that one session, but I’ll never forget the empathy and kindness she showed us.

Dr. David Hong performed detethering cord surgery on my daughter and it was very successful. He has a double career in neurosurgery and orthosurgery. He has another surgery planned in the near future for her spine. He is the only doctor that can save her spine, I have had opinions from other orthosurgeons and they do not know how to handle her situation. He is one of the best surgeons here in CA.

Do not see Dr. Halpern for Deep Brain Stimulation surgery. He and his staff rushed my mom through this surgery without doing the proper pre-tests and she's paid the price over and over again. My family brought some worries to him and her neurologist, Dr. Hylton (who is a friend of Dr. Halpern's) about her cognitive issues we were observing and they didn't listen. They told us she was just nervous with the surgery and prescribe an anti-anxiety medication? We trusted them. After the surgery my mom had severe side effects and they still wouldn't listen to us. They kept "blowing us off" as being paranoid. We finally got my mom a cognitive test on our own and found a new neurologist. After many tests, it turns out my mom has Parkinson's and they put the leads in the wrong part of her brain! Do not see this doctor or any of his support staff. He and his staff do not care about his patients.

Dr. Lum is very kind, knowledgeable, an effective communicator and good listener. She often shares all that I need to know and answered all of the questions that I had before I ever asked them. She does well on video visits and is punctual at responding to messages through the MyHealth App. She is an excellent specialist who gives the patients all of the information that they need before they make choices about what to do for their health care.

Dr. Hawn offers LINX ®, a new laparoscopic procedure to treat GERD. This procedure involves a string of metal beads that are drawn together by a magnet. When this string is placed around the lower esophagus, the magnet pulls the beads together and closes off the esophagus from the stomach.

This man is a horrible Doctor that has no business practicing medicine. He is personally responsible for 35,000 health care workers on the frontlines at Stanford Health being skipped over while HE and other executive staff were the first to get the vaccine! Not the medical staff on the frontline! He tried to blame it on computer error and claimed he’d fix it in time, yet 15,000 medical professionals were told yesterday OPPS administration and teacher got the vaccine tough luck! Maybe next shipment. You need to resign and never show your face at Stanford again.

Dr. Halpern did deep brain stimulation on my adult son, who has Dystonia and it was so successful that he now has a life again. He was handicapped by this for 27 years. He was not being able to sit at all, ride in a car or work and having to stand the entire day. The surgery was in 2017. Now he is back to a full life including working again. We are both very thankful for Dr. Halpern and the after care he got at Stanford.

Initially I went to him for POTS, but was subsequently diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. I sent him a message to let him know my Myasthenia Gravis was getting worse. He didn’t respond. A few weeks later, I spent 29 days in the hospital battling a “Myasthenic Crisis.” Do not see this doctor.
